Unfortunately (for both of us it would seem) his recollection of our interaction is totally inaccurate. I happen to share a social networking avenue with this candidate and he has threatened to “out me”. Evidently what triggered his anger was my last blog post “Is your organization ensuring a positive candidate experience?” He does not feel I am qualified to speak on this topic. Of course thousands of candidates I’ve worked with in over 15 years might disagree but it only takes one person with determination to ruin what you’ve spend a career building.
For over 15 years I’ve watched both agency and corporate Recruiters act dismissive and even disrespectful towards candidates who may not be a fit for the req sitting in front of them despite the fact that the candidate who they do not move forward with can be their best branding and networking resource. While recruiting can be a transaction based profession it is also a relationship driven profession. The long term success of any recruiting program is going to be based on the relationships built and the experience an organization provides candidates.
InovaHire.com, the first and only free job board and live interview site, has set the stage for a new generation of national job boards.

"We have several features on our site that control the quality of our search results, " says Willette. "These features ensure that only open positions appear in a job seeker's search results and only available job seekers appear in an employer's search results."

One of InovaHire.com's most desired features is Auto-Private. "If an employer or job seeker has not logged-in to their account for thirty consecutive days, their account will automatically go into a private mode, eliminating them from search results," explains Willette. "They aren't set to private, just until they log back in and change their Privacy Setting back to Public."

Another great feature controlling quality on InovaHire.com is the life of a job posting. "Once an employer creates a job on our site it will remain active for thirty-days," explains Willette. "At the end of the thirty-day period their job is automatically moved into their archived postings. If they position is still available, they are encouraged to re-activate it. If the position is closed, it will be saved in their archived should it become available at a later date."

InovaHire.com is also unique in that they don't force users to apply for positions through their site. "Many employers have a preference for receiving applications," explains Willette. "Some prefer to receive applications via e-mail, some through their company website, others through an in-store terminal. We don't care how the positions are filled and we don't care how a job seeker applies to a position, all that matters to us is that positions are being filled and job seekers are finding work."

InovaHire.com's database is constantly changing. New positions come up and old ones come down on a daily basis. "If you don't find an opportunity on our site today, you may just find one on our site tomorrow," says Willette.
ERS addresses Employers' demand for high-quality-candidate management. With ERS, employers may look forward to hire 50+% of new hires through their Employee Referral Program.

We are looking to connect with firms with an interest in entering into a revenue-sharing partnership, by providing help on sales and consulting services. We are especially interested in consultants based in California, however, any US-based inquiry will be considered.

NOTE: This is not an offer of employment at this time. We are a small operation that needs to build up sales. We are then looking at a funding cycle later this year. After funding has been acquired, we can then discuss prospective employment.
Please let us know if you would be interested in further discussions.
Split placements and full fee placements anyone?

EliteSplits.Com is the fastest growing split and full fee placement network is now open and offering a FREE 30 day recruiting trial membership. The site helps recruiter’s to network with other member recruiters, candidates & employers, to make split-placements and full fee placements.

The founding partners of EliteSplits have real world independent recruiting experience, so we understand the obstacles that independent recruiters face on a daily basis, with cold calling, the “black hole feeling” and the high fees for successful placements that are frequently charged by other networks. Best of all we do not charge a percentage of any fees for any successful placements made on the site.

Our goal was to create a simple, easy to use site that enables you to have direct contact with your network to build strong professional relationships that will have a positive effect on your bottom line. The network serves all industries and you can post and view an unlimited number of positions.
