Olympian Jennie Finch Prepares to Welcome Third Child

Olympic softball champion and recently-retired player Jennie Finch is expecting her third child. The athlete announced in her People that she and her husband Casey Daigle are expecting yet again. The couple have two sons, Ace Shane, 6, and Diesel Dean, 13 months.

How is preparing for a third child different than one or two?

Despite what you may be told, parenting never gets easier. Here are some ways preparing for a third child is different than for your first or second:

1. You know what to expect: You and your partner have been there twice already, and knowing how you need to prepare is one way preparing is different. You have the experience in pregnancy, giving birth and raising a child, meaning you now know what has worked, and what hasn’t, in the past.

2. You have help: While this may not always make things easier, as more hands can sometimes lead to more problems, at the very least you do have two children there to keep you, your beau and your new baby company.

3. You know you’re prepared: The first time around was likely nerve-wracking for you and your sweetheart. The second time might have been, too. But with your third child, you’re aware of everything that needs to be done and everything that will be done. It’s time to calm down and welcome a new child into the world.

Finally, a panel of celebrity judges including Chauncey Billups, Jennie Finch, Tony Hawk, Andy Roddick, and Dara Torres selected the twenty-five national winners.

5 children die in wreck, vehicle plunges into lake

there's my car...drowning (Photo credit: coolguy_teju)

Five young siblings and one adult died early Saturday when a sport utility vehicle went off an eastern Mississippi road and plunged into a rain-swollen creek, authorities said.

Neshoba County Sheriff Tommy Waddell said the victims appear to have drowned after a Dodge Durango left a county road 20 miles southeast of Philadelphia just after midnight Saturday.

"It's always sad to hear of the death of a tribal member, but today our tribe experienced a great tragedy with the loss of six beautiful Choctaw souls. I cannot begin to imagine what the friends, relatives and loved ones are feeling," Tribal Chief Phyliss J. Anderson said in a statement. "There are no words that can express our sincere condolences to such a horrific accident. I join many of you in the outpouring display of love and support shown to the families during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with them."

Comet coming in 2013

2012-12-31T13:47:00.003+05:00

Comet Approaching In 2013 Could Outshine The Full Moon. Comet ISON will pass 1.2 million miles from the center of the sun on November 28, 2013 according to NASA’s Near Earth Object Program at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. When the object passes by Earth’s night sky it could be brighter than the moon. Stargazers next fall may find the moon is not the brightest object in the night sky. As the newly discovered Comet ISON passes close to the sun between October and December next year, it indeed might become bright enough to outshine the moon. 2013 will be the Year of the Comet. If they live up to their potential, Comet PanSTARRS and Comet ISON will be the real headline grabbers in 2013, but there are plenty of bright planets and showers of shooting stars to keep us looking up all year long. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to gaze upon the stars will be had next year by thousands of backyard astronomers who wish to catch a glimpse of the comet of the century. Comet Ison has yet to earn its spotlight in the media, but soon enough it will be the trending topic among all the search engines.

Torii Hunter 'uncomfortable' with gay teammate

2012-12-31T13:37:00.000+05:00

Hunter’s quotes, which were posted Saturday on the Times’ website, came nearly three years after he told USA Today he believed Latino players of African decent were “imposters” when it came to the dwindling numbers of black players in baseball. He drew plenty of criticism for those comments, which he later defended while insisting he was not a racist.

“For me, as a Christian … I will be uncomfortable because in all my teachings and all my learning, biblically, it's not right,” Hunter told the Times. “It will be difficult and uncomfortable.”

There is no doubt that Hunter isn’t alone in his beliefs, and it’s entirely possible he has already shared a clubhouse with a gay teammate or coach and never known it.

That a player feels the way Hunter does isn’t surprising, but it is surprising that Hunter would be the one to express those beliefs. It’s not that they're wrong; they are his and he is entitled to them.

That such a social and popular player would speak out doesn’t help a gay player feel he can come out to teammates and still be accepted. Given Hunter's status in the game, a might have believed he could have looked to Hunter for support.

Eddie Fisher, Conrad Hilton, Richard Burton and more: The Elizabeth Taylor ex-husband power rankings By Mikey O'Connell

2012-12-31T11:16:00.002+05:00

Elizabeth Taylor, who died Mar. 23, was an iconic actress, a great philanthropist, successful perfume pitch-woman and the center of the 20th century pop culture universe.

She also really liked dudes.

In her 79 years of life, she had eight marriages with seven different men. Her mates included hotel heirs, construction workers, politicians and fellow actors. But they weren't created equal.

So instead of revisiting Elizabeth Taylor's many men in chronological order, we've ranked them by awesomeness and how their respective unions have stood the test of time. Let's begin...

7. Michael Todd (1957-1958)
Poor Michael. Having fathered one of Liz's four children should spare him from being in last place, but, alas, he's the only husband of Taylor's who exited the marriage by dying. Little more than a year after their 1957 wedding, his unfortunately-titled plane, "Lucky Liz," crashed in New Mexico, killing him and three other passengers.

6. Michael Wilding (1952-1957)
A British actor who gave Liz her two sons, Michael and Christopher, Wilding seemed to exist solely in the shadow of his wife. His IMDB profile certainly pales in comparison.

5. Conrad Hilton Jr. (1950-1951)
You never forget your first. Hilton may have marked Liz's shortest marriage, but that makes him no less of a pioneer. Also? His dad was briefly a character on "Mad Men."

4. John Warner (1976-1982)
One of just two Liz exes to survive her, Warner was the thinking man's Mr. Taylor. He served in World War II, held the title of Secretary of the Navy and for the last three years of their marriage, he was a United States Senator -- a title he held until his retirement in 2009.

