<p>Method:<br />
In a bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and basil. Dip the onions and tomatoes into this mixture for some time. Then arrange the grill rack around 4-6 inches above the barbeque coals. Arrange the tomatoes and green onions on skewers and place them on the rack. Keep brushing with the mixture and grill, turning them few times for 5-6 minutes. Then transfer them onto a platter. Garnish with some parsley.</p>

<p>Method:<br />
Mix together ground chicken, peppers, chilli and some cheese and mix thoroughly. Divide into six portions and prepare 1/2 inch thick patties. Heat oil in a frying pan to fry these patties. When hot, dip each patty into the bread crumbs, coat it well from both the sides and edges and add to pan. Fry them on low-medium flame, at golden color from both the sides until done. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle some cheese on each patty. Spread some mayonnaise on the buns, place the tomato and cucumber slices, lettuce leaves and patty and serve.</p>

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add cumin seeds and onion. Saute until onion becomes soft. Then add ginger-garlic paste and roast for few minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry for few more minutes. Then add chopped tomato, garam masala and stir. Cover and cook until the masala starts releasing oil and tomato softens. Then add cauliflower, carrots, green peas and paneer, add water to prepare curry and cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Add salt, stir and remove from flame. Then add cream, mix well and serve with parathas, chapatis or naan.</p>

<p>Method:<br />
Boil 3 cups water with little salt and add the cauliflower florets to it. Boil on medium flame for 5 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked. But do not overcook. Drain and set aside.<br />
In a mixing bowl mix together all the ingredients except oil and kasoori methi. Add the cauliflower florets to this mixture and stir well.<br />
Heat oil in a pan and add this mixture to it. Fry it on medium flame stirring occasionaly until yogurt dries up and cauliflower turns golden in color. Sprinkle crushed kasoori methi and remove from flame. Mix and serve with parathas or dal and rice.</p>
