Hart & Amy’s Wedding Short Film

Jon and I have recently enjoyed several episodes of “Storage Wars,” which includes some interesting real life characters! One of the guys on the show is always looking for the “wow factor”… “you know, I’m really looking for that ‘wow factor’” as he says with his own unique accent . You’ve got to see it to have a fun laugh! :) Well, it reminded me of what we thought about as we were part of Amy and Hart’s wedding day… it most definitely had the WOW factor!

Amy and Hart met and fell in love in Nashville, and they invited their friends and family to travel from near and far to Nashville to share in their wedding weekend. The amazing Angela Proffitt and her team at Elegant Weddings by Angela helped design and coordinate an beautiful ceremony at Scarritt Bennett and an incredible reception at The Pinnacle in downtown Nashville. The views from the 22nd floor were as stunning as the couple and reception inside!

Happy New Year | Feedback | Zachary & Kinsey’s Highlights!

Wow! What a year it has been! Jon and I have been thrilled to work with so many amazing couples and vendors this past year.

We had a busy fall full of fabulous weddings and then enjoyed the Christmas break with family in Texas and Louisiana. We capped off the year with SarahBeth and Todd’s awesome New Year’s Eve wedding day as we rang in the New Year into the early morning hours.

We love what we do and are always so honored to be part of each unique event. We just had to share this recent feedback from Kinsey, one of our sweet brides this year, that just made our week!!

It was such a joy to be part of Zachary and Kinsey’s lovely Murfreesboro, TN church wedding and reception! We just love this couple and their love for each other just pours out of each of them. From New Jersey to Nashville :: Mike & Nicole’s Highlights

They made Nashville their destination. So many friends and family flew in from New Jersey with Mike & Nicole to celebrate for the weekend. It was an incredible Friday that began with prep at Union Station Hotel and a beautiful ceremony at St. Mary Catholic Church downtown. And oh how we love Cedarwood! From the front lawn to the barn, everything was beautifully decked out… and as a special treat for the groom, a cigar maker was even flown in to set up a cigar bar for everyone!

This day was definitely a testament that Mike & Nicole are deeply loved to have had so many people make the trek down south for their once-in-a-lifetime party. You could see that love, loyalty and friendship define who these two are as a couple, and they certainly soaked up and had fun with every moment of the day!

Congratulations Mike & Nicole! You two are perfect together.

On a side note… Mike and Nicole love Super8 film, so we incorporated Super8 footage in with their HD footage to create this Super8 infused Highlights Film!

Clarksville Wedding Trailer :: Mark & Kristin

This day could not have been more beautiful! Mark & Kristin were married at First Baptist Church on a gorgeous Autumn day in Clarksville, TN. As I rode with Kristin to the church, you could truly sense her excitement and anticipation for the moments to come… she was about to see her groom, the love of her life. These two soaked up every moment, and I don’t think there was a moment of the day where Mark didn’t have a giddy grin on his face! We love that we get to be part of such awesome days like this! Connie & Alex’s Wedding Short Film

We spent an incredible day at Carnton Plantation with Connie and Alex. Their admiration for one another and the true friendship they share is so evident in who they are together. It’s inspiring to be part of a day that celebrates that!

Jon and I love depth and symbolism that is part of Jewish weddings, particularly the Ketubah ceremony. It was truly an intimate time as Connie and Alex’s families piled into an air conditioned room on that hot afternoon to witness the incredible uniting of two into one!

We hope you enjoy a glimpse into their day including some vintage Super8 moments. Congratulations you two!!

One a side note… Working with great people throughout the day really makes all the difference at an event! Leigh from A Delightful Day event planning was rockin’ her usual stellar skills and helped the day unfold flawlessly. It was also awesome working Mel and Bradford with La Dolce Vita Studio and we look forward to the next time!

Katie & Brent’s Wedding Short Film

We were honored to be part of Katie and Brent’s wedding weekend in Bowling Green, Kentucky! Surrounded by lots of family and friends, so many amazing details came together to make it a fun weekend for all. Sweetness was all around… Katie’s signature laugh and sweet smile and Brent’s quite strength make for a fabulous pair!

After the ceremony at Katie’s home church, State Street UMC, we headed up the street to Western Kentucky University’s historic “kissing bridge.” Katie and Brent are both alumni, so it was special to capture their own kiss there on campus! Shortly after, we headed to their pink inspired reception at the Knicely Center, which was dramatically beautiful. “Wow” was the word for the evening and it was wonderful seeing Katie and Brent enjoying it all. Many congratulations to you two!

Here is a story about where that comes from…

When we met with Kristyn and Matt to talk about shooting a promo, the concept of her photography being influenced and inspired by her grandfather seemed to just pop out. We felt the visual linear progression of pinning pictures onto twine helped bring the audience to some key moments in Kristyn’s life.

We are honored to get to tell this piece of their unique story and to call them friends.

Zach and Kinsey are the sweetest couple! From the moment we sat down with Kinsey and her mom, Vicky, we knew it was going to be a great day for all of us. Kinsey was so passionate about our prior work and really put together some fun details in order to make her wedding film one of a kind as well! Kinsey has got to be one of the most fun and spirited yet laid back brides we have worked with. :) She and Zach had a beautiful wedding at their home church, and you’ve GOT to love it when a couple is up for traipsing through the cow pasture behind the church (before the wedding I might add) to make some fabulous memories! Cheers for Zach and Kinsey whose love for each other is so evident and beautiful…

Bethany & Jay’s Wedding Trailer

Jay and Bethany had a beautiful ceremony at Baskin Chapel and a charming reception at The Factory, Bldg 8 in Franklin! The excitement and passion they hold for each other was evident throughout the day and we particularly loved the tender moments they individually shared reading each others love letters.
