This means that for a Nigerian to benefit from this situation especially those living abroad right? They should send dollars or Euro back home and exchange them to Naira cash or fiat but hide the money somewhere not in a bank because it might still drop in your account. Now when the economy will be stable or when dollar will drop back to N700 you will remain a wealthy man.

E.g Emeka has 10,000,000 fcfa in Cameroon. If he converts to Naira he will have 25,000,000 Naira as we speak. Exchange it and keep it because the dollar rate can drop any time as the economy becomes stable and you will be very rich.

Now the government of Nigeria should clean the corruption agents in their central bank and make Naira a standard currency for both local and foreign investors. This is where insecurity and other malpractices infiltrates a country and renders it unfit for human survival pushing the youthful population to emigrate to different countries for survival.

Two African Nations Added and Can Now Travel to Canada Without A Visa

This week, the Canadian government announced visa-free travel for 13 different countries across Asia, Africa, Central and South America.

In a statement released, Sean Fraser, the Canadian Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship said the visa-free travel is extended to Antigua and Barbuda, St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, St Kitts-Nevis, Panama, Argentina, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Morocco, Seychelles, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Thailand and the Philippines.

He said the expansion not only enhances convenience for travelers, it will also increase travel, tourism and economic benefits, as well as strengthen global bonds with these 13 countries.

“The known travelers from these countries can save a lot of money as a result of the visa exemptions.” the statement reads

A visitor visa currently costs $100 per person and $500 for a family of five or more, but an eTA only costs seven dollars per person and is valid for as long as five years.

According to the government, introducing visa-free air travel will make it faster, easier, and more affordable for thousands of travelers to visit Canada for up to six months for either business or leisure.

While North Africa’s Morocco and East Africa’s Seychelles joined the list, No west African nor Southern African country was added.

“An expansion of the electronic travel authorization better known as the eTA programs makes it easier for “known travelers” from those countries to come here for fun and business,” the statement reads.
