Forex Infinity Pro Review – The $90,000 Profit, & What You NEED To Know

Forex Infinity claims to have made a profit of $90,000 in just 5 short months, starting with an initial deposit of $10,000 and trading on the EUR/USD M30 timeframe. This seems impressive, and when you see the backtest results, it does appear pretty genunine.

However, upon closer inspection you’ll see that the backtest was conducted from February -> June 2009 … given that it is now October, I think this should represent a first note of caution. Although it may well have made this money over that time, the fact that they end the backtest then does make you wonder “what would happen next?”. Maybe nothing, maybe something.

However, they’ve said that they’ll have live forward test results available when the product goes on sale (this is written slightly before that) so be sure to check those out.

Forex Rebellion Review – What We Know So Far

What we know so far is that Forex Rebellion is a set of trading indicators developed by Russell that he has managed to turn into a profitable system. It’s particular strengths lay in being able to filter out false signals as well as giving accurate signals on when to enter the market.

Forex Rebellion Review – Is It A Robot?

At this stage it appears that Forex Rebellion is NOT a robot. Currently it seems that it is a manual trading system and set of custom indicators. However, by the time the product is released it will have been automated so that it can be integrated into the MT4 platform and tell you when to enter / exit the market.

Forex Rebellion – What TimeFrames etc?

It appears Forex Rebellion works well on any timeframe, although most of the beta testers tended to focus on the H1 charts or smaller – partly due to personal preference it seems.

Forex Rebellion – Profitability?

The beta testers indicated profits between 35% and 120%, although it must be said this was only over the course of a maximum of one month. Another tester indicated that it had a 65% win ratio, which, is pretty good in the early stages of testing.

Forex Apocalypse Review – The “1 Year No Loss” Claim

This was the thing that first got me suspicious – I mean, we all know robots that can have high winning percentages, but 100% over 14 months seems a bit too long. And to be honest, when, in the video, they show you a screenshot of their earning report, their 100% win ratio is only actually 21 trades. Only 21 trades over a year, to make such a high profit? It seems reasonably unlikely.

Therefore, personally, I am dubious about this claim. It could be they showed the wrong screenshot. However, if there is a chance it could be true, the main reason would be is that it is a longterm trader and may not trade every day.

Forex Apocalypse Review – High Take Profit / Stop Loss

As mentioned above, Forex Apocalypse is very definitely a long term trader. In fact, it’s default settings are :

• Take Profit – 600 pips
• Stop Loss – 250 pips

In other words, 6 cents / 2.5 cents – that’s a lot of market movement. Depending on which currency you place this robot on, trades will potentially stay open for a very long time. Because of this, the 1 year / 21 trades scenario may actually be realistic.

Forex Apocalypse Review : The Details

• Type : Long term trader (hence no stealth mode required)
• Starting Balance Requirements : Start as low as $100
• Currency Pairs : Trades on all currency pairs
• Account Types : Works on Micro, Mini & Std accounts (not Nano though)
• NFA Compliance : Not NFA Compliant – unable to be used on US based NFA compliant brokers. Recommended brokers include Forexmeta, Gallantfx, Alpari UK.
• Support : Ongoing support available
• Updates : Free updates included in the package

Forex Apocalypse Review – The Profits

As you know, I no longer mention their profit claims on this site as often they seem overinflated and backtests are relatively meaningless in relation to future profits.

As you’d expect, they claim it can make great profits. The only way to verifiy this is when live testing is done, which won’t be possible until after release.

You can of course do your own testing by running the robot in Demo mode first – something I highly recommend.

Forex Apocalypse Review Conclusion – Worth Purchasing?

Forex Apocalypse makes big claims, and as always, I advise caution. But it makes a nice change from the number of short term scalping robots, and having a long term trading robot should help with having a more balanced forex trading portfolio.

At this stage there’s not a whole lot of information available on the web – infact, so far we’ve only uncovered two sites testing Forex Phantom, although we believe more will pop up soon.

The first site showing Forex Phantom Live Trading Results is Forex Phantom Review. Now, they apparently had some problems with the setup, and when it went to do the first trade it failed due to  an incorrect settings error – come on guys! Anyways, they have now corrected the settings and are currently awaiting it’s first trade.

The second site is the team at 4xProject. For them so far Forex Phantom has traded as follows :

Trades : 5

By now most forex traders know about the evolution of forex robots or should we say forex robot revolution? It seems like hardly a week goes by without a new forex robot coming to market and the hype seems to increase as each new product is introduced. If you are trading forex online and find yourself considering the purchase a forex robot there are a lot of factors to consider. Keep in mind that one of the big selling points of forex robots is that the user can simply download the software and walk away from his computer while the forex robot trades its way to big pips.

Sure, the autopilot feature that every forex robot boasts of is alluring for forex investors that can’t be at their computers during their preferred trading session to a job or other commitments. But no trader is in his right mind would buy a forex robot and just set it loose in his brokerage account without learning the robot’s ins and outs. One thing you need to know before buying a forex robot is what pairs it trades. This may not seem like a big deal, but it is because some forex robots only trade one pair while others trade several of the major pairs.

