"To be whole, let yourself break.
To be straight, let yourself bend.
To be full, let yourself be empty.
To be new, let yourself wear out.
To have everything, give everything up.

Knowing others is a kind of knowledge;
knowing yourself is wisdom.
Conquering others requires strength;
conquering yourself is true power.
To realize that you have enough is true wealth.
Pushing ahead may succeed,
but staying put brings endurance.
Die without perishing, and find the eternal.

To know that you do not know is strength.
Not knowing that you do not know is a sickness.
The cure begins with the recognition of the sickness.

Knowing what is permanent: enlightenment.
Not knowing what is permanent: disaster.
Knowing what is permanent opens the mind.
Open mind, open heart.
Open heart, magnanimity."

“You don’t need to give reasons for the things you do - you just have to do what you want. And sometimes the thing that seems messed up to everyone else is what’s right for you. You have to do it and not be ashamed for it.”

Where ever you go... there you are. Going day by day... so let's see where it takes you!

Just so you know:

It takes 7 seconds for food to pass from mouth to stomach.
A human hair can hold 3kg.
The length of a penis is 3 times the length of the thumb.
The femur is as hard as concrete.
A woman's heart beats faster then a man's.
Women blink 2x as much as men.
We use 300 muscles just to keep our balance when we stand.
The woman has read this entire text. The man is still looking at his thumb.

"Feelings. So often we fool ourselves into thinking we can control them. Until, one day we’re ambushed. Caught off guard by rage, or jealousy, or love and we’re forced to face the truth. The truth is this, you can’t control how you feel. Only what you do about it."

It's like this.

You have yo have the nicest jeans, ot the cutest purse, or say the newest thing so that it catches on.

You have to be skinny, you have to buy this, wear this, say that, be on his side, her side, be neutral.

Your hair can't be frizzy, and you can't wear that because it just doesn't 'work' anymore.

You have to go to parties, be friends with everyone but trust no one, pose like this, smile like that, tilt your head this way, and put your hands that way, because that's how it is.

And let me just say, f*** all of that!
