14 Tactical Questions asked in the Interview to make the Candidates Uncomfortable

Several of the questions in this interview are made using several tactics. Typically, these questions try to find the information from the candidates which they are trying to hide. Suddenly, by asking these questions you want to catch the candidates off guard, said the founder and Executive Career Coach of “Resume Writers Inc”, Nikolai Tina.

However, these questions have some quite bad aspects, Tina said. The candidates may not be able to answer many of these questions smartly. So there is the risk of losing real work people. Find out here those 14 tactical questions.

1. How do you explain yourself in one word?

A question like this gives them an idea about your personality and style. They also know what you think about you.

This is a very challenging question to answer. Because you do not know what kind of personality candidate is being sought for this job? Moreover, it is hard to describe one's own personality in one word.

So be careful to answer this question, Workplace Expert Lynne Taylor said. Depending on the kind of job you have to select the word. For the Accountant post, you cannot use the term 'creative'. Currently, most organizations are looking for a candidate who can work in groups, are honest, can be trusted and have a dedicated attitude.

2. How do you compare the position you applied for with that of others?

With this question they are actually asking is whether you have applied for any other job? They are trying to understand how much attention you are giving to find a job. When conversation will continue, it can be understood which organization you have an interest to work.

However, if you tell that you have only applied for this job, then you are wrong. You are assumed to be giving false statement. If you speak positively about the organization where you are giving the interview, then they would think that maybe you'll go somewhere else if get a chance. You should not also speak negatively about others.

In this case, the best answer may be that, you have applied in quite a few institutions. But still you have not decided which way you would advance.

3. Can you tell your three strengths and weaknesses?

In response to this, the authorities will try to find out that whether you are qualified to work in a group. You should have opportunities in your weakness too.

In this case, the weakness of yours might be a cause of concern. Because any weakness should not be revealed which makes you unfit for the job. So it is better to answer this question correctly to show that you have taken up this challenge.

The employers want to know that whether you're right for the job and your weaknesses will not decrease your qualifications.

4. Why do you want to work here?

With this question they are asking you about the area of your interest. In addition, they want to know how urgently you need the job.

Indeed, there are several reasons for you work here. But the important point, the hierarchy of importance. It is understood that which issues are more important to you.

The employers want to know by this that how much you have learned and understood about their organization. Whether you want to know more, or do you actually like this job or other type of employment will satisfy you.

5. Why do you want to leave your current Job?

With this question they’ll want to know about your negative aspects. If you are serving in other institutions they want to know whether there are any problems or if you are likely to be dismissed from there.

Nobody wants to tell why he wants to leave the job. Also we do not want to tell about the dissatisfaction of the job. If you cannot answer with intelligence, then you cannot expect to get the job.

In response to a question they expect that you're actually looking for a job which is more challenging. You have the ability and the opportunity to work in more extensive field, which is what they want to see.

6. Which thing in your Career makes you feel Proud?

You will be asked this question to know the matter you feel attracted to and want to proceed further. They also try to understand whether you feel proud after achieving success.

It is hard to tell what kind of job you will feel more interest in future. It is better not to mention any specific subject matter. You would say something that is a combination of different jobs.

They want to see positive attitude in your answer. Enthusiasm must be present in your answer. They want to see if there is a longing for you to achieve success.

7. What kind of colleagues and bosses you worked with whom you were the highest and lowest successful, why?

With this question, they want to know whether you have any and kind of conflicts with others what type. Secondly, they seek to understand, how you work for the maximum success.

You got into trouble while working with others, describing this topic is difficult. Also if you tell about the hassle of working with bosses, then if you tell anything which was something of a bad habit of the boss present in the interview, then it is a problem.

With this question, they want to listen more good things than bad things. However, the best way is to tell most of the positive aspects and then going slowly to negative. You have to make them understand that you have the experience of working with people of different characteristics and you can and do it very good well.

