Siamo pronti! Le nuove collezioni hanno dato gli input e ciò che ha attirato la mia attenzione è stata la proposta dell'argento.
Colore eclettico, adatto ad ogni abbinamento. L'argento in metallo proposto da Paco Rabanne in lontani tempi, è ora proposto in ogni forma e materiale. Dal total look per chi sa osare a pantaloni, gonne o shorts da abbinare con ogni colore e perchè no alle fantasie, che questa stagione non mancano di certo. Lo vediamo già da un pò e devo dire che da molta allegria alle vetrine delle boutique. Un colore allegro, elegante, eccentrico ed alla moda. Credo che sia il colore su cui puntare, sia nella scelta dei capi, che in quella degli accessori, di cui prediligo la scelta.

Che dire! Ci risiamo di nuovo! La moda ha un senso logico ed è espressione dei tempi. Per evitare di essere pacchiani, mai come ora gli stilisti hanno voluto dedicare parte delle loro collezioni al rigore ed alla eleganza. La mia musa Audrey Hepburn insegna! Il bianco e nero, anche se un pò scontato, è adatto a tutte le occasioni, sia di giorno che di sera. Quella luce che il bianco è in grado di dare, illumina il contorno del buio nero. Devo dire che una donna in bianco e nero può esprimere il giusto equilibrio tra sensualità e rigore, in un momento in cui la parola equilibrio assume un'importanza fondamentale per stare bene con se stessi.
Questa è la mia scelta!

Per i collezionisti di costume jewellery è un must have, il frutto di pazienti e minuziose ricerche nei negozi di accessori vintage d'alto livello, nei mercatini antiquari di Boston e New York oppure dagli specialisti come Bersia o Deanna Farneti Cera a Milano. Il tesoro in questione è un bijoux firmato Trifari, nome storico diventato famoso negli anni belllici privi di materia prima preziosa ma non di creatività.

La storia del marchio inizia con l’arrivo di Gustavo Trifari a Ellis Island da Napoli, dove si era imbarcato nell’inverno del 1904. E prosegue con l'avvio di una collezione di gioielli in materiali alternativi che subito conquistarono il cuore delle americane affamate di decori a prezzi accessibili. Attraenti e fantasiose creazioni Trifari, realizzate in materiali poveri come leghe di metalli, finte gemme di colore, cristalli e perline, brillavano al collo o sugli abiti delle attrici ma anche delle centraliniste e delle segretarie.

Il loro vero e grande pregio era rappresentato dal design e dalla lavorazione di ogni singolo pezzo, di altissimo valore artigianale; d'altra parte creatori di autentici gioielli come Alfred Philippe, ex-designer di Van Cleef & Arpels e di Cartier, si dedicarono dagli anni 30 ai 60 a Trifari, garantendone la qualità e un'estetica unica.

Se oggi un pezzo unico è quasi introvabile, e costoso quanto un gioiello vero, è più facile individuare qualche articolo dei modelli in serie caratteristici della produzione Trifari come fiori, bandiere, alberi di natale e bouquet floreali. Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, una delle più appassionate e competenti collezioniste di costume jewelry, ha esposto recentemente a Palazzo Madama a Torino una parte della sua copiosa raccolta, con bijoux Trifari di raro pregio. Pezzi spettacolari, usati spesso anche nel mondo del cinema.

For collectors of costume jewelry, pieces by Trifari are must-haves. They are carefully sought out in high-level vintage boutiques, antiques markets in Boston or New York or by visiting specialists in Milan like Bersia or Deanna Farneti Cera. These treasures by Trifari became famous during the war years. While they may not use precious materials, they certainly don’t lack in creativity.

The historic brand got its start with Gustavo Trifari’s arrival in the United States from Naples in 1904. He launched a collection of jewels made in alternative materials that immediately captured the hearts of American women who were dying to have decorative pieces at reasonable prices. The imaginative and aesthetically pleasing Trifari pieces were created with “poor” materials like metal alloys, fake gems, crystals and beads. They were seen sparking on the necks of actresses as well as secretaries.

What made them so special was their design and the high level of craftsmanship of every single piece. Furthermore, great designers of “real” jewels like Alfred Philippe who had designed for Van Cleef & Arpels and Cartier, worked for Trifari from the 1930s to the 1960s, which guaranteed a high level of quality and a unique aesthetic.

Today the one-off pieces are almost impossible to find and cost as much as a real jewel, but the more mass produced pieces featuring flowers, flags, Christmas trees and flower bouquets are slightly easier to find. Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, one of the most impassioned and export costume jewelry collectors recently showed a part of her collection at Turin’s Palazzo Madama, and there were rare Trifari pieces displayed as part of the show. Spectacular pieces that were also often used in the cinema as well.

Come la passata stagione si riconferma il bianco, come colore basico. Presente in ogni collezione, sembra che gli stilisti confermino questo trend, ormai consolidato e sempre riproposto di stagione in stagione. E come si può dargli torto! Adatto ad ogni abbinamento, splendido in total look, si presta a qualsiasi interpretazione. Dal look più rigoroso, al più sexy, al più romantico, con la lucentezza che lo contraddistingue, riesce a dar vita alle forme e a risaltare la più piccola lavorazione.
Finalmente sembra che il bianco totale non sia più considerato prerogativa della sposa, ma forse, la candida concretezza della donna.

Capo di abbigliamento non facile ma, con il giusto abbinamento, può diventare discreto ed indossabile da tutte. La lunghezza di 10/15 cm sopra al ginocchio, credo sia una misura ottimale da usare anche in ufficio, con una camicia o t-shirt morbida, una giacchina corta ed aderente e ballerine. Gli stili sono molteplici ma, quello che preferisco è la forma morbida tra lo street style e il classico bermuda.

L'unico accorgimento è l' accessorio, ma i trends di stagione ci danno la possibilità di scegliere, senza sbagliare, qualsiasi tonalità e forma.
