Great youtube channel that I'm following lately is Trader From Amsterdam. You can check few of his latest videos below. He is showing his live trades. His style is scalping mostly DAX and his accuracy is so high that I didn't know it's possible. As he says: "No Live room, No trade calls here and I have no trading system for sale. Just posting my daily live trades. Hope one get inspired."

My new trading related hobby is watching live trading videos and any other that are interesting. There is not much stuff on youtube that isn't some kind of selling and that's usually boring. So it's a pleasure when I find something good.

First there is blogger from The Trading Quest with his trading recaps:

And the other channel worth of mention is old one without new updates. It follows trade management of some broker. From my perspective very interesting stuff. The guy is also funny to listen because of his occasional excitement and self talk. Also the sounds that he do while he thinks. You got to check it out.

Google reader replacements

Dreaded day is around the corner. Google will abandon their don't be evil motto and kill reader. In last three months looking for replacement I found three that does job sufficiently. I don't know which will prevail because I'm still using google reader.

The Old Reader is what google reader was few years ago. It's probably my first choice for now but it's too soon to know.

Aol Reader is newcomer and surprise because it wasn't anticipated like Digg reader was (which I didn't see yet). It looks like polished product in early stage.

Netvibes is more than a reader. It's dashboard kind of platform, but can easily be configured just to use as a reader.

-I'm not really proud of my averaging in eurjpy, risking much for no good reason. If I don't know where to put stop or don't want to accept that it's time for stop it's better not to trade that trade
- I'm far better in those nice scalping situation when stop or gain is quick and definite

Petition to save Google Reader

If you use this product as much as I do I'm sure you will want to sign it. This petition right now has more then 100,000 signatures. It doesn't mean that it will make Google reverse it's decision of shutting down reader but if I ever wanted to express my opinion and vote it's now for this.

- third of usual size because on previous reports there were whipsaws, in previous few occasions move wasn't so big and lasted really only as initial spike that's why I closed it immediately

- adding second position only complicate things and get you out prematurely

- after finally profit continuation trade that's low probability in this choppy low range market

I was profitable in trend but I decided to continue playing around, looking for reversal back down so profit melted and loss became bigger. This is kind of market that is hard to see lately.
