Change the pitch in semi-tones - at full or lower speed.
* Out of tune? Adjust the pitch in cents (100ths of a semi-tone) to suit your instrument.
* Real-time processing - all described above is done in real-time - just insert the CD and press the play button!
* Also slows down MP3, Wave, Windows Media Audio, Ogg, FLAC and AAC/M4A files on your computer in real-time.
* Great stereo sound quality!

Victor Wooten: The Best Of Victor Wooten
Highly regarded as a bass innovator, Victor Wooten has made a name forhimself laying down the low-end for both Bela Fleck and during hisguest stints with the Dave Matthews Band, and in his own successfulsolo career. It's like having your guitar teacher always on-call. Band-in-a-Box files each include a song memo describing the phrase - and since they are Band-in-a-Box files you can open the notation window to view the chord symbols, notation and guitar tablature, adjust the tempo to match your skill level, and quickly change the key signature to learn the phrases in all twelve keys. Quality of vocal removal depends on how songs are recorded and mixed. This software works very well for vocal tracks that are "up in the middle" of the stereo mix. Other placement of the vocal in the stereo field can not be removed. If songs are not recorded in this way, their vocals are not removed at all. This is why some songs work great while others do not. Unsuccessful vocal removal is mainly caused by music files explained above. They are very closely and importantly related with the quality of removal. Therefore you do not expect this software to remove vocals 100% nicely. In some cases, however, it will be useful enough to remove vocals.

Native Instruments Guitar Rig v2.2.0.008

The All-Inclusive, Professional Sound Equipment for Guitar and Bass:

GUITAR RIG 3 is the ultimate all-in-one guitar and bass solution. Bandstand includes an expressive "studio-quality" GM sound library and is equipped with a host of powerful and easy-to-use General MIDI features that make working with GM-based arrangements efficient and convenient, both in the studio and on stage.

Bandstand is based on a powerful sound engine that draws from more than 2 GB ofprofessional instrument and percussion sounds. The included 128 instruments and 9 drum kits were specifically selected and matched to always deliver a sonically coherent performance regardless of musical style or genre. A host of performance optimizations including full Direct-From-Disk functionality allow Bandstand to efficiently operate on computers that are equipped with lesser amounts of memory.

Bandstand can be used both as a stand-alone sound module and playback device, or as an instrument plug-in in all common host sequencers. The user interface of Bandstand is specifically designed to be easy to pick up and use even for beginners, and offers a new and highly visual way to work with General MIDI arrangements. All 16 instrument channels are always visible simultaneously, and instruments can be easily assigned and replaced via a convenient Drag&Drop system. A Quick Edit bar offers an arsenal of powerful real-time performance functions that can be assigned to any instrument to alter its playing behaviour on-the-fly, including Quantize, Harmonize, Scale, and Micro tuning parameters.

The integrated MIDI file player turns Bandstand into a full-featured creative GM playback solution for solo performers and all kinds of stage use. Arrangements can even be bounced to disk, making it possible to turn MIDI files into high-quality audio files. The instrument is equipped with a practical Mixer Section that gives quick access to the volume and effect settings for every channel, and includes high quality chorus and reverb effects per that are fully automatable and conform to GM effect standards. The master section of Bandstand offers an additional master EQ and limiter to put the finishing touch on the sonic output of the instrument.

Software: Bandstand
Developer: Native Instruments
Primary Type: GM Module
Cost: $219
Copy Protection: Challenge/Response

Band in a box 2006 Megapak

The award-winning Band-in-a-Box is so easy to use! Or save your composition as a Windows Media File or in other compressed formats for a file that's "Internet ready."

AmpliTube 2.1.1

<img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; The sound characteristics of three classic amps and three outstanding speaker cabinets are now authentically recreated in software, using Hughes&Kettner's groundbreaking DSM technology - in real-time.

Warp VST offers the legendary Jazz Chorus Clean sound, the unrivalled dynamics of a 60s Plexi Tube Head and the modern HiGain chunk sound of the Rectifier era. These can be combined with three speaker cabinets, the Combo (12" speaker, open housing), British (4x12" cab with 80s speakers) and the Greenback (4x12" cab, vintage sound). Every amp can be used with any cabinet.

Specifications:
Three virtual amps: Jazz Chorus, Plexi Tube Head, Warp Rectified
Three virtual speakers: Combo cabinet, 4x12" British cabinet, 4x12" Greenback cabinet
Authentic dynamics
Perfect reproduction of all parameters that form the sound
Full automation
Extremely low latency thanks to Steinberg's ASIO technology (with appropriate hardware)
