How Should You Use These Self Hypnosis Downloads?

1. Download the file(s) you desire. Then UnZip them on your harddrive. You will need an “unzip” software program. I recommend the free software program called Just Zip It [click here].
2. After Unzipped, either burn each file on a CD or upload to MP3 or IPOD. It is suggested you have a good pair of headphones too.
3. Find someplace you will not be disturbed for the hypnosis’ recording playtime. Either sit in a very comfortable chair like a recliner (and recline with feet up); or lie down on your bed.
4. Get as comfortable as possible before playing the recording, yet do not cross your legs or arms. Take a few deep breaths and as you exhale try to “let go.”
5. If you decide to do this before bedtime, be aware you may fall asleep. If that is your goal, good. Yet, if you are trying to use these free downloads for self-help, you may wish to stay awake, so bedtime is not a good time (except for the “Sleep” hypnosis download).
