Global Agenda is a fast-paced action MMO using the Unreal Engine 3 and developed by Hi-Rez Studios. Set in the Earth's near-future it is a sci-spy hi-tech environment where advanced technology drives the PvP conflicts. The Hi-Rez forum has updated its schedule for beta testing, with Closed Beta Testing due to start on July 24th, subject to the programming being done. Controlling a mysterious figure that has inherited the legacy of the evil, long-dead Overlord, the player emerges, near death, from the ruins of the old Overlord’s Dark Tower. Only the player’s actions will determine if they will rise to become the new all-powerful Overlord; it’s all down to how much of a bad ass they want to be in order to succeed… evil or really evil! Played out with plenty of black humour and dark irony, the game will immerse players in twisted parodies of classic fantasy scenarios and characters.

All sounds great, but the game is fairly linear so that quests need to be done in a certain order so that other quests can be attempted. To help you through this here are a few video walkthroughs of Overlord 2. If you prefer a text walkthrough here is a pdf document - the English is not great but it should still be useful.

Civony Beta has now closed and become Evony. However, worth checking the Civony feedback around the net as Evony is likely to be just the same.
