Sort the offers by approval rate to find the best offers. Read about the top offer, complete it, and mark it as completed. After completing your first offer you get 250 points into your account. You only need 2,000 at max (sometimes only 1,300!) to get your free 1,600 microsoft points card!

Call of Duty Veteran Difficulty is a post from: Free Microsoft Points

The Call of Duty franchise has some pretty challenging campaigns. In the past, I had never really played the campaigns, just focused my time on the Xbox Live aspect of the game. Now that I’ve lost a lot of interest in that part of the game, partially due to the fact that I no longer have parties of four or five guys that I know to play with and partially due to some flaws in the game such as that care package glitch and just the overall implementation of all these kill streak bonuses.

Anyways, there are those levels where you play the same part over and over for an hour or even more hoping to get to that next checkpoint. I can’t think of another franchise with a similar difficulty in their campaign. Halo’s hardest level never seemed too hard, but then again, you could do it co op just like Gears of War. It adds so much to the game and at the same time it’s very frustrating.

What game would you say is the hardest to beat the campaign of? At this point I’m unsure whether it’s Call of Duty 4 or Call of Duty 2. There are just some parts that are impractical for even the best gamer to beat in their first or second try. Then again, there was that mining cart level in the Gears of War 2 game which was impossible with the co op.

First Xbox 360 Game Completed is a post from: Free Microsoft Points

I completed my first Xbox 360 game based on the achievements, followed shortly after by my second fully completed game. I completed the MLB 2k6 games achievements in about two days time. It was five simple achievements which are fairly easy to complete if you have any experience with baseball video games. I got the game when I bought my Xbox 360 years ago and had never really played it. Finally, 5 years later I took the time to beat the achievements complete with really outdated rosters.

A few days later I went back to my first game I actually played, Call of Duty 2. Despite four versions having been made since, it’s probably still my favorite one. I had previously completed the campaign but there were two challenging parts on two levels that had prevented me from beating each level on Veteran difficulty. After probably two or three hours working on the beginning of D-Day I finally reached the checkpoint. It was repetitious and boring but I finally beat it completing the rest of the level with ease. Then I got to HIll 400, which was relatively easy. Leads me to wonder why I struggled so much before.
I borrowed the original Cars game back in the day hoping for some quick achievement points, but couldn’t find one of those hidden items despite the online guides. Games have become increasingly difficult to get the achievements. Instead of simply beating campaigns they now want to require you to do certain tasks online or do so many extra things that aren’t part of the campaign. It takes too much time to actually complete when the tasks are irrelevant to the game. Sports games are just ridiculous nowadays. Some require you to complete multiple full seasons or careers which nobody has the time for.

If you want to be a part of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 beta you are in luck. As of today they are now allowing gamers to sign up to receive a beta code come time for the beta. Make sure your age is at least 18 years or older due to the games mature rating otherwise you will not receive a code. This is your chance to be able to test out the elite subscription features which is new to Modern Warfare 3. All of these new features haven’t been revealed quite yet, but I’m sure they are just waiting to announce it at E3 this week.

Activison has been praising their new game. Claiming the new first person shooter standard will be set, they are exciting gamers across the globe. The industry hasn’t evolved that much since the days of Counter Strike in my opinion so something big and new would be welcomed with open arms. There is a problem with it though. It’s going to cost the gamer an additional monthly fee. As an Xbox user, I’m already paying $60 a year for Xbox Live, the game costs $65 after tax and now I have to pay Activision another fee? Not too excited for that, but I’ll buy it if it’s worth it.

At the very least, you might as well try out these new features in the public beta. There is a short form you need to fill out, just to verify your age and gather your email address. Kinect Dance Central is a post from: Free Microsoft Points

Dance Central by Harmonix is probably one of the most entertaining Kinect games at the current point in time. The games ability to detect the accuracy of these dance moves is simply amazing. It can be picky about whether your foot rotates in place, lifts off the ground, or if you step at the same time as clapping. The games use of popular songs also make it more enjoyable to play. The band games are not only getting old, but they are also running out of songs to use. I mean really, there are only so many good “classic” songs to use for the game. After Guitar Hero 3 came out they should have stopped. It didn’t help that the two companies competed with weekly downloadable content to reduce future games track possibilities.

Dance Central has a bunch of current hot hip hop and rap music enjoyed by the teenager audience. The games dance routines are both enjoyable and challenging. For a launch game, it definitely has taken advantage of the Kinect’s abilities better than the rest of the games. There is no lag and no confusion about what the user is doing.

Shaun White Skateboarding First Look is a post from: Free Microsoft Points

The game, Shaun White Skateboarding, is a game that is going to be coming out for the three consoles of the Nintendo Wii, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, but it will most likely come out on a couple other consoles as well that just have not been named yet. This game, which has been published by Ubisoft, is going to be releasing some time in the end of this year, just in time for the holiday season. Control Shaun White in an entirely new environment as he gives skateboarding a whole new feel.

The following is a brief first look that was given to this game:

“One of the game’s primary gameplay hooks is the game’s on the fly shaping mechanic that basically lets you create your own skatepark as you skate. See, there are portions of the world that are highlighted in green. Skate over these sections, hit a button, and you will instantly be able to transform the object.”

Be sure to look into more details about this game some time when the date it will be releasing gets closer.

Delay in Ghost Rider: Future Soldier Beta is a post from: Free Microsoft Points

Earlier this week, Ubisoft announced that they had to push back the release date of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Rider: Future Soldier. Unfortunately, now the time at which this will be available to gamers is some time in the early part of 2011. Not only is the game being delayed, but also the publisher has announced that the beta will be delayed as well.

“Concerning the beta, it will be delayed in-line with the game but will still definitely happen,” Tom Clancy Ghost Rider: Future Soldier senior community developer Kimi Matsuzaki said in a post that was recently posted to the official site of the game. “We made the decision to delay it in order to bring you a more polished beta so your feedback would focus more on gameplay, less on bugs. While we would love nothing more than to bring you the game we’ve been working hard on earlier rather than later, it would only be a disservice to both the community and to our team to release GRFS before it is ready.”

The game, Split/ Second, is a game that has just been released today for the Microsoft Xbox 360. This game, which is published by Disney Interactive Studios, is an intense action racing game. It has been set to feel like it is a competitive reality television show.

Here is a review that was given to this game: 

“Aside from Split/ Second’s presentation hook, the gameplay is designed around using explosive elements on the set to stop your opponents from getting an edge on you. That usually consists of triggering an explosion that collapses a structure onto their car. In that sense, it’s tactically different from the likes of the Burnout series, since there is less physicality involved in downing your adversaries. Split/ Second rewards you more for tactical maneuvers and less for brutish bullying on the course. Aggressive techniques, like trying to smash others into guardrails, are not nearly as effective as letting your opponent squeeze ahead, then triggering a massive explosion that takes him or her out of the race.”
