First, right off the bat, the grand opening of the Fresh and Easy in Danville was a great event and a bit of a flenzy. So, today marks the 10 day countdown to the opening in Northern California. I'll actually be between jobs so I'll be able to saunter to Danville and take my leisurely time at the opening. Fresh & Easy launch in Northern California is approaching! Danville is only three weeks away now. I decided to take advantage of the wonderfully sunny day today and swing by the convenient Danville location. They are right off of 680 on Diablo Road (East side of 680). I was going to try to swing by weekly, but had a slight delay in making my way over this last weekend. At least there is an update today ... a change from the generic, "Now Hiring" sign to a sign with the April 13 grand opening date (as well as some construction fencing out front):The interior has a ways to go, but it's nice to see they've started (there weren't any crews there last week).
