Rental Policy

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

All requests are subject to space/availability and can be made by telephone or fax, of which we will return confirmation within 24 hours. Florida Choice requires a minimum 3 nights stay in low season and 5 nights stay in high season. Any stay of less than 5 nights will incur a $75.00 (Orlando), $125.00 (Naples) cleaning fee payable in advance.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

A $250 deposit is required to confirm reservations. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made via credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 2 weeks of reservation will result in the loss of the full cost of the accommodation, plus tax. Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the reservation are fully refundable.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon arrival ALL guests are required to register at either our Orlando or Naples office. At that time, we will take an imprint and authorization of a major credit card for $250.00 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence, theft, damages, or additional charges. We will advise guests in writing and process the charge to their credit card if damages, losses or additional charges are incurred.

Naples Information

Located on the southwest coast of Florida, Naples, with so much charm, is known for its tropical weather, beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle. Enjoy the fine dining experiences, exquisite shopping, unique art galleries and some of the best golf courses in Florida.

The Florida Choice office in Naples is conveniently located close to the fabulous 5th Avenue shopping and restaurant district, three blocks from the beach. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an after hours answering service.

Florida Choice specialize in vacation home short term rentals. Our Naples properties are available for rental for a minimum of three nights. We find our busiest rental period is during the winter months with our valued customers from cooler climates joining us for the warmth of the Florida sun.

All properties are located ten to fifteen minutes drive to local golf courses, shopping and restaurant districts, and the sandy Naples Gulf Coast.

Our impressive inventory of rental properties ranging from two bedroom, two bath, condominiums to four bedroom, three bath, choice collection homes with a lake view, private pool, BBQ and Jacuzzi, are tastefully furnished and fully equipped.

Our condos have two bedrooms and two bathrooms conveniently located within a sought out development. All units include a covered lanai, cable television, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, linens and towels, laundry room and free local telephone calls. Communal facilities include luxury swimming pool for those warm sunny days, some also include tennis courts.

Executive Pool Homes:
Our Executive Pool Homes include high quality furnishings that provide luxury & comfort. Naples Executive Pool Homes offer space and privacy in either 3 bedroom /2 bathroom homes or 4 bedroom / 2 or 3 bathroom homes.

Choice Collection Pool Homes:
The Choice Collection Homes are the largest and most luxurious we offer. You can choose a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home or 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home in this category. With a Choice Collection home, we provide a special package that includes a grocery pack upon arrival, VCR/DVD, a minimum of 2 televisions and a mid-stay maid service.