8. Did you think yourself as an Entrepreneur?

With this question, they want to know, whether you have the secret desire to own a business. Because they do not want to hire these kind of people.

Everyone at the early stage of their life, try to establish his own business career, or at least dream about it. So it should not be rejected directly. But it is risky to express that once you had a business or in the future you want to be an entrepreneur.

There is no problem in expressing your wish to become an independent businessman. In spite of your wish, you have no such a plan; the issue should be presented in that way. In response this, they want to hear how happy you are working in the corporate world.

9. If you were given the opportunity to work any organization, where would you work?

With this question, they want to know how well you can perform in a particular task or competition. Moreover, your responsibility towards the job will also be revealed.

In response to this, if you talk for a long time then you will be caught. In other words, you may pass some bad comments about good organization. So present your own little ideas.

10. If you get 10 million taka tomorrow, then what will you do with it?

This has only one meaning, they want to know what you want to do or do not want to do if you get the money. In response to this your ideas, goals and objectives as an employee can be known.

It's a lot like an ambush. If you highlight a big list of your wants, then they think that you do not need this job. So it is better to respond less and stay silent.

They want to know that you are interested in this job and you will keep on having interest in work even though you become rich.

11. Did you ever get the offer from your boss or senior official to sacrifice your honesty?

Through this they want to get an idea of your moral compass. Please note that they will try to understand how you keep your integrity at any different moment. They will try to see the depths of your wisdom.

Your ability to control sensitive issues also comes out from your response. Moreover you also can speak about any former dishonest. So in this case you will have to play the role of a diplomat.

In this case instead of showcasing the bad history of any other organization, make your own ideology clear. That's what they want to see. Without mentioning any names of organizations you can narrate an incident like a story.

12. State one reason why anybody would not like to work with you?

They'll want to know about the bad aspects of your personality here. And if you lie, then it will be proven in the future.

There you tell directly that there is no reason, and then you are humiliating the person for asking this question. So instead of stating your problem directly, tell it indirectly.

The answer may be that, in fact, everyone will not like to work with me always. Especially when there is a time limit given for the job.....

13. Why were you out of work for so long?

Many times, until you prove yourself innocent you will be considered guilty. With this question they will want to know, if you are responsible enough on your own.

In response to this you will tell about your resilience of your career.

I was most surprised to know this fact. Iceland is a small country; many of us might not even hear the name of the country but have proceeded much further in using the Internet. No problem, we are also going forward, I heard the name of Facebook when came to college, but nowadays even class six students use Facebook.

Philip M. Parker is a professor at a business school named the INSEAD. We know that to write a book we need a title, different topics, a unique ISBN (International Standard Book Number), cover page, and what it needs a back cover! The most important thing is that you need knowledge to write books.

This person’s so difficult task was made easy by the computer and the Internet. Those who are more or less involved with search engine optimization, knows that SE changes its technique and algorithm and now it is more matured. Now through the results of SE we can find out different important pages easily.

Through the image search of SE, when we upload an image, SE lets you find those. Still when making sites, it should be crawler friendly, since still now SE can not crawl objects like javascript, flash, video. So when making a site, try to avoid these as much as possible.

You might have observed that, now when SE searches anything, it shows the shopping result, social sites keywords, the position in the online news site, etc. if you are logged in with google, then google will analyze your previous browsing history and present the result infront of you.

At first I told something, and I am telling it again, if you have relevant good content in your site, then you do not have to think about SEO. Whatever there is change in algorithm, this sentence is always be true and universal.

I think there is many posts in this series. I have already shared all the information I knew. So by not disturbing you further, I call an end to this SEO series. I hope you have benefited from this. Whatever we write in our site, our main goal is to increase the number of visitors in our site. It is best if you check the results through analytics. For this at first enter in the analytics. Then go to the option traffic sources. Then find out referring sites and click there

After entering, select how many months traffic source you want to see at one time. If the visitors of your site are less, then you can see 3 to 6 months data.

