Supposing the problem as the ocean wave, we always encounter people reactively responses the water wave by four methods as follow<br /><br />1) To wait and see until the water releases. This method cost no, but takes time. Almost people do not like to use the method, firstly, because of impatient, and another because they can not wait. In the live, one may encounter a man leaves his friend while he is being angry, he lets his friend complete his anger, no necessary action he thinks of to response his friend’s. Many times this way is good for this case anger, but not for another. <br /><br />2) To make a dam and stopper. To make a dam is good for water management like for irrigation and generating an electrical energy. However, they can not stop it at all. If they force to stop it at all, flooding occurs damaging everything before. And also no benefit he can take it. Surfing is joy. But the surfing is alone. The faster the ocean wave, the more the surfer enjoys the play. We should prepare our society member as trained surfers towards the wave of life. The world always changes, and never stops to change. As individual, we should withstand before any wave of life. As group, we should being compacted in total action.
