I doubt even this puts an end to the rumors and blind items that Mike Myers lives a double life and is in fact gay or bisexual. The Austin Powers actor is now about to become a first-time father at the age of 47.
Mike’s new wife, Kelly Tisdale, is currently in her second trimester. “I can confirm they are expecting a child,” Myers’ rep tells New York Post’s Page Six.
The two reportedly began dating in 2006, after Myers split from his first wife, comedy writer and actress Robin Ruzan. Myers and Tisdale secretly tied the knot in a private ceremony in New York City in 2010.

Bon Jovi recently faced a withering [and highly disputed] bookby their former road manager. But today the Jersey boys got some good news – they’ve been nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

In their first nomination for the prestigious award the band join Alice Cooper, 60’s folk star Donovan, Dr. John and Neil Diamond. Donna Summer is also tapped for the honor, as are the 70’s disco group Chic and Darlene Love; all of whom have been nominated several times but never made the final cut for induction.

Completing the list are the Beastie Boys, Tom Waits, LL Cool J, Lauro Nyro, Joe Tex and Chuck Willis.

But one group absent from this year’s nominations is Kiss. They were nominated last year but got beaten – by Abba.

Artists are qualified to join the Hall of Fame 25 years after their first record is released, but the rules say they must have a “demonstrable influence and significance within the history of rock and roll.” So even reaching the shortlist is a feat.

A nominating committee picks names for the shortlist, which is then voted on by a group of around a thousand academics, producers and others with extensive experience in the musical realm. Fans have no say in the choices.

The five artists chosen will be announced in December, with the actual ceremony held on March 14 at the Waldorf-Astoria in Manhattan.

Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas have shared a low-key romance for months – and flatly denied it – but it seems the bond may be getting serious.

The pair have been dating for roughly four months, but this weekend 23-year old Ashley took Joe home to meet the folks in Jacksonville, Florida.

They were seen shopping, and eating at the California Pizza Kitchen in Jacksonville Beach, but on Saturday night they dined at the local Ritz Bar and were spied making out.

“They were with two other couples, and went unnoticed,” eyewitness Johnathan Jaxson tellsE. “Then they moved to the back for more privacy. They were very cute together; making out and holding hands.”

But their presence soon drew attention; “People were coming up to them and asking for pictures,” we’re told.

The pair politely refused, and even had to get the in-house security to drag one guy away who wouldn’t take no for an answer.

“The whole bar was excited,” the spy continues. “We don’t get celebrities here very often, so it was a big deal.”

The less scrupulous blogs have been claiming that Joe is about to propose, and that the Florida trip was to ask Ashley’s parents consent. But that’s just empty chatter.

Some observers have even mused that Ashley is out of her league. I say this is a fake romance designed to gain loads of press coverage, without any work or an actual bond. Evidence? The only eyewitness, Johnathan Jaxson is a celebrity publicist.

Justin Bieber makes $300,000 per gig, records show

The true measure of any artist is the fee they command for a show, and on that scale the 5ft 5-inch Justin Bieber close to a giant.

Records obtained by the Smoking Gun prove the 16-year old Canadian crooner earns a minimum of $300,000 a show, placing him sixth in the list of top earners behind country stars Sugarland, Brooks & Dunn, Rascal Flats and Keith Urban, and the glam-rock band Kiss.

But Justin still earns far more per gig than stars who have been singing for years – Sheryl Crow earns roughly half Justin's fee, and Bret Michaels and 'American Idol's Jordin Sparks earn less than a quarter.

He also earns twice as much for each show as Drake [who was a surprise guest at his August 12 gig,] and three times as much as Disney star Selena Gomez.

His company. 'Bieber Time Touring, LLC' can collect as much as $380,000 for a single performance. And to make the deal even sweeter the entire cost of the lights, sound gear and staging has to be met by each venue.

Justin's agency, the entertainment goliath 'Creative Artists Agency,' also makes the venues pay for any opening act. They must also give him '100% headline billing' and guarantee that he will close all his shows – with no follow-on act.

