I want to start by saying that I hate doing first blog posts so I will just jump right in and start saying what I came here to say.

This is my new blog. It will take the place of Talking Hites since that was supposed to be tied to GreatHites. So down to business.

Last Thursday Val Ford (@vg_ford on twitter) posted that she had a new writing, goal starting on November 1st she was going to write 250 words of fiction every day for a year. Even though she said this was not a challenge, I pick up the gauntlet that she had not dropped, and have decided to run with it. With NaNoWriMo fast approaching, and the word goals there I figure that 250-500 words a day for the next year should not be too hard a goal to attain. So Wish me luck. I will do my best to keep you updated here.