In the following picture see that we got good amount of traffic from twitter.com.

If you click on the link of twitter.com, then you will go deeper into the page, and here you will see from which page of twitter we got visitors.

You can even go to campaigns option if you want.

From here you can know about the conversion of the goals set. The visitors who will come to you from social sites, through them it are difficult to achieve your goal. Always prepare websites for visitors. The aim of SE is to find out the best sites for the searchers. So if your site is good, your ranking will be high.
Select keyword in such a way that is relevant to the subject of the page. Search should be normal and less competitive.
Categorize your site properly, and arrange the navigation properly. Use good anchor text and alt attributes, which is relevant to the site.
Program the website in such a way so that it will be crawler-friendly. Your important keywords should not be hidden under Flash, Javascript etc.
Keep an eye on the Title Tag, Meta Description and Page headline, and these should include keywords. There should not be duplicate Page headlines.
Prepare the site in such a way that others will backlink with you for their own need.
Do not be worried about ranking, since it is always changing.

How to Use Google Analytics for Website?

I am writing after a long time. As I was very busy for some days, I could not post. I saw many people in my country, who claim that by learning link building, they can become expert in seo and they are working in different Free lancing platform. I personally think that they should know and learn much more. Seo is such a vast field where learning link building is not enough, you must learn other things too. You must have minimum knowledge about those. So I request the newbies to study about seo properly before starting to do these kinds of jobs. You will get loads of free resources on seo in the internet; you just have to go through those. Also in our country there are some good institutions on seo, there also you can learn. However, you can collect all information from internet. Now let us go to the main point.

Now look at the picture above and go to Search Engine tab, where you can see how many visitors visited your site and from which source.

Now go to keywords tab like before picture, and from there you can know which keywords brought you how many visitors. Usually google shows first 10 keywords, but you can see more keywords from here. Here you will get many keywords, from which we optimized some for our site, and some keywords were not optimized.

Look at the picture above. Every information in here we can arrange by both Ascending and descending order. Like see in different columns it shows how much time was spent by whom, the bounce rate (Entering and leaving the site immediately) etc given.

Now let us click landing page from the option beside the keyword to see which page visitor is coming first.

Now if we sort it in terms of visits, then we will see that most of the visitors went to home page first. Another thing is, the reason we optimized a page, from that keyword we got visitors. In our site we sell the affiliate product of amazon, so the main goal of our conversion is to find out the visitors of amazon. From the above picture if we sort Clicked an amazon affiliate link, we can see the phrase used for goal conversion.

Now see for some keywords, a visitor is visiting, and since your goal conversion is successful, it is showing 200% goal conversion. It does not mean that your site is being visited by this keyword and goal will be achieved. The more the visitors, the lower will be your success rate. If you see our keyword kindle reviews, you can easily understand the reason. So use your intelligence when doing Value analysis. Gradually from time to time visitors of your site will increase. If not then try to find out the reason from analytics. If possible try to analyze the data of analytics once in a month.

How to Use Google Analytics for Website?

Now let us tour the google analytics (For this you must have an account in google analytics). If you have problem in opening account in google analytics, then you can search for some tutorial. Another thing is, the pictures used in here was taken before, which might not match with current analytics, but you can get the options easily. Also if I get time, then I will upload the new pictures of analytics.

From here if you click edit, you will get the option add new goal, click on it.

Then fill up the form below

To fill up the form, the things you understand, keep those as default. First give.Then keep Active Goal on. Keep the Goal position same, and then select Goal type url destination- the other two are complex. Then from match Type of goal details, then select Head Match, since it will make your work easier. Then give Goal-URL. Keep Goal Value default. But if you know the values of goal from before, then you can fill it up. At last save it. From this you can easily identify the level of conversion, and also understand that the time you spend on the keywords, whether it will help you to achieve your goal. If you see that the things you are doing, is not turning into conversion, then try another way. Sometimes in the contact form, if there are too much fields, it can create problems, even for its designing, conversion can be hampered. But sometimes this can happen that, your site might have many visitors, but conversion is not taking place. In this case try to find out the reason for not having conversion, even if conversion does not take place, no need to worry. Since if you have many visitors, your brand will develop.

