EURUSD Setup 16 April 2012

Eurusd staged a surprising come back after last Friday sell off & Asia weak opening. We tested 1.30 into London opening before buyers got back the pair to 1.3020. US retail sales was the trigger & bulls then cleared back 1.3042 before first test above 1.3060 then again a quick drop to 1.3035 to find again buyers & shorts got squeezed thru 1.31.
Watch 1h chart here important area 1.3150-70 should cap rally & we a need a trigger to start quick fire sell off again. Spanish auction tomorrow so let’s see.

Update 1: First target 1.3090 tested then we currently had a quick bounce so let’s see if 1/2 position could here hold @ BE. STOPPED ( 1.3140 ).

Update 2: Reloaded again 1.3143 & 1/2 taken here at 20 pips & stop back to BE… Let’s see again. & again stopped spanish auction was strong & fueled rally toward 1.3160 stops get squeezed.

Guys yes I’m still around even if not tweeting. Sorry for not sharing as I used to.

Any way here today a clean setup I got that drove me nuts as it was perfect.
Check comments in 1H charts as I prepared the trade and my first market view there before tuning using 1 min chart for the price action reading & validation.

I use 1 min chart to get last updated supply zones & resistance levels for better price action reading.

Some Eurusd levels to watch 1.2870-80 area is pivotal and should hold stops. We broke downtrend channel as you can see in 4h chart. Short term 1.2840 & 1.2800 offer support. On the upside 1.2970 & 1.30 are levels to watch. Watch ahead ECB & bonds auctions.

GBPUSD 1h chart watch 1.54 was a previous key supply level and turn here into sell level combined with the downtrend longs didn't last. For bulls we need to close 1h candle above 1.5360 to survive the day.

A bit late for this chart post but watch here pivotal for momentum: 1.2820 lower 1.2785 ultimate support.
On the upside we had a resistance area holding 1.2880. then 1.2905 & 1.2960 should hold a lot of stops.

Fibs : 1.3076-1.2665 down leg : 38.2 1.2919 50 1.2870 61.8 1.3762

Eurusd chart update we finally broke again above 1.2730. short term 1.2760 pivotal. Good spanish auction driving risk higher. Sellers still sitting at 1.2785-95 area & if we clear them quick would see 1.2820 seller blow out in a quick spike. Watch for trend line and few fibs.

ECB will be key for move later. Expect super Mario for the show.

I took this short once news calmed down was a clean move. we broke trend line & we had lower high‘s on each bounce up then price moved faster so I moved my target for more 10 pips at 1.5690.

Been a while didn’t update my blog.

So here is my latest Eurusd Hourly chart, notice how we broke the downside channel after we tested 1.2950.

On the upside 1.31 is key resistance and above we would see further resistance at 1.3170-80. My bet currently is for a bearish flag as long channel holds.

Go markets AUS price freeze

Chris have been denying this so I catched this video on live account.

Notice this happened right at 1.34 test today 21 september in NY. Had issues too at 1.35 test. So ticks were totally missing arround. It happened yesterday at FOMC too. So watch how after freeze while chart show current bar & we have a strange gap will get the missing ticks when the freezing happened and we could see the lows!

This is bad as this is lasting month’s while Go markets denying and talking only about firewall issues mainly.
