“PIZZA A AUSCHWITZ”

PIZZA A AUSCHWITZ è un film dalla struttura semplice, che entra però
direttamente nel nucleo di questioni mai davvero risolte. Il
protagonista del film, Danny Chanoch, sopravvissuto a cinque campi di
sterminio, parla del periodo del Giorno della Memoria come dell"Alta
Stagione". Deciso a passare una notte ad Auschwitz, quando si trova
davanti alla direttrice del campo le mostra il tatuaggio sul braccio e
le dice: «Io posso passare la notte nella baracca perché questo dice
che sono a casa mia». La figlia Miri, sempre perplessa per i modi del
padre, commenta a un certo punto:«Non è possiile che ancora adesso
quando suonano alla porta io debba pensare che sono le SS!».

Questo film, documentario di un viaggio particolare ad Auschwitz,
solleva questioni interessanti tanto sul passaggio della memoria tra
generazioni che sul significato e il senso dei viaggi nei luoghi della
deportazione. Il film segue Danny Chanoch nel viaggio più importante
della sua vita, quello che porta i suoi figli, Sagi e Miri, da Israele
al suo Olocausto: originario della Lituania, Danny fu deportato
ragazzino e dopo aver visto la sua famiglia dividersi a Stuthoff, da
Dachau fu trasferito a Auschwitz e qui restò fino alla sua evacuazione
quando dopo la marcia della morte fu trasferito a Mauthausen dove
arrivò la liberazione. I viaggiatori hanno 6 giorni per attraversare
quattro Paesi, cinque campi e una baracca a Birkenau: sotto lo sguardo
dolce e malinconico del figlio maggiore, Danny descrive le tappe che
lo hanno portato ad Auschwitz dibattendo vivacemente con la figlia
Miri, partecipe, lucida e vigile compagna di un viaggio nella memoria
di cui si fa erede problematica sottolineandone gli eccessi e i rischi
di sclerotizzazione di stampo hollywoodiano.

Japanese Gum is an experimental Italian duo originally from Genova born in the spring of 2005.The band consists of Davide Cedolin and Paolo Tortora, and from 2010'spring of Giovanni Stimamiglio as well.JG music is characterized by wall of delayed guitars, soft vocals, electronic glitch beats and synth pads, but it’s not right to define their sound into a specific kind: there's always a sort of constant research of new developmen...ts and different sound solutions:from the first release “Talking. Silently e.p.”, focused on an ambient-glitch type of soundscapes, to “Without you I’m napping”, more oriented to massive shoegazing guitars melted with psychedelic obsessive loops and first real percussions ever.During the first full-lenght recording sessions, Japanese Gum put together a collection of various unreleased songs, alternative versions and some remixes made by some friends, releasing "Lost In Weirdness" (remixes by ISAN, Die Stadt Der Romantische Punks, Eniac, Arbdesastr, Grausamer Eisenberg) for the Turin based netlabel Chew-Z.On September 2009, the band released the first full lenght titled "Hey Folks! Nevermind, We Are All Falling Down" by the japanese label Friend of Mine, a perfect combo of balanced liquid atmospheres, guitar drones, suspended vocals, electronic patterns and acoustic drums.The new "The End Of Summer e.p." will be released next 29/10 in a handmade 3" CDR, limited 200 numbered copies.

Questo tipo di serate serate si distinguono per la freschezza e per l’amore incondizionato che ho per il caldo suono del vinile. Ma poiché in tanti anni trascorsi ho attraversato (indenne) molte “ondate di tendenza” musicali e ho scoperto di avere una sorprendente versatilità nelle selezioni. Può accadere, quindi, di sentirmi aprire una serata con uno swing tiratissimo, proseguire con il meglio dell’acid-jazz e, passando attraverso sonorità funky e soul, arrivare ad infuocare l’atmosfera con una sequenza irresistibile di house.
Evandro è così: libero.

PREPARATEVI A FAR BALLARE LA GAMBETTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