Traffic source
It is important to know from where the visitors are coming to your site? If you can know it, it will be better for you. Suppose if you get many visitors from SE, then rather giving effort on seo, you can give attention to other traffic source to increase traffic.

Enter google analytics and find out the option Traffic Sources from there. The above picture shows how much traffic is coming in which time and from which source, it is shown. The above picture shows that most of the traffic is coming from SE, and the percentage is 78.46%, from the traffic of Direct ও Referring sites, it is 10.77 and 7.25 respectively. Other sources contribute only 3.52%. Since majority of the traffic coming from search engine, we can tell that our seo is working fine. But there is a bad side of it, that is, if you are too much dependent on SE, then if you change SE ranking system will have a dramatic change in traffic site. So do not get too dependent on SE. 50% visitors can come from SE, but if more than this happens, then you can be in trouble. So if your SE visitors are more, try to increase visitors from other sources. For this even if thare is a major change in SE, you will not fall into trouble. I hope you know google search engine algorithm changes very quickly; to cope up with it is very difficult. The expert specialists of the world can not cope with it, so how will you cope up? But do not be afraid. If you work according to the system, there will be no problem.

Ranking might not lead to your achievement of goal. Suppose if you have an affiliated site, and if your position is in the 1st page of google, then you will get many visitors. You might get more visitors but your sales might be less, then it is of no use. Suppose you get 1000 visitors a day, but sales is only 5, on the other hand, if you have 200 visitors and can sell 20, which one is more profitable? So even after getting good position in SE, your goal might not be achieved.

But the good thing is, nowadays we have different web analytics, through which you can easily measure your success by these tools. Here we will use Google analytics, since it is free and good.

How will you do conversion measure and set your goal:

Conversion is actually, when a visitor enters your site and performs a specific action. This is very important for seo since it shows whether you are getting the things from your visitors who are visiting the site. Every site has one or more goals. When a visitor visits a site and performs the goal, then we can understand that conversion has taken place. Below are some examples of conversion:

Suppose somebody has decided that when a visitor submits contact form in your site, conversion can take place.
Newsletter sign-ups can also take place.
You might want the visitor to visit a selected page, and that can be considered as conversion.
When any product is sold, obviously it can be considered as conversion.
In case of contact form, upon submitting it, there should be a thank you page, which should be submitted to analytic as goal conversion page. This is very important for seo, since through analytic you can know through which keyword the visitor has come and goal achieved.

Is the culture of your community good or bad? If bad, then will it affect your promo? Think about it carefully. Try to avoid these things.

Also to participate in social media, you can give answers to different questions to the members of the community. But when giving answers, try to keep one thing in mind, try not to underestimate anybody. Never give wrong answers. It is better to give no answer rather than wrong answer. You must know the subject properly before giving answers. This will increase your credibility to others.

If you are not experienced about something, then you can ask some advance level questions on the running subjects in the forum, or you can ask them to clarify it. If possible try to start a new topic.

Be careful about some things, like do not waste your time participating in the social media.

Many people waste much time in social media. Try to allot a specific time for that, or give this responsibility to anybody else.

After doing seo everybody wants to know your position in SE. if you have a good position in SE, then you will receive much Free Traffic, otherwise you will not. But success should not be always measured by SE ranking.

Why success should not be always measured by SE ranking?

Ranking always changes. Suppose if you search by a keyword, your computer will show the search result, which might not be same in your friend’s computer. Also due to changes in browser, there might be up-down in ranking. So do not think that the results shown in your computer will be same for others.

