&lt;br /&gt;
FOREX - the foreign exchange market or currency market or Forex is the market where one currency is traded for another. It is one of the largest markets in the world.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Some of the participants in this market are simply seeking to exchange a foreign currency for their own, like multinational corporations which must pay wages and other expenses in different nations than they sell products in. However, a large part of the market is made up of currency traders, who speculate on movements in exchange rates, much like others would speculate on movements of stock prices. Currency traders try to take advantage of even small fluctuations in exchange rates.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the foreign exchange market there is little or no 'inside information'. Exchange rate fluctuations are usually caused by actual monetary flows as well as anticipations on global macroeconomic conditions. Significant news is released publicly so, at least in theory, everyone in the world receives the same news at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Currencies are traded against one another. Each pair of currencies thus constitutes an individual product and is traditionally noted XXX/YYY, where YYY is the ISO 4217 international three-letter code of the currency into which the price of one unit of XXX currency is expressed. For instance, EUR/USD is the price of the euro expressed in US dollars, as in 1 euro = 1.2045 dollar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unlike stocks and futures exchange, foreign exchange is indeed an interbank, over-the-counter (OTC) market which means there is no single universal exchange for specific currency pair. The foreign exchange market operates 24 hours per day throughout the week between individuals with Forex brokers, brokers with banks, and banks with banks. If the European session is ended the Asian session or US session will start, so all world currencies can be continually in trade. Traders can react to news when it breaks, rather than waiting for the market to open, as is the case with most other markets.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Average daily international foreign exchange trading volume was $1.9 trillion in April 2004 according to the BIS study.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Like any market there is a bid/offer spread (difference between buying price and selling price). On major currency crosses, the difference between the price at which a market maker will sell ("ask", or "offer") to a wholesale customer and the price at which the same market-maker will buy ("bid") from the same wholesale customer is minimal, usually only 1 or 2 pips. In the EUR/USD price of 1.4238 a pip would be the '8' at the end. So the bid/ask quote of EUR/USD might be 1.4238/1.4239.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This, of course, does not apply to retail customers. Most individual currency speculators will trade using a broker which will typically have a spread marked up to say 3-20 pips (so in our example 1.4237/1.4239 or 1.423/1.425). The broker will give their clients often huge amounts of margin, thereby facilitating clients spending more money on the bid/ask spread. The brokers are not regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (since they do not sell securities), so they are not bound by the same margin limits as stock brokerages. They do not typically charge margin interest, however since currency trades must be settled in 2 days, they will "resettle" open positions (again collecting the bid/ask spread).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Individual currency speculators can work during the day and trade in the evenings, taking advantage of the market's 24 hours long trading day.&lt;br /&gt;

PayPal is an electronic payment, storage and money transfer method that is operated by PayPal Inc., which is owned by eBay Inc. Founded in 2000 PayPal was one of the first and currently is one of the most popular on-line services for money transferring. Although there is account balance associated with each PayPal account, PayPal doesn't employ virtual currency units (unlike e-gold and WebMoney), remaining a pure payment system.&lt;br /&gt;

PayPal accounts are anonymous and are based on the customer's e-mail address. But the credit card is required to add the funds into the balance or send payments to other customers.&lt;br /&gt;

PayPal charges fees for receiving funds and for withdrawing funds from the account balance to the bank accounts outside U.S. The sender of the funds doesn't pay any fees if transfer occurs only inside the payment system.&lt;br /&gt;

PayPal is a convenient electronic payment system to use with the Forex brokers. Because all payments are instant, you can use your credit card without exposing it to anyone except PayPal and there are enough various brokers that accept PayPal for funding purposes. Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't allow residents of certain countries (the majority of the countries) to accept PayPal payments, making it useless to the Forex traders from such countries.&lt;br /&gt;

