I am wondering if perhaps this is a reflection of reality? Is there in fact no correlation between interpersonal/social skills and the ability to build and run a wildly successful business enterprise? Are these actually opposite skill sets? I, for some reason, thought that great interpersonal abilities were vital to building a successful enterprise from the ground up. But, perhaps I was wrong. What do you think?