SE ranking depends upon geographical factors too. For example in you are in US, different results will be shown rather than in Bangladesh. In US, when state changes, search result also changes. So to have business or get any service, country extension can be used, like .BD, to get benefit from local seo.

For last some years, google has made search result personalized. For example, if you have an account in google, if you search when log in to your account, then result will be different. If you do not have an account in google, then result will be different. Because when you have account in google, it knows about you a lot, and from that it will decide your personalized search and show it. Even if you are not logged in, google will still find information from cookies and show result. I do not know whether you noticed it or not, many times at the end of the search result it shows the recent site you have visited.

Also sometimes we see, you targeted a number of keywords, and some of them are shown in the 1st position and 1st page. Some keywords have less competition for different companies, those will show in the 1st position and 1st page and you might be happy that your site is in the 1st position. Actually there is nothing to be happy, since here there is no competition. Try to observe the keyword which the site is ranked upon, how better is it in terms of searches?

Today we will discuss about google page rank. Although it is a much backdated topic, and you must know at least something about it. Many people think that PR is used in SE ranking. Others think that it gives a green signal to google regarding a website. All these are partially true.

With PR google does not make its search result. It has an effect on the google search engine algorithm.
You can not measure the PR of a website easily, only google can do it. There might be different tools for measuring PR. But these can not do PR measure properly, since only google knows about it.

Let us see the example of PR in the site. For this we will use google toolbar.

See our home page shows pr 1 show. But inside it is showing pr 0. Since our page is a new page, and we did not create that mush backlink, so pr 1 show normal, and the more you go inside, pr is decreasing, since inside link juice is passed less. If your site shows no pr, still you need not to be worried, since google will surely index your page and you can get even high rank for your page. The following information will help you to understand the google page rank:

Correct PR might not be shown
Since it is updated rarely in a year
Page rank of new sites with less links is not shown in page rank.
The deeper you go into site, the less will be the PR.
You can get an idea about the quality of site through PR. But that does not mean that since there is less PR, your site is bad or google will never rank your site.

I hope you remember the definition of off page seo, what the others are telling about your website is off page seo.

When you think that the work of your on page seo is finished, you can not rest then, you have to do the work of off page seo. The main work of off page seo is to create backlink. It depends on how much creativity you can use to create backlink.

N.B: off page seo is not like before. That means within one night you create 500 links and go top at the google rank, it is not like this. Google is very smart, so you have to create backlink, but that seems to be natural link building. Other things should be remembered like link popularity, page authority etc.

If you can build your links in a natural way, then you will be benefited, otherwise your dream of going to top rank will fade away.

How to build natural link?

Now I will give you some idea about natural link build. I hope if you can follow it then you can invent more new ideas.

1) Think that somebody has built 1000 links. So what is happening? It is very easy, he might have bought the links from somebody or he might have employed 200 people to create 5 links from each, or something like this. That means nobody has liked his content and gave him backlink, he got it for money, which is not natural. This is done artificially, so when google sees that suddenly somebody has created a lot of backlinks, it does not take it in a good way. Any time google might penalize you. Here the phrase old is gold is applicable. Say if Wikipedia creates 5000 backlinks in a day, still google will not say anything, since it is an informative and old site. But your new site might be penalized if even 100 backlinks are created in a day. So be careful, ask yourself, how many backlinks you can create in a day? Only create those, do not do extra.

2) Also if your site is new, and you decide to create 10 backlinks in a day, then there will be natural flow. It may be natural, but remember what backlink is, it is getting links from others. What I want to tell is that, if your site has 5 unique visitor, and if you create double the backlinks, still it means that it is not natural flow. Either you are doing this, or others are doing it for you. So what will you do? It is beat if you create 1/3 of the backlinks according to your visitors. Suppose if you have 50 visitors, then daily you can create 15 to 20 backlinks. I hope you are getting clear about this. I might not be able to define all the terms properly due to lack of time, so if you do not understand something, you may search in the google. I hope you will get the terms in the first page. For example I used the term unique visitor here, but I did not explain it.

