My wife is going through this painful problem, its so painful that you won't be able to drink water , if somehow try to take it then you must vomit it.Upper abdominal part is going to be extremely painful.

In USA every year 5 Lacs people are going through this problem and doctors are simply operating their Gallbladder saying this part of your body is not that useful, well its true but why our science is not able to invent any medicine which can dissolve the stones.Many Indian Baba's have cured all kind of stone's problem's through Ayurvedic medicines.

I have taken three month's time from my doctor in sector-9 hospital and currently my wife is having Baba Ramdev's GallBladder treatment, till now no pain, no vomiting...Ofcourse the oil-less diet is helping her in this case...let's see after more 2.5 month's , If all goes fine then it will be a miracle from Ramdev Baba.

Dear friends TCS has compiled some very good set of questions on their portal as TCS Open SeeSame, & most of the candidates who have cleared TCS , are saying that this model online assessment test have been very helpful for them to clear the first online test conducted by TCS.

Before you start working on Open SeeSame you must make sure your system requirements:

What is SDLC ?

SDLC defines as SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE

It is defined as how well our application is build in meeting the customer requirement and customer expectation.

The different stages are:

1.Information Gathering: In this phase Business Analyst will gather all the information from customer requirement and prepare B.R.S.( Business Requirement Specification) documents.

2.Analysis: In this phase The Features and the functions that need to be put in the project are

 determined.

Here Senior Business Analyst will prepare S.R.S (Software Requirement Specification)

documents.

3.Design: The actually flow of the project is done here. Deciding upto logical functionality ,

ER diagram , Data Flow etc are made. These activities would be executed by team lead ,

technical Specialist & Chief Architect.

Document prepared during this phase are HLD, LLD.

Example : Login into Net Banking.

4. Coding: Based on the design document, small-small modules are prepared.

All the modules are summed together to form a .exe.This phase is done by the developer.

5. Testing: Actual system testing take place here.This phase is done by Test Engineers.

6. Release and Maintenance: all Sr.department will release the product .In maintenance the maintenance team will change the software if necessary.

Vaibhav, just go through following points and I am sure you will have clear picture and a concrete plan for next 5 months:

(1)Make list of 10 Best companies, 10 Medium Companies, 10 Small companies who provide job for MCA/ IT/CSE students.See whether your are fit into their criteria or not ?

(2)Trust me Vaibhav, for any fresher graduate this is not at all necessary to get command on any technology rather you have to get command on CAMPUS PREPARATION, technologies are req. for people who are not fit into any one of above 30 comp. including big, medium and small.

So first you check whether u r fit into criteria for any of above 30 comp or not, if fit then prepare for campus prep. for that company, even if that comp. is not coming to your college , you can apply to that as fresher, and in IT industry even 1 year of hands on experience with a very small company also matters.

(3)So in these 5 months you first make sure that you are prepared for the first Aptitude round for any company , Then you prepare for Technical round-- that include all the questions that can be asked having seen your resume, so make sure whether you know whatever you type in your resume or not, lastly HR,PI questions.

Once you are done about above things then try to talk to some small institutes for ASP or JSP based Live Projects, don't stick to any language because this is not the time to think for what is you interest JAVA or ASP, because you are fresher, Once you start working with any company then only you can actually decide what is your interest.

This is the time to get prepared for Fresher round of interviews.

Don't do research just follow what I say, because दुनिया में दो तरीके के स्टुडेंट्स होते हैं , एक जो किसी अनुभवी कि बात मान लेते हैं और जल्दी से अपना एम प् लेते हैं, औए अपना एम पाने के बाद research करते हैं कि अब क्या किया जाये, जेब में पैसे आने के बाद कुछ भी करो research karo etc... फरक नहीं पड़ता, दुसरे वो होते हैं जो ये सोचह ही नहीं पाते कि वो जो कर रहे है वो सही है या नहीं, भले ही कोई अनुभवी ही क्यों न बताये, ये बेचारे जिंदगी भर research करते रहते हैं और फिनाल्ली खुद का इंस्टिट्यूट खोल के बैठ जाते है और दुनिया को वही चीज सिखाते हैं जो उन्होएँ सही टाइम पे नहीं कि.अब आप देसिड़े करो आप कौन से टाइप के हो.