So let's do the math — Justin's current 'My World' tour ends on December 23 after 75 shows. At $300,000 per show that means he should earn $22.5-million. Enough to never need to go near a microphone ever again.

…We should be so lucky…

Heidi Montag turns 24, appears to have reconciled with Spencer Pratt after Costa Rica debacle

Heidi Montag turned 24 on Wednesday and appears to have reconciled with husband Spencer Pratt after filing for divorce from him in July, following their detainment during a recent trip to Costa Rica.

"First few days back in America!" Montag wrote on her Twitter pagerecently. "I dont think I will ever leave again, at least I am never letting @SpencerPratt pack again!!!! Praise Jesus!"

Both Pratt and Montag, who starred on MTV reality series The Hills, were detained for several hours at the airport on Saturday for illegal arms possession after security officers found two 9MM and 45MM handguns in their luggage, the Associated Press said. They were questioned and released. Pratt, a 27-year-old Los Angeles socialite, says he had brought the weapons for protection.

He had told MTV in August that he would be traveling to Costa Rica in hopes of reconciling with Montag. After the couple returned to the United States, Pratt, the self-proclaimed villain of The Hills, told the Associated Press that Montag had stood by him during what he called the "wildest day ever of either of our lives", adding: "It was clear we're soulmates. I don't see any reason we can't get back on track."

He and Montag attended a charity event together over the weekend and Pratt said he hoped to "sweep her off her feet" for her 24th birthday.

The couple married in 2009 and were often shown squabbling on The Hills. Montag and Pratt, who have broken up and gotten back together numerous times, on and off-camera, have often been said to have staged publicity stunts.

Montag filed for divorce from Pratt in July. He signed the papers on August 13 and their divorce is set to be finalized on Feb. 14, 2011 - Valentine's Day. Calling himself an "epic douche," Pratt publicly apologized to Montag last week for bad-mouthing her during their divorce proceedings and threatening to release a sex tape.

Pratt, who has also called himself a "famewhore," said that during the couple's brief stay in Costa Rica, he'd gone on a jungle retreat for self-improvement and to convince Montag he could give up his fixation with fame. His wife stayed at a nearby villa.

"As part of my spiritual cleansing I've spent the last week living alone in the jungle, reflecting on my past transgressions, and working to become a better person." Pratt had said in a statement following his arrest. "As I departed the country this morning to continue my spiritual journey, I mistakenly brought my hunting weapons to the airport. It was an honest mistake, and they sent me on my way."

Montag also indicated earlier in the week she might have a change of heart about their legal separation, saying: "As far as I'm concerned the last thing in the world after everything we have just been through is to go through with this divorce. But we are just taking life second by second."

Anointed by Playboy as the “sexiest swimsuit model in the world,” 30-year old Joanna understands sex appeal, and uses it to great effect in the new poster, seen here. The new campaign will place this angelic duo on billboards across our great nation, and Joanna is hopeful the message is clear;

Nick Jonas scares fans with new solo career

In a decision that may make him the singular focus of more teen adoration than an average person could even hope to conceive, Nick Jonas has announced plans to tour on his own.

Still just 17, Nick told US Magazine that he and his band, The Administration, will play five dates nationwide, with tickets scheduled to sell out this weekend.

So far, Nick’s set to play Dallas on January 2nd, Nashville on the 4th, Washington, D.C two days later, then New York on the 7th, then a short break before his final, and undoubtedly sold-out appearance on January 17th in Chicago.

And the mini-tour is designed to promote another switch for young Jonas – his first solo album. Due out on February 2nd the solo CD, ”Who I Am’ has some fans concerned, but Nick was quick to deny it’s the end of the trio;

“We’ve said from the beginning that anything we do outside the group is a side project,” Nick explained on the band’s MySpace blog. “My brothers are my biggest supporters and couldn’t wait to hear the new record,” he wrote.

And in a show of support, Kevin, 21, and Joe, 20, have since released a joint statement that should put any fears of a break-up to rest, “We know that we’ll be doing music together for the rest of our lives,” it read. “A three-chord strand is not easily broken, and this one’s stronger than it’s ever been.”
