Préchauffer le four à 190 °C. Tapisser une plaque de cuisson de papier parchemin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dans une casserole, porter à ébullition le lait, l’eau, le beurre, le sucre et le sel. Retirer la casserole du feu et ajouter la farine d’un seul coup. Brasser vigoureusement à la cuillère de bois jusqu’à ce que la pâte forme une boule lisse qui se détache des parois.&lt;br /&gt;Remettre la casserole sur un feu doux et cuire en remuant la pâte pendant environ 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retirer du feu et laisser tiédir quelques minutes. Ajouter les oeufs, un à la fois, en battant énergiquement à la cuillère de bois ou au batteur électrique entre chaque addition, jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit lisse et homogène.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;À l’aide d’une poche à pâtisserie munie d’une douille ronde d’environ 1 cm (1/2 po) et remplie de pâte à choux, former sur la plaque 16 choux de la grosseur. Aplanir les pointes du bout d’un doigt mouillé.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuire au centre du four jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit dorée, soit environ 40 minutes. Éteindre le four et laisser sécher environ 15 minutes avec la porte entrouverte. Laisser refroidir complètement sur une grille. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Sauce au chocolat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Dans une casserole, porter la crème à ébullition. Retirer du feu et ajouter le chocolat. Laisser reposer 2 minutes. Mélanger à l’aide d’un fouet jusqu’à ce que ce soit homogène. Réserver au chaud.&lt;br /&gt;Couper la calotte des choux refroidis. Garnir d’une boule de crème glacée. Refermer. Couvrir de sauce au chocolat chaude.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Pour la crème Profiterole ;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt; 2,5 tasses de lait&lt;br /&gt; 3 cuillères à soupe de farine&lt;br /&gt; 1,5 verre à thé de sucre&lt;br /&gt; 1 œuf&lt;br /&gt; 1 sachet de vanille&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour préparer la crème, ajoutez le lait, le sucre cristallisé, la farine et l'œuf dans une casserole et remuez continuellement à feu moyen jusqu'à ce que la crème épaississe. Fırını önceden 190°C'ye ısıtın. Bir fırın tepsisini parşömen kağıdı ile kaplayın.&lt;br /&gt;Bir tencerede süt, su, tereyağı, şeker ve tuzu kaynatın. Tencereyi ateşten alın ve unu bir kerede ekleyin. Hamur kenarlardan çekilen pürüzsüz bir top haline gelene kadar tahta bir kaşıkla kuvvetlice karıştırın.&lt;br /&gt;Tavayı kısık ateşe getirin ve karıştırarak yaklaşık 2 dakika pişirin.&lt;br /&gt;Ateşten alın ve birkaç dakika soğumaya bırakın. Yumurtaları teker teker ekleyin, her ekleme arasında tahta bir kaşıkla veya elektrikli mikserle hamur pürüzsüz hale gelene kadar kuvvetlice çırpın.&lt;br /&gt;Yuvarlak ucu 1 cm (1/2") olan ve choux hamuru ile doldurulmuş bir pasta torbası kullanarak, fırın tepsisine 16 adet choux sıkın. Uçlarını ıslak bir parmak ucuyla düzleştirin.&lt;br /&gt;Fırının ortasında hamur işi altın rengini alana kadar yaklaşık 40 dakika pişirin. Fırını kapatın ve kapağı aralık olarak yaklaşık 15 dakika kurumaya bırakın. Bir tel ızgara üzerinde tamamen soğumaya bırakın.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Çikolata sosu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: medium;"&gt;Kremayı bir tencerede kaynatın. Ateşten alın ve çikolatayı ekleyin. 2 dakika beklemeye bırakın. Pürüzsüz olana kadar çırpın. Sıcak tutun.&lt;br /&gt;Soğuyan pufların üst kısmını kesin. Üzerine bir top dondurma koyun. Tekrar kapatın. Ensuite, découpez les tomates et la viande en quartiers. Faites chauffer l'huile d'olive dans une grande casserole et faites-y revenir les échalotes, la viande et les tomates. Ajoutez le concentré de tomate et un verre d'eau, puis laissez mijoter. Assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre et du paprika. Écrasez les gousses d'ail et incorporez-les à la sauce. Laissez cuire jusqu'à ce que l'huile commence à remonter à la surface. Intégrez ensuite les morceaux de poivron coupés. Cassez les œufs et ajoutez-les délicatement à la sauce.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Préparation de l'assida : Dans une autre casserole, chauffez de l'eau salée. Pour la pâte du dessous :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 g de farine &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 g de sucre &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 g de beurre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I pincée de sel &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 œuf + 1 jaune&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour le reste: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 180g d'amandes en poudre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 160 g de sucre&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 œuf + 1 blanc &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Amande effilée &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On peut rajouter un peu d'extrait d'amandes amères et de petits morceaux d'orange confite dans la pâte verte afin de lui donner encore plus de saveur...mais ce n'est pas obligatoire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour le moule, un plat ovale en pyrex, ou un plat carré/rectangle convient bien (30 x 20).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Préparation:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapisser le moule préalablement beurré et fariné de la pâte du dessous en faisant remonter légèrement la pâte sur les bords.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Etaler la pâte reste par-dessus (elle colle aux doigts, c'est normal...).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dessiner sur la pâte des sillons avec une fourchette (pour faire joli)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter amandes effilées &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Au four 180 degrés pendant 20-30 mn -il faut que le gâteau brunisse un peu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quand il est refroid, saupoudrer de sucre glace.(optionnel)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#127481;&#127479;