Hey Rashmi, its not your fault, come on , We Indians are better than others we are skillful people who are at least ready to accept our weaknesses and ready to improve them, but dear the problem over here is we don't have to waste our time in learning English as already our parents have invested good amount of money for our studies, So what exactly we have to do is , we have to prepare for Campuses, for the questions they are asking, In the first Round they never ask you to speak in English so try to show your best in this round , try to get more that 90-95 % score, believe me HR recruiters have ignored some mistakes if you have given good result in first round.

Next for the HR, PI & technical round trust me there are limited and fixed types of questions, बस उन्हें रत लो, उनके CROSS QUESTIONS के साथ, अपने रिज्यूमे में अपने जो जो लिखा है, उन सबके questions और answer prepare करके दिमाग में सही इंग्लिश के साथ unko बैठा लो, अभी आप केवल apti पे ध्यान दो, एक बार जॉब लगने के बाद आप कंपनी में रहके बहुत अछि इंग्लिश बोलने लगेंगी.

Dipti, see Core java is just to clear your concept about java, Using Swing some desktop level applications can be made, but now in the industry most of the people they prefer VB.Net for any desktop level application they rarely go for Core Java(Swing etc..).

So if you have interest in Java then do a web site development project using JSP, JDBC thats it no EJB...

In this project you will be using concepts from core java and codes from advance java so it will be more better for you as far job point of view is concerned.

Nothing is best until that is not your interest, As far as comparison between Java & .Net is concerned , If you are looking for a job as early as possible then go for .Net because even a small scale industry opt for .net base projects for them as its cheaper and also it takes less time as not having that much security features as Java has. Again its up to your interest, if you like to programme in java then just go for it, in fact java people get paid more as its highly secured language, totally platform independent language and also now it has got power of Oracle.

I would rather say until you have worked in a software company at least for 1 year don't decide any thing just try to get into industry, then while working with real projects you will actually get to know your interest and with which you are more comfortable.So till you are in a college just prepare or do whatever is in your syllabus to get good score so that can get entry in campuses..

Please go through below points(includes suggestions and GD topics) to prepare yourself for GD round of interviews for any company.

(1)Listen to every one, don't show that you want to dominate others and in a hurry, make eye contact , praise other participant's for their good points, always say I would like to add ......never say that How can you say........never shout...Be clear enough in your communication , you can mix Hindi & English but convey your message confidently and clearly.
(2)Comment on other's topics, by including some of your thoughts.
(3)A good GD participant is a good team player, so behave like a team player.
(4)Read Editorial sections of Times of India or Dainik Bhaskar.
(5)Daily look at the front page of your favorate page and atleast read first para of all the headlines.
(6)Listen to others and carefully select whether u will talk in against or towards the topic and try to be firm to your topic , try to be less neutral making sure you don't disrespect others.
(7)You can even request the GD taker to take a piece of paper and a pen before starting the GD, and can note down short points while listening to others.
(8)show your body moves mainly your face and eyes telling others that you are understating others points and you are at least involved in the discussions even if you know nothing about the topic.

Thanks Anjali for your support, I will suggest you to go for ASP and work as a fresher.That is true that PHP/SQL is still running despite ASP being very popular for web development, like Win XP OS despite having Win 7 & Vista in the market.

However if you get knowledge of ASP along with PHP then it will be added advantage for you. As a married woman the best course suggestion for you will be :

(1) ASP freshers work experience..

(2)Web Designing including Macromedia editor, java script, flash,domain registration, hosting etc..

Hi friend, I won't comment on how we suffer to this problem but again I will say that its another impact of our nonsense education system and uncooperative behavior of our seniors who always say us to do good but they never bother to take out time from their busy schedule to tell us How to do those good things, which in terns leads to tension and unnecessary stress, and if you believe me I would say nightfall is one of the outcome of stress , its not that you have done some wrong practice in your childhood or something like that.

