De aceea porționarea v-o recomand să o faceți cu o singură taiere, chiar dacă gogoșile vor căpăta forme ciudate, astfel să nu rămână capete pentru refrământat și reformat.&lt;/div&gt;

Când carnea a început sa dea semne de frăgezire, se adaugă legumele și se mai lasă la fiert circa 45 de minute - o ora.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

După&amp;nbsp;acest timp, am stins focul și am scos din oală&amp;nbsp;legumele și carnea separat.&lt;/div&gt;

Acum urmează partea esențială, legumele le-am pus în blender împreună cu vreo două&amp;nbsp;polonice de zeama din oală&amp;nbsp;și am lăsat cam două&amp;nbsp;minute să&amp;nbsp;se paseze bine, apoi am vărsat conținutul înapoi și am amestecat cu polonicul pana&amp;nbsp;s-a omogenizat.&lt;/div&gt;

Într-o tigaie, am pus o lingură&amp;nbsp;de ulei și am dogorit putin baconul pe ambele părți, după care l-am scos și l-am tăiat fășii de un deget. In ce a rămas în tigaie, am pus la rumenit o chiflă&amp;nbsp;tăiată în două&amp;nbsp;pe orizontală, iar după&amp;nbsp;ce s-au rumenit, am uns o parte cu ketchup și o parte cu muștar. Pe &quot;bază&quot; am așternut fășiile de bacon și cașcavalul și am pus-o în tigaie, în picioare, acoperită&amp;nbsp;cu un castron înalt pentru a se topi putin cașcavalul.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Se zice că un bucătar/bucătăreasă bun/bună face mâncare gustoasă din ce are în cămară și/sau în frigider la momentul respectiv, iar eu astăzi am făcut acest lucru deși nu mă consider bucătar, dară minte bun.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ieri fiind weekend, iar vremea frumoasă, am făcut ca tot românul un grătar cu carne de porc, mici, cârnați, costiță, niște pulpe de pui dezosate, însă, iarăși ca tot românul, cantitatea rezultată în urma preparării a fost supraestimată deoarece așteptam câteva persoane în plus, care în final nu au mai venit. Ca drept urmare, am rămas cu ceva carne, iar eu fiind un anti-risipă și mai ales privitor la mâncare, am zis că aș putea să fac o mâncare interesantă pe azi, cu acea cărniță friptă pe grătar cu foc de lemne, ce are și o tentă de afumat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Și am făcut o mâncărică care chiar nu știu cum s-o numesc, dar a ieșit super bună, că de o să o încercați odată, o să mai doriți să mai lăsați intenționat resturi când veți mai face grătar, doar pentru a o repeta.&lt;/div&gt;

Am tocat o ceapă mare și un cățel de usturoi și le-am pus într-o cratiță la călit cu puțin ulei. Peste ele am adăugat și o jumătate de ardei iute, doi morcovi și o roșie, la fel, tocate. Modul în care tocați nu este relevant, deoarece nu va mai conta la sfârșit.&lt;/div&gt;

Apoi am luat carnea pe care o aveam, vreo patru mici, doi cârnăciori, o bucată de ceafă de porc și o pulpă de pui superioară și le-am făcut de mărimea unei îmbucături, după care le-am pus în cratiță peste legume. Am adăugat o jumătate de pahar de suc de roșii, două foi de dafin, sare, piper, o linguriță de cimbru și una de oregano, apoi apă cât să cuprindă tot, acoperit cu capac și lăsat să forfotească la foc mic timp de un ceas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

In ambele situații nu se exagerează cu fiertul pentru ca acesta sa rămână crocant și sa aibă o culoare verde aprins, plăcută. La final se stropește cu putin ulei de măsline sau putin unt și se condimentează cu sare și piper pentru gust plăcut.&lt;/div&gt;
