FOREX analysis is divided into two types: Fundamental and Technical. Fundamental analysis attempts to predict movements in currencies by examining current political and economic events. FOREX technical analysis uses historical economic data to predict movements in the FOREX.

Basic Principles
Technical analysis is based on three assumptions:
1 – Price movements are a result of all market forces combined. Things that can affect currency prices include political events, economic conditions, supply and demand, seasonal variations and weather conditions. The technical analyst, however, is not concerned with the reasons for market movement, but rather, the movements themselves.

2 – Currency prices follow trends. Many market patterns have been recognized as having predictable consequences.

3 – Price movements follow historical trends. FOREX data has been collected for over 100 years and patterns have emerged over time. These patterns are based on human psychology and the way people react to certain sets of circumstances.

Is Technical Analysis Necessary?

Most FOREX day traders rely heavily on technical analysis and may use fundamental analysis to support their trading strategy. A major advantage of technical over fundamental analysis is that it can be applied to many different markets and currencies at the same time. The Market Watch window is a floating palette. It has the ability to be dragged anywhere on the screen. The Market Watch window which is also called the Quotes Window shows the current prices of the traded currency pairs and the currency market news in the currency market. It also permits quick dealing with any currency pair.

No Maintenance Margin Policy With ForxGen

ForexGen "no maintenance margin policy" means that our clients' positions can reach and go below the margin requirements without ForexGen close their opening positions. Throughout the week your positions may fluctuate and ForexGen will take no action. We only require you to respect the margin requirements by Friday 23:00 GMT and before holidays.

"No maintenance margin policy" means if your positions go below the margin requirements, we don't close your account or even give you margin calls. However, if you approach the level where the loss of your open positions approaches the balance of your account, you will be stopped out and your positions will be closed. Stop positions will be executed when there is only around 5% equity of the required margin left in your account. Set up costs. The set up costs for the white label program is $10,000 USD. This is charged for the approval of the application and before the project scheduling.
Trading platform customization. The White label customization process is by creating a welcome page for your customers including the company name and logo.
Grace period. You are allowed to create your required trading volume (500 standard lots per month) or funds under equity ($300,000 USD) in course of three months in order to avoid the maintenance fee of $500 USD each month, which will be paid after the end of the third month

2 pips spread on six currency pairs.
Leverage of 200:1 leverage for accounts of up to $1 million US.
Providing online trading services without maintenance margin, margin call and no automatic closing of positions below the initial margin on weekdays for accounts with initial equity of up to $1 million US. The margin level have to be recognized Fridays at 23:00 CET and before public holidays.