3) Also see that the site given in example, the main keyword is My Kindle reviews. So if you think that in all your links the anchor text will be My Kindle reviews, then you are creating a big mistake. Since in a site all the backlinks can not be same, and google will easily catch you for keyword stuffing. So when using anchors text, remember to keep some variation. Say like 30% exact keyword, 20% broad match, 20% LSI keyword (electronic reading device, related with kindle, in a different way, google with lsi keywords finder), 30% general keyword (click here, check out this etc). If you divide anchor text in your site like this, then it will be considered as natural. Try to use more Long tail keyword.

4) To tag your article, do not use more than 3 keywords.

5) Make a balance between Dofollow and Nofollow backlink in your site. See that Nofollow backlink should not be greater.

6) Take backlinks from all top level domain like .com, .net, .org, .edu etc. if you have all types of backlinks, then it looks natural.

7) Create new links everyday. If you create 100 links in one day and then create no links in a week, then google takes it as a suspicious activity.

8) Increase the activity of your social site

9) Create different type of contents, like: audio, video, power point presentation, PDF etc, and publish those in different websites. From there you can get both backlinks and visitors. Some sites like this can be: youtube.com, vimeo.com, slideshare.net, odiogo.com etc.

It was already told before that there are 2 types of SEO, Internal and External optimization. Do you think this is new? Actually this is the synonym of On page seo and Off page seo. We already discussed about On page seo. So I thought of having a recap of it, to make you understand properly. Another reason for this is that google emphasizes more on On page optimization. At one time, achieving thousands of Backlink ensured the ranking, but now it is not possible. Google is very smart now, and for this you need to be over smart, but you should be fair. You are dead if you go for Black hat seo.

Internal Optimization is actually the link between the pages in your website, keyword density, whether the pages are error free, whether any pages are in broken condition, etc. many times we see that the increasing and decreasing of ordinary pages Linking structure or keyword density ensures the position of your site from the 2nd page to 1st page in google.

What is Backlink?

Suppose you have two sites, and their names are A and B respectively. Site A has a link in which when you click, can take you to site B. so site B has a backlink and this backlink was given by site B to A.

In backlink there might be tags like NoFollow or Dofollow. Usually we see that if you give backlink to a site, then when SE will crawl through your site, then it will crowl that link also, and if your page has some page rank, then according to the ratio, the backlink will also get some page rank. Now think that you do not want to backlink anybody, but somebody put a comment on your site with a link, this will be considered as backlink also. If you do not want page rank or link juice to backlink other pages, then give the links NoFollow. This is usually used in different blog sites in the comments section of viewers, which prevents spammers or undesired visitors to increase their page rank. This discorsges the spammers to make undesired comments. However, in those places where there is already security against spammers, there nofollow should not be used, since viewers will be interested to leave comments and keep contact with the site. In many times if google sees that you have given dofollow to a low quality website, and then google might penalize you.

Page Rank
This is a measure for google to select the quality of website. This depends upon different factors. However, page rank and SE rank is different. With low page rank, you can still be a topper in SE rank. This is not so important now. You can get loads of information regarding this if you search in google.

So before starting your work, please check the list. Whether you used the tags properly or whether the contents are given properly inside? If you have given, then ok, or else give properly.

• title
• meta description
• strong
• em
• h1
• h2
• alt
• domain/file name
• create sitemap like: Image sitemap, Video sitemap, text sitemap etc
• Reduce site loading time
• Use Breadcrumbs

Interlinking
This consists of those links which are used to go from one page to another in a website.
Google takes decision based on anchor text about what type of page is the navigated page.

The more the internal links in a page, the more it is important for google

If the linking pattern of your page is like this, then see that most links are in Index page. Then is the A, B and other pages. If you want to give importance to any other pages, then what you can do is you can create an internal link from one page to another.

