I've been reading several e-Books about keyword research. Some of them explain this theme very details, with a good explanation. But the others give involute yet difficult explanation. And everything then mingling in my mind. In the end, the impression that left in my mind is that keyword research is something difficult and will cost me a bunch of money.

So, I’m giving up on keyword research due to the complexity that the e-Books have explained to me.This e-Book, Basic of Strategic Keyword Research, not a complex e-Book that explains about keyword research. This is just a simple e-Book that trying to introduce about this essential action.
It might be not giving you detail explanation about how to do keyword research like the other e-Books do. But at list, this e-Book gives us the essential concept of this research. So, after I take a break from this theme for a moment, this e-Book gives me an explanation that makes everything clear.
What is it? I understand now that keyword research not only type several keywords into popular keyword research tools. Then, when the result appears, we just pick up several keywords with the high result. Then, spread these keywords into our articles. Abstract :
Using a discrepancy model, this study contrasted the gratification sought from television in general with gratification that respondent perceived they obtained, or would obtain, from public television ( PTV). Information was gathered through telephone interviews of random sample of heads of households, both viewers or nonviewers of public television, in Lexington, Kentucky. Data were gathered on the respondent’s educational and income level, the number of children living at home, the number of televisions in the household, and what members of the household made the viewing decision.

Result indicate that the model predicted successfully the level of exposure to PTV content among respondent who made their own decisions concerning what programs to watch, but that the level of exposure was unrelated to the discrepancy measure among those who let others make the viewing decision.
When each of eleven gratifications items was considered separately, the model discriminated between viewers and nonviewers of PTV on eight of the items. The result also indicated the importance of social determinants regarding the viewing decision and perceptions of PTV content as predictors of PTV consumption.

Personally, I suggest you to read this book. I’ve been following Fitness Made Simple on this book, and it’s work to me. Although I notice that my journey isn’t over yet. In this book, John shares his own experiences to find the best way to has a lean and muscle body.

He had tried several ways on diet and weight training. From low-carbs diet, fat diet and high protein diet and do weight training likes crazy people. But it ended with nothing only failure. Then, he realized that every diet which he had been doing was wrong. And so his training program too.

So, he created the program that later he called Fitness Made Simple. John realizes to has a lean and muscles body that he was dream about, can’t be done only with extreme weight training and high protein diet. And so people who want to lose their weight can’t achieve it only with diet or starving. When people starve their selve, what really happen is that they torture themselves That’s why some many people failure and giving up.

So, he created FMS triangle principles : Nutrition- Exercise- Supplementation. This triangle has been helping many people lose their weight and enhance their healthy. So, here the brief explanation of the three side of triangle :

1. Nutrition

Rather than suggest people to starve themselves with diet, John suggest people to eat six times a day with small portion. Of course, not only just eat small portion of meal, but healthy and delicious food. So, people who join this program won’t starving like others who diet. This healthy and delicious food contains three important elements : good fat, good protein and good carb.

Why John suggest people to eat six times a day ? You can find out the answer on the book. Does it the good news for you who hate diet ? Don’t worry if you want to lose your weight. Although you have to eat at list 4 times a day, there are some tips for you to lose your weight.

And moreover, Fitness Made Simple has some recipes to replace delicious but bad food such as hamburger or pizza, with healthy and delicious foods to support your goal to lose or add your weight. Who have said that healthy foods suck ?

2. Exercise

John set up several simple ways of exercise for all people, whether they never been doing any work out or an expert, female or male, young or old. Actually we have the three programs on FMS, and every program only take less than one hour. Here the programs :

- Abs Training : The aim is to have a lean abs for women, and six packs abs for men. Every abs training only need about 5 minutes

-Weight Training : There are two version of weight training : Home version if you prefer to do it in your home with simple tools like dumbbell. And gym version if you like to do it on a gym. Every weight training programs only need about 30 minutes. The aims are to have muscle and lean body for men and lean, strong body for women.

-Cardio Training : It’s 50 minute cardio to burns down your fat. You can choose the cardio : running, walking or just use treadmill or stationary bike. On this book, you will find one week schedule to integrate these three programs into your daily schedule. And of course step by step to do these three programs. So, don’t worry if you can keep these programs up.

3. Supplementation

In this chapter, John explains the principle and the important of supplement. And then how to choose good supplements, plus he shares to us, his favorite supplements.

This study has two interrelated objectives. The first is to explore the factors and mechanisms that might influence people’s internet using behaviors. The second aim is to uncover the relationships between uses and gratifications of internet and social economic factors among Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.

The data analyzed were collected from cross-sectional random sample survey through ISS (Internet Survey System) taken in May 2000. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, and logistic regression were utilized in order to explore which people and under what motivations and situations, adopt what kind of internet mechanism, and with what impacts.
In brief, the more matured the infrastructure of internet, the more diversified the internet behaviors. The quality of service, privacy, and convenience are three common factors that determine people’s acceptance to e-commerce. In Taiwan, risk factor of transaction and degree of convenience are highly correlated to the adoption of e-commerce. Social economic status and access to Internet in China and the quality of service in Hong Kong appear to influence people’s willingness to take transactions through the Internet. Louis Leung, Ph.D. conducted a research about the interrelationship among stressful events, motives for Internet use, social support, and the use of Internet among a sample of adolescents and children aged 8 to 18. The results show that the stressful life events are significantly associated with the consumption of the Internet for mood management (such as entertainment and information seeking) and social compensation (such as recognition gaining and relationship maintenance ) motives.

Secondly, the more children and adolescents exhibit high level of social support, either online or offline, the less they find stressful events upsetting. Thirdly, as individuals, exhibit greater ability to personal access different types of social support to meet their needs, their motivations for Internet use are characteristically more allied to mood - management and social - compensation. This study reassert that the mental and physical impact of stressful life events are in fact buffered by one’s degree of social support and Internet use, particular examples of which are entertainment and relationship maintenance, and positive coping strategies, which temporarily reduce stress and anxiety.
