I woke up this morning and a few minutes later my cell phone lit up. I thought the text message was a joke at first, so I walked over to this computer and typed in the usual when you want to see an international headline in all its painful glory: CNN.com.

Just when I thought nobody would be stupid enough to hand me proof that the NWO exists, there it is. These Globalists must be getting a bit desperate or greedily impatient.

I suppose breaking the back of the American Middle Class taxpayer while also breaking all your campaign promises is the perfect ticket to a Nobel Peace Prize in today’s grim world.

All I can do is laugh or I’d cry.

Like millions of other Americans, I am stunned and vigilant after the events surrounding September 2009’s G20 Summit in Pittsburgh, PA. I am trying very hard not to jump to conclusions about any of the video clips I have watched, because I suppose part of me is yet hopeful that at least a few of these are staged by students or Anarchists to stir up trouble. However, when I see the overwhelming amount of video footage streaming in and I see what look to be police and military taking action covertly with one another and in some cases right in the open, I am not put at ease. Not everything could be ’staged’ for our eyes. In fact, I’m wondering why the President of the United States is not immediately demanding answers from his Chiefs of Staff and discussing the Posse Comitatus Act.

But I really need not wonder. Most of me knows that we are seeing history repeat itself, but even I could not have predicted the changes we are seeing coming so fast and so furious.

Posse Comitatus states:

“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

In addition, Title 10 of the United States Code (concerning the regulation of the armed forces and Department of Defense) states:

“The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to ensure that any activity (including the provision of any equipment or facility or the assignment or detail of any personnel) under this chapter does not include or permit direct participation by a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity unless participation in such activity by such member is otherwise authorized by law.”

The only exceptions to Posse Comitatus are when National Guard are called by a state governor, when the President of the United States orders use of the military “as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition” (Swine Flu anyone?), or the Attorney General has certain and specific powers to ask for assistance in the case of a nuclear threat.

Where are we heading after Pittsburgh? I can’t help but wonder, but I can tell you this much: the anger I see from the ranks of university students after these events have been plastered across YouTube is not going to go away. Is this part of the plan? Is this instigation so even more and worse force might be used at the next “event” along the lines of a G20? Your guess is as good as mine, but I’m not a betting man, so I’ll save my money today.

I am sad for the U.S. Republic right now. We are witnessing something historical and evil, I believe, seeing the snakes come out from under the floorboards at long last. Be prepared for anything, folks.

Ken Lewis: BofA CEO, crook, scumbag.

We asked professor Linus Wilson, a finance professor at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, to analyze Bank of America’s agreement with the US Treasury to end the $118 billion asset guarantee by paying $425 million. As you’ll see, once again the taxpayers got screwed.
Here’s Wilson’s report:

This agreement is another example of a “too-big-to-fail” bank underpaying taxpayers for the insurance that helped keep it afloat during the market troughs.

This is less than one-tenth of the price Bank of America promised taxpayers on January 15, 2009. For all the talk by BofA CEO Ken Lewis and others that they did not reach a final agreement, it took Bank of America until May 6, 2009, to notify the Federal Reserve that the loss-sharing agreement was to be cancelled per the asset guarantee term sheet. During that period, BofA’s stock hit a low of $2.53 in March. It could have gone lower without the explicit federal support.

According to my calculations based on the May 6, 2009, cancellation date, BofA owed taxpayers $96 million in dividends, the fair market value of the warrants as of yesterday would have been about $331 million, and the preferred stock was worth $4 billion. Thus, taxpayers were owed $4,4 billion for the guarantee. They got $425 million. That is less than 10 cents on the dollar. Just because you don’t burn down your house, the insurance company will not give you a ninety percent refund of the premiums.

Taxpayers do benefit from getting rid of the insurance liability, but that liability was likely worth much less than $4 billion. Asset markets have significantly recovered since January 15, 2009, and the guarantee likely worth less today. If the asset insurance liability was worth just over $4 billion in January when Ken Lewis agreed to the guarantee, then it is likely worth at least a couple of billion dollars less on May 6, 2009. Thus, if Tim Geithner was protecting taxpayers’ interests, he would not have agreed $425 billion settlement, he should have demanded a couple of billion dollars more.

Unfortunately, since there is no publicly available actuarial analysis of the value of the BofA asset guarantee on May 6, 2009, we cannot easily come up with a good estimate of how much taxpayer money was given to BofA’s shareholders from the deal announced on September 21, 2009. That underpayment to taxpayers is likely over a billion dollars.

I’m glad BofA wants to exit TARP. It should not be relying on taxpayer subsidies to be “freeing” itself of government assistance. For that reason, Tim Geithner should require that BofA repays the subsidized 5 percent dividend Capital Purchase Program (CPP) shares prior to the 8 percent Targeted Investment Program (TIP) preferred shares. If BofA pays back the higher dividend TIP shares first with Tim Geithner’s permission, BofA would be still signaling that its business model is free riding off taxpayer subsidies, and Mr. Geithner would be signaling that the Treasury supports the banks first and taxpayers second.

Yes, even when I come out and state that I believe 9-11 was a false flag event, I chase away readers because the Globalist establishment as well as the blind on both sides of the American political isle find it easier to label those of us seeking real Truth as ‘crazy’ instead of determining that if a good man or woman speaks out, it is because that man or woman feels it a duty to do so, and it’s still a Right, but for how much longer?

It should concern Thinkers that I have taken this new stance. I’ve shifted stance fairly quietly though, after I let my own blog traffic diminish at Foehammer’s Anvil, because my original cause to find out more about Islam and confront what I at first believed was the fuel behind 9-11, had finally fizzled out. I realized that something was wrong with this ‘War on Terror’ and an American govt and military that was not executing the war smartly at all. In fact, they were making so many ‘mistakes’ that I knew it could be nothing less than intentional.

This is when I started looking deeper and this is when I realized we were being manipulated by our own Reichstag.

Van Jones? Yes, obviously he’s a Globalist shill. He’s still playing race cards and Left vs Right. Get beyond all that and you’ll start to think more like me or Alex Jones or the millions of others around the world that are now awake.

And yes, Islam is still a cult and antithetical to American idealism, but I count it as a tiny threat compared to the NWO.

Call me crazy; I’m an American seeking the facts and facing down the Globalists.