If you ever need to review what the major pairs are, there are plenty of forex courses online that will teach you not only the pairs, but approximate trading percentages for each as well. We’ll give you a quick refresher here of the eight major pairs. They are the Euro/U.S. Dollar (EUR/USD), U.S. Dollar/Japanese Yen (USD/JPY), British Pound/U.S. Dollar (GBP/USD), U.S. Dollar/Swiss Franc (USD/CHF), U.S. Dollar/Canadian Dollar (USD/CAD), Australian Dollar/U.S. Dollar (AUD/USD), New Zealand Dollar/U.S. Dollar (NZD/USD) and the Euro/Japanese Yen (EUR/JPY).

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s concentrate on trading forex online and if there are advantages to trading just one pair or multiple pairs. If you come across a forex robot that only trades one pair it’s probably EUR/USD and that makes sense since this is the most heavily traded forex pair. A multi-pair robot will trade all of the dollar-denominated major pairs with no emphasis on any particular pair.

The tough part about picking between single-pair and multi-pair forex robots is that there is no empirical evidence to suggest that one outperforms the other. If you’re comfortable using a forex robot that only trades one pair, that’s fine and that means a multi-pair robot won’t be of much use to you. On the other hand, you need to consider that while the forex market is the most liquid of all the world’s financial markets, and perhaps the most volatile, EVERY forex pair goes through lulls and periods of trading in tight ranges.

That can be a frustrating scenario for any trader and a losing proposition for forex robots that thrive on strongly trending markets.  And where does a forex robot that only trades one pair turn during listless markets? Unfortunately, it has nowhere to turn, making the versatility of a multi-pair forex robot all the more alluring.

I’m the first to admit that I’ve been less than impressed with what has happened post-launch with many of the Forex Trading robots lately. Some products have suddenly vanished from the market with no support remaining, others have been cheap copies of other robots, and most of them have been created by fly-by-nighters with no real interest in turning a long term profit.

Unfortunately that trading community is no longer avaiable, but that’s good for you as that same team has now turned their attention to Forex IvyBot.

Forex IvyBot Review – 1 Week On, What Are The Reports?

Admittedly there’s not quite as much genuine feedback as I would’ve thought, but it can take some time for Google to find this.

The main complaint so far is that currently IvyBot only runs on 4 digit brokers. A couple of years ago this wouldn’t have been a problem, but now many brokers run on 5 digits. The IvyBot support team in fact say themselves :

Keep in mind Ivybot is not meant to run on 5 digit brokers (but the update will be available shortly) … remember IvyBot has recommended brokers.

So currently IvyBot won’t work with your 5 digit brokers, but there is an update coming soon. Their “workaround” in the meantime is that you use their recommended brokers.

Certainly not ideal … but they are clearly aware that it is an issue for many people.

Forex IvyBot Review – 2 Weeks On, Some Further Details

It’s now almost two weeks since Forex IvyBot was launched. Based on feedback on the forums I follow, it does appear to be making successful trades for people, although perhaps not as many trades as people would like – however there is a scalping setting if you want to set the robot to do that.

For those curious about how the robot works, here’s some more info from one of it’s users :

The basic robot is suposedly a trend follower. It gets most of its data from the higher time frames, H4 and Daily, and uses the H1 for timing. It relys on Linear Regresions and Trend Channels for the overall trend analysis, and divergence between two RateOfChange incicators to determine strength. FapTurbo.com  has been contracted to receive $40,000.00 by a third party (Accelerated Capital Limited) for coverage of UOMO. Accelerated Capital Limited is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. To my knowledge Accelerated Capital Limited owns shares of UOMO.

And this …

FapTurbo.com  and its affiliates or officers have purchased and sold and will purchase and sell shares of common stock of UOMO, in the open market at any time without notice.FapTurbo.com has approximately 100,000 shares remaining and will continue to sell UOMO shares today and tomorrow. These sales may lower the value of YOUR purchase of UOMO shares and could result in significant loss.

Ok then. So for those who still haven’t quite connected the dots, here’s what’s happening, and why you shouldn’t trust the word of the FAPTurbo team.

1. They are getting paid $40,000 to send out these emails telling you how great the stock is.
2. They have 100,000 shares of the stock. Shares that they no doubt brought for 5c. No doubt as a result of these emails the share price rose as high as 92c. So, say they sold at the top of the market : 100,000 shares times 87c profit = $87,000 shares profit. The equivalent of around 1800% profit for them.
3. So in total, by getting you to buy those shares, they have made $127,000 dollars.

Yes, they make $127,000 , but what guarantee for you is there that the shares will hold their value. At time of writing they are at 68c, so anybody who brought at 92c has already lost 26% of their money. Should the shares go back down to 5c or 6c as they were on April 27, you will have potentially lost a lot of money.

The question you must ask yourself – have the shares risen for genuine reasons, or only because of the emails sent out?
