FBA members can borrow the DVD’s for the seminars that they missed and earn the credit!  Contact the receptionist at the office of former FBA President, Nancy Kaupp Ewin, Esq., at (619)698-1788.  Her office is located at 8166 La Mesa Blvd., La Mesa, CA 91942.  You will need to complete a form and leave a deposit.

The FBA is in the planning stages of developing its own library of DVDs so its members can borrow and view a presentation that he or she may have missed due to a scheduling conflict. The FBA currently has DVDs for the “So You Settled Your Case, Now What?” seminar presented by Jon H. Epsten and Mark R. Raftery through the FBA’s Civil Litigation Section in August 2010, and the “Medi-Cal Recovery – An Unavoidable Event?” seminar presented by Richard Scott Stewart through the FBA’s Estate Planning Section in September 2010. Both videos are also available for purchase through Attorney Credits’ website.

The FBA will add to its library as videos are received, and will keep members apprised of the titles through the newsletter. The check out procedure, once established, will require a member to leave a deposit when picking up the video. The FBA intends to keep the lending period short so that other members can utilize this benefit, particularly during the “crunch” months.