3. Eddie Fisher (1959-1964)
You've got to hand it to Eddie just for guts he had in becoming husband #4 to Liz. Not only was the famous singer the best friend of newly-deceased Michael Todd, he left his wife Debbie Reynolds to marry her. Their union wasn't what you would call "well-received."

2. Larry Fortensky (1991-1996)
Wait. Who is Larry Fortensky? Only the last man to tame Liz Taylor's wild heart. The curly-mullet-ed construction worker was 20 years younger than Taylor when they married on Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch. The five-year free ride he had with her, before slipping into obscurity, makes him one of the biggest winners on this list.

1. Richard Burton (1964-1974, 1975-1976)
Nothing compares to Richard Burton. They married twice, and during their run, they were debatably the most important couple on the planet. They starred in intense movies ("Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?") together, which people constantly speculated mirrored their private lives. We also have an especially soft spot for what a candid drunk Burton was. He admitted to "trying" homosexuality and suggested that all actors were really gay, they just "cover it up with drink."

... Drink and marriages to Elizabeth Taylor?

Cathay Pacific Oral Sex Scandal Was A Hoax

Cathay Pacific was not impressed with the oral sex scandal. The first week of August the news broke of indecent behavior by airline pilots and stewardesses of Cathay Pacific in full flight. Pictures and video material were spread on the internet to report the incident.

The report also read that Cathay Pacific immediately launched a full-fledged investigation on the incident or incidents. The Hong Kong based international airline is rated among the top airlines in the world both in services as in incident reports. The sex scandal came on board as a very unwelcomed guest.

The whole incident seemed to be based on a hoax and a prank joke by some internet enthusiasts. News like this easily spreads around the globe and goes viral.

The small picture series shows a woman performing oral sex, and the same women in all sorts of indecent positions showing her genitals. The pictures were taken with a digital camera, and downloaded to a laptop. The pictures circling the internet where photographed from the laptop with a smartphone.

The pictures involved clearly show a gentleman in normal attire and not in his pilot uniform. If the picture would have been taken on duty then the pilot would have been in his dark blue Cathay Pacific pilot uniform. Also the so called stewardess performing fellatio in the footage is not wearing her head dress and the pictures only show that she is wearing something red. Red is the corporate color of the Pacific Cathay uniform but that does not say anything about the authenticity of the pictures.

The alleged pictures supposedly would have been taken in one of Cathay Pacific airplane cockpits. But also the picture series does not show any evidence of that. The pictures could have been taken in any airplane.

Nick Jonas’ New Girlfriend Delta Goodrem Shows (PHOTOS)

2012-12-27T22:41:00.002+05:00

Now that Delta Goodrem is dating Nick Jonas, an Australian pop star. She needs to adjust this new paparazzi attention!

The couple have been seen together since May of this year. They were recently pictured hugging on a trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Nick’s 19 and Delta is nearly 27, although the age difference is quite big, especially for the younger man/older woman arrangement.

Their age difference seems uncomfortable. She started dating after two months of her engagement break-up. This is a different sort of couple.

Delta Goodrem is 27 year old but she looks over 30. Delta has been Number 1 on the "Aussie artist" chart. Her first album sold 4.5 million copies (1.2 million in Australia). It is, therefore, a lot of Australians listen her. Her album remained #2 in the U.K.

Sex and American Moms

A new study of moms with young children, conducted jointly by Cookie, the lifestyle magazine for the modern mom, and AOL Body, reveals that 34 percent of moms report having had an affair since having children, and 48 percent suspect their husbands have had or are having an affair.

The survey, entitled “Sex and the American Mom,” polled a nationwide group of more than 30,000 mothers with at least one child. The poll was conducted entirely online at cookiemag.com and AOL Body.

“The somewhat startling statistics invite a closer look at the state of sex and the American marriage. As a magazine for moms who are trying to have it all and keep it all together, we are trying to get at the problems of marriage, which often play out in the bedroom,” says Pilar Guzman, editor-in-chief of Cookie.

Cheating

A whopping 34 percent of women admitted to having had an affair since having kids, and more than half (53 percent) said they have thought about it.

Moms Fantasize About Sex with the Other Men:

Fifty-eight percent of women said they fantasize about sex with coworkers, delivery men, and other dads. As far as celebrities go, moms said they fantasize most about George Clooney, Tom Brady, and Barack Obama.

Moms’ Priorities

Sixty percent said that sex ranks at the bottom of their list of tensions, below money, raising the kids, and in-laws; however, 29 percent said that they would rather have sex than lose 10 pounds or get more sleep.

Moms’ Favorite Ways to Spark the Home Fires

Twenty-three percent of moms surveyed said porn is their favorite way to spark the home fires, while 39 percent said they prefer to simply hang out with their husband to get in the mood, 21 percent said they use alcohol, and 17 percent fantasy play.

Moms and Sex

Nineteen percent of moms revealed that they have sex once a week and 32 percent said they have it more often than that; seventy-seven percent said they want to have sex more frequently. Sixty-nine percent of those surveyed said they are willing to have sex to please their husbands even when they are not in the mood.

Time for a Babysitter?

While 36 percent of the moms reported that their attraction to their husbands is the same as it was before having kids, more than half (59 percent) said that they feel inhibited from having sex when the kids are home.

Recensies film Jan Smit vernietigend

2012-12-19T19:50:00.000+05:00

2012-12-17T14:32:00.001+05:00

Porn Hurts Mens Hearts (Photo credit: tkw954)

The Social Costs of Pornography: A Statement of Findings and Recommendations’.