For some of you this may at first seem a tad bit complicated, but&lt;br /&gt;
really it is quite simple.&lt;br /&gt;
Please read this eBook a few times, and I’m sure that understanding&lt;br /&gt;
will start to sink in. DEFINETELY practice these techniques in a&lt;br /&gt;
demo account for a while before trading real money. Over the next&lt;br /&gt;
couple of weeks of applying what you’ve learned in this eBook I’m&lt;br /&gt;
sure you’ll really grasp it. There is a saying, “understanding is a&lt;br /&gt;
process, not an event”. Allow yourself a while to fully integrate all&lt;br /&gt;
this information.&lt;br /&gt;
BASIC BASICS....forex sato&lt;br /&gt;
This program assumes you understand certain basics about FOREX&lt;br /&gt;
trading, but to just be sure here is a brief review.&lt;br /&gt;
Currencies are traded in pairs, meaning that you are really trading&lt;br /&gt;
one currency for another. A simple way to understand this is to&lt;br /&gt;
consider what you do when you go on foreign vacations. If you are&lt;br /&gt;
an American (for example), and you plan to travel to another&lt;br /&gt;
country, say Canada, then you might take say $1, 000 USD to the&lt;br /&gt;
bank to change it for Canadian dollars. Let’s say the exchange rate&lt;br /&gt;
is 1.4000, then for your $1,000 USD they would give you $1,400&lt;br /&gt;
CAD (ignore bank spreads/commissions). Now let’s say you didn’t&lt;br /&gt;
spend the money and upon coming home you decide to change it&lt;br /&gt;
back to USD currency. Now let’s say the exchange rate is 1.3700 (a&lt;br /&gt;
change of 300 pips that could happen in a week), so your $1,400&lt;br /&gt;
CAD would convert back to $1,021.89 US (again, ignore bank&lt;br /&gt;
spreads/commissions). Therefore you just made $21.89, a 2.19%&lt;br /&gt;
increase in funds (not bad). forex sato&lt;br /&gt;
In the FOREX market you could have simply traded the “Currency&lt;br /&gt;
Pair” called USD/CAD, first selling USD for CAD, and then later&lt;br /&gt;
buying back USD with the CAD you have. Basically, you are&lt;br /&gt;
trading one currency for the other.&lt;br /&gt;
Usually currencies are traded against the US dollar (USD), so you&lt;br /&gt;
may be trading the US dollar against the Euro (EUR), British Pound&lt;br /&gt;
FOREX Surfing Draft&lt;br /&gt;
(GBP), Swiss Franc (CHF), Japanese Yen (JPY), Australian Dollar&lt;br /&gt;
(AUD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), and of course the Canadian&lt;br /&gt;
Dollar (CAD). There are other currency pairs, but you normally&lt;br /&gt;
won’t be dealing with those. The ones listed here are what are&lt;br /&gt;
known as the “Majors”. forex sato&lt;br /&gt;
When you are trading you are attempting to capture “PIPs” (Price&lt;br /&gt;
Interest Points), which is one/one-hundredth of a cent (for dollars).&lt;br /&gt;
You will notice that the exchange has two extra decimals at the end.&lt;br /&gt;
From our example above, there is a one-pip difference between&lt;br /&gt;
1.4000 and 1.4001.&lt;br /&gt;
One pip may not seem like much, but when you are trading large&lt;br /&gt;
volumes of currency, say $100,000, then one pip times 100,000 is&lt;br /&gt;
equal to $10 (less on certain currency pairs). When you are trading&lt;br /&gt;
currencies the broker gives you typically a 100:1 ratio meaning that&lt;br /&gt;
to “control” one lot of $100,000 all you need is $1,000 on margin.&lt;br /&gt;
Thus, as has been explained before, when you capture 20 pips from&lt;br /&gt;
this awesome trading system then that means you have just earned&lt;br /&gt;

Now, if you don’t have at least $2,000 to open a regular FOREX&lt;br /&gt;
trading account, or can’t afford potential 10 pip losses, then you&lt;br /&gt;
may want to consider a “mini” account. Most online brokers offer&lt;br /&gt;
mini trading accounts that you can open for as little as $300. With a&lt;br /&gt;
mini account you are trading lot sizes one-tenth of a regular lot&lt;br /&gt;
(10,000 vs. 100,000), with risk being one-tenth as well as your&lt;br /&gt;
rewards one-tenth. Trading a mini account means that 1 pip equals&lt;br /&gt;
roughly $1. If this is the only way you can afford to start trading&lt;br /&gt;
then open a mini account. Remember, as your account quickly&lt;br /&gt;
grows you can trade multiple mini lots, and trading ten mini lots is&lt;br /&gt;
the same as trading one regular lot. You could open a mini account&lt;br /&gt;
with say $300 and experience huge gains in your first month,&lt;br /&gt;
quickly building your account to be able to trade larger lot sizes.&lt;br /&gt;

