As the first black President (second if you count Bill Clinton) he was the President who was supposed to clean America of any racist ties that still exist. I'm sitting here at the Internet absorbing as much news and opinion as I can. I pull out a book nearly every night before I go to bed. They note housing sales that have improved three months in a row, "greater than expectations."However, how hight were the expectations in the first place. I know some people personally who have taken advantage of the program.Basically it's a tax cut to anyone who buys a car.