There are many students who come to me and say.. "Sir why I get excited whenever I see any nude picture whereas my friend does not feel like that and he is able to concentrate more on his studies than me" and what I answer is: "feeling excited is not your weakness its your sexual strength , your sexual organs are more developed than your friend, and having good sexual power is also a good thing to run this life successfully, so never blame yourself just think like no one in this world is like you and there is no comparison to you, ".

Believe me dear being over confident is not bad its just the beginning of getting confident.

So first tip for you to avoid nigh fall is : Stop Blaming Yourself even if you have done blunders in your life, rather always make plans to move ahead in your life.

Second Tip: Never sleep with wet legs , you can wash them but dry them out with towel, then apply mustered oil on them and then sleep.

Third Tip: You need a good sleep, stop thinking what will happen that night, see if daily bad things are happening to you then don't think about them rather keep on doing more and more good things in your life, one day your good thing will overpower bad things in your life.

One of my student who was suffering with the same problem, increased the timing for exercise daily even if he used to have night falls daily, and one day he met me and said Sir, now its just like once in a weak.

So just keep on increasing good work in your life.No to have proper sleep again I will suggest to use mustered oil on NABHI (The center part of your body) , three times clockwise and then three times anti clockwise, believe me after doing this your 2 hours sleep will be as equal as 4 hours sleep.

Fourth Tip: Take Evion 400 to increase sperms , this medicine is best to avoid mental stress also and it contains Vitamin E, which is the major part of Sperms that we loose in night falls, Take this once in a day alternate days , to avoid getting habit of it.

Fifth Tip: Start doing Indian Style Exercise Like DAND & BAITHAK , 3 sets of each with increasing reps starting with 5 for DAND and 10 for BAITHANK daily then increase them after 2 weeks for 5 more reps.Zim exercise will only lead you to more useless weight and stress on your organs and more night falls.

That's it man, you are done now, forget about night fall problem from today onwards because here we only give advice that works , no useless time pass to gain time pass visitors.

Why most of the Doctors are doing Sigerian Operation for delivery ?

The answer is very simple they simply wants to make money out of helpless parents.Are these people really the second God, they don't even know the fact that Girl child normally takes more than 9 months as compared to boy child, they simply suggest go for sigerian if the pregnancy days are more than 9 months.

My wife and me have recently blessed with a baby girl, my baby was taking time more than 9 months , we went to one of the top most hospitals in U.P named Heritage hospitals Varanasi.

The doctors gave the same response and they did the sigerian operation, I still can't forget those moments when My dearest better half was on bed helpless to do anything, crying for the reason, a baby Girl and that to with operation.I know in this there is no fault of my wife or my baby, in fact my mother-in-law suggested us that usually girls take more time than the specified 9 months despite being illiterate.SEE THIS IS WHY I RESPECT MY CULTURE THE MOST , THEY WERE SO GOOD AT CARING GOD'S MOST WONDERFUL CREATURE "US" THAN BEING SO CALLED EDUCATED FOR ALMOST USELESS EDUCATION SYSTEM NOWADAYS.

Now just because of these doctors my wife will have to go for sigerian again for the next baby, and they will make money out of it. What Bullshit is this.I am going to send my daughter to Gayatri shaktipeeth or Patanjali Haridwar to learn Indian science(No current education like B.E or MBA for her, rather I will deposit some 10-15 lacs rupees for her so that she can freely research on Indian great culture.) so that no more money minded doctors feed there tummy by doing sigerian operation.

Hay friends I am back after a long struggle and would like to share some of my experiences regarding rented houses and hostels in Pune.

I strongly believe that all government companies should be given to well respected private firms for lease for some time so that they can learn the professional work culture and the real meaning of team work.

Wipro BPO Or Infosys BPO ?

