If you cannot use your unit this year, let us rent it for you. Please fill out the Rental Agreement and return it as soon as possible.

Remember, rentals are filled on a “First Come, First Served” basis, and most vacationers make their plans well in advance of their check-in date.Mail in the Agreement or fax it to (941) 383-9656.

About Rental Agreements

We cannot accommodate changes to the rental agreements, particularly a specification that “the unit be rented for no less than a week.” The rental agreement form specifically says,” The contract will become void if any changes or alternations are made.” Moreover, there is no feasible way for us to keep track of which rental units have special instructions associated with them. Also, we do need to get written notice of the cancellation of a rental agreement.

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 4 p.m. While every effort is made to make the rooms available as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any check-ins earlier than 4 p.m.

If you are arriving after hours, please remember to call beforehand for instructions on how to get your key. This will avoid late check-in charges.

CHECK-OUT
Please respect the 10 a.m. check-out time. We only have six hours between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to clean the units and perform particular maintenance tasks and cannot accommodate requests for late check outs.

At check-out, the resident is responsible for taking all the trash to one of the dumpsters (available in both north and south side parking lots). and for ensuring that the unit is left in reasonable condition. Owners and guests will be held responsible for extra cleaning costs as well as any damage done to the unit.

Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times.

No smoking

Please be aware that smoking in the units is not permitted.

The Board of Directors voted to prohibit smoking in the units back in 2007.

Smoking in a unit may result in a $100 per unit cleaning charge.

Room Details

I am happy to report that kitchen refurbishment is done. We have also finished the vanity and bath cabinets in the one bedroom and two bedroom units. We still have the vanity and bath cabinets to replace in the studio units and will begin that project during Maintenance Weeks. The building was painted the last half of 2010 and the swimming pool was resurfaced in January of this year. I had the first floor walkways painted recently and plan to resurface the second, third and fourth floors of the building the last quarter of this year. Balconies will also be resurfaced at the time. The Board of Directors also voted to purchase the rest of the sofas for the units. We hope you like what we have done and are always open to your suggestions.