Please remember to exercise good equity management in all your&lt;br /&gt;
trades, never risking more than 2% of your margin account on any&lt;br /&gt;
single trade, however if you have a small mini account you may&lt;br /&gt;
bend this rule to 5%. For example, if you have $300 in your&lt;br /&gt;

account, 2% is $6, equal to 6 pips loss. Realistically you need to be&lt;br /&gt;
prepared to suffer 10 to 20 pip losses with this system, so obviously&lt;br /&gt;
your risk per trade has to be a bit higher than professional traders&lt;br /&gt;
would normally employ. Once you get your account to $1,000 or&lt;br /&gt;
more then definitely limit your risk to only 2% of your margin&lt;br /&gt;
account on any single trade. Don’t be greedy and you’ll survive a&lt;br /&gt;
few losses to continue your gains. Please don’t trade money you&lt;br /&gt;
can’t afford to lose.&lt;br /&gt;

A couple more things before we continue with explaining this&lt;br /&gt;
amazing trading system. You should have the following three&lt;br /&gt;
things already set up. (1) An actual trading account with real money&lt;br /&gt;
in it (or get one set up within a month or so), (2) a demo trading&lt;br /&gt;
account with fake money in it, and (3) access to charts. I would&lt;br /&gt;
personally recommend opening up an account with one of my&lt;br /&gt;
recommended brokers (listed in the Resources Section), however&lt;br /&gt;
any of the other major brokers may do, or whatever favorite you&lt;br /&gt;
have. (Important – in the Resources Section I explain certain&lt;br /&gt;
important criteria to evaluate your broker to see whether they’ll be&lt;br /&gt;
good to use in conjunction with this system. It is preferable though&lt;br /&gt;
to use one of the recommended brokers) They will also provide you&lt;br /&gt;
free charts that will be more than good enough for the purposes of&lt;br /&gt;
this strategy. You don’t need expensive charts; the free ones really&lt;br /&gt;
are all you need. It is best to use charts provided by your broker as&lt;br /&gt;
the FOREX market is decentralized and the trading rates differ&lt;br /&gt;
slightly from broker to broker, and for this strategy you need&lt;br /&gt;
accurate prices based on your broker’s dealing rates to succeed.&lt;br /&gt;

Make sure to play around with making trades in your demo account,&lt;br /&gt;
don’t worry about making losses, just practice entering trades to get&lt;br /&gt;
familiar with the steps to entering a trade. You don’t want to miss&lt;br /&gt;
out on a great trading opportunity because you don’t know how to&lt;br /&gt;

Fitness is the essence of a man. Most weight training program include this much repetitions for gaining muscle. The truth is this approach places the muscles with not enough tension for effective muscle gain. 2. Three Set rule&lt;br /&gt;

The number of sets you perform should be base on your goals and not on a half-century old rule. The more repetitions you do on an exercise, the fewer sets you should do, and vice versa. This keeps the total number of repetitions done of an exercise equal.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Three to four exercises per group&lt;br /&gt;
The truth is this is a waste of time. Combined with twelve reps of three sets, the total number of reps amount to 144. If your doing this much reps for a muscle group your not doing enough. Instead of doing too many varieties of exercises, try doing 30 to 50 reps. That can be anywhere from 2 sets of 15 reps or 5 sets of 10 reps.&lt;br /&gt;
4. My knees, my toes&lt;br /&gt;
It is a gym folklore that you “should not let your knees go past your toes." Truth is that leaning forward a little too much is more likely a cause of injury. In 2003, Memphis University researchers confirmed that knee stress was almost thirty percent higher when the knees are allowed to move beyond the toes during a squat.&lt;br /&gt;