Hay guys no one has asked this question to me yet but I would like to give this answer because I think many people would like to know the answer of this question.

The Major Differences Are:

(1)Infosys BPO hires only graduates but Wipro BPO hires both graduates and undergraduates.

(2)After getting selected in Wipro BPO they give you training to the location you have been selected for but Infosys BPO sends you to Mysore for training and cuts daily hostel charges approx 70/- after 1 year of you service with them so if you are very concerned about saving money then Wipro BPO will be right choice for you.

(3)Infosys BPO is more clear with its salary and incentives structure and never hides anything.

(4)Both have Internal Job Postings for Engineering students to get into their Technologies wing but Infosys Technology is having more respect and name than Wipro Technologies.

This is all I could found , also to get job in any one of these I would recommend BPOzitions cunsultants in Pune Deccon who has 99% selection rate and respect from both the companies, the recruiters and the counselors are very cooperative here.

Wren N Martin English grammar is a complete time waste, all the books who are written by foreign writer and come with "Indian edition" means you just think like they are cheating you.

I know I have suggested you many books for English but what I really can't tell you one best book for english, no one has written a perfect book ,and believe me these books won't cost you much money, what you do is just decide a chapter and study for it from all these books and make notes, trust me you will have a perfect note which you can use for critical conditions for your life by teaching students or having your own book with a well known book publisher, and extra source of income.

These books will improve not only your grammar but your spoken english also.

BSNL EVDO Roaming Plan ?

Well friends I would like to let you all my dear visitor know about BSNL EVDO broadband roaming plan, as you all know that BSNL is one of the top Indian telecom company providing mobile and internet broadband connections and are famous for its highest speed of 2 Mbps before launch of Tata Indicom's Foton Plus.

I am personally using BSNL EVDO of 607/- monthly unlimited plan, earlier the speed and service was very poor, now the speed is improved and connection is also stable but service is as it is and even God Can Not Change The Standard Of Service BSNL people are providing at least I can say this for my area sector 1 Bhilai BSNL office management.

Lets come to the main point , the roaming feature of BSNL EVDO, when I bought it , I was promised that roaming feature is available in all the metro cities , but to be very frank that was all false promises made by employee come politicians of BSNL.

But just now they have added the roaming feature in it and at this time writing this post I am using the roaming feature while traveling in Sarnath Express and right now I am going to cross Katni which is very far from my city Bhilai from where I bought my EVDO connection.

But there is a problem , roaming facility is OK, but you can't use it with its speed while traveling, you will be able access web sites but they will take time to download, but if you are staying somewhere put side then its working properly, here one thing I would like to let you all know that very soon BSNL is going to higher the price of its monthly unlimited 607/- unlimited plan to 900/- or 1000/- per month.

My brother is using Tata Indicom Photon + and successfully used it in roaming , he bought it in kashmir and used it in Bhilai and U.P.

So if you are planning to buy plug to surf mobile USB broadband connection then I would like to suggest you go for Tata Indicom Wiz or Photon + , In Bhilai Photon has not yet launched , but you can but Photon Wiz , which is cheaper(1300/- for the device) yet OK in speed version of it and its monthly rentals are also cheap like 100/-, 200/- 300/- per month, night hours free, first month after buying free browsing.In Bhilai Tata Indicom's Shop is there in Akash Ganga Supela beside Bata Showroom and the owner of that shop is very nice and cooperative person.

You might need to change the mode while roaming if using BSNL EVDO, see the below image:

Always select Hybrid mode , because this mode means BSNL will detect whether internet is available or not while roaming and being in very outer areas and accordingly manage the net connection, you don't need to change the mode manually, but if you always keep EVDO mode then while roaming you might need to change the mode to 1X, to avoid this manual mode change always have Hybrid mode.. just select it and click on apply then OK., and then click on the globe icon to access net.

Well guys I am now at Allahabad station and as I believed BSNL is totally useless as far as commitment is concerned , net is not at all working with all ,my above mentioned tips by which it must work , Allahabad is not that small city.I hate BSNL.
