This very special mix is by Rupert & Mennert. I’ll let Mennert explain himself: “I’ve taken the Lawrence Lessig sample. And then i made it shift phases. I took this idea from an old Steve Reich track. He does the same trick (only he was original and i am not!) with bandrecorders playing not at exactly the same speed. So the samples are going out of phase what makes it very rhythmical. What he has done analog, i did digital. To point out the also shifting age of time and technique.”