For this when google bot will review your site, and if it sees that one of the page is linked with other pages, then google bot will think that this page must be important since it is linked with other pages. See the similarity between SEO and reality. Say two people are contesting, so who will win? The person getting the most votes will win. In case of website also those with more links are stronger.

Moreover you have to keep in mind the following:

Make sure that the links in every pages works, or are not broken.

Every image must be shown properly

If there is error in your website, then both SE and visitors will be frustrated. Ask yourself how would you feel if you see error in a link?

Work carefully; otherwise you might be in trouble

Do you remember that we created an excel sheet, where we kept the keywords? Open that excel sheet. Now we will re write a page from our example. Look at the picture below, there were some keywords

We will copy these keywords and paste these in a word file, like the picture below:

See there is number of searches, all in title, everything is written, and we will use the important keywords.

Look at the picture above, we arranged the keywords according to their weight and then we will re write the article. Insert the keywords in those places where it will look better when inserting the article.

Now see how the article looks like in the website, remember always:

• So write king content for your visitor.

Usually these kinds of pages are not optimized. However, if you want, among these pages, you can optimize some. For example if you have something in your page as Glossaries type, then you can optimize those pages.

The pages which you will not optimize

Some pages should not be optimized like contact form page; download pages- since these pages do not contain any important information. You will also not want these pages to be the Landing page, where there is no information regarding your product or service. That is why always optimize those pages which have relevant information about your product/service.

Your target will be that, when visitors will enter your site, they should understand that whatever they want, they will get it there and for this always optimize the important pages, so that SE can find those pages very quickly.

How to add keywords in different articles?

This technique is applicable only for those who have already written an article, or your article writer has written your article and submitted to you- if this is the case, then you can edit it little to add newly researched keyword in this. If you use many graphics and flash in your website, then there is no need to use keyword in here, since using keyword in here is useless. Search engine can not read this kind of rich content. Still if you want to use keywords in here then use Alt tags. Moreover you can use Noscript Tag. This tag is not usually read by the browser, but SE can read it.

Beware of Graphical Headline and Taglines always

Most of the websites owners’ make this mistake. Usually they use picture in the header. SE can not understand it. Although you can use Alt tag in the image. See how nicely key word is used in the site as an example:

This will create a huge difference in the search of search engine. So keep away from the picture, especially for header. For this kind of headline use header and keep it in html.

Give importance to website users

Use keyword in such a way that it looks that the word came here normally. It is not that you have to disperse the keyword everywhere. It is also not that the whole article will be full of keywords. Use your creativity when using keywords, which will make the article readable and search engine friendly.

Think like a reporter

Look at your content and ask yourself:

Who?
What?
Where?

Difficult to understand- let us understand it. If we take the example of the site mentioned above, we can see two keywords, Our Reviews, and The Device.

Now ask yourself, “What kind of review?” or “What or which is the device?”. So what will be your answer? You should answer through keyword, like “short story book reviews”,” electronic reading device”

How to add keyword in the content?

See the line at the left hand side, this is ok, but if we are clever, or write in a descriptive way, we can convert it into a keyword rich content. I hope you can also do it.

Look at the picture above, usually a word is not counted as a keyword, so instead of using single word, use keyword phrase. This will benefit you. The above picture shows a word called Case, instead of using this, if we use words like kindle case, kindle cover, kindle protection, then we will be benefited more.

Use Plurals, Past Tenses, -Ing(s)
Try to make a keyword phrase with different combinations, which will benefit you. Although sometimes SE shows plural result when you need singular, but do not rely on it and try to use keyword by yourself. This will ensure that keywords are not being repeated.

Use Singulars and Plurals
Many of you might find it difficult on this post you have to use singular and plural. Actually it is not like that, it is easy. We are doing this in our daily lives and we do not need to think about it. This is easy, see the example below:

All the contents in our website might not be good. Some will be good, while others will be average. We should always try to make good contents, and for this we can hire good article writer or we can write ourselves. So which contents are regarded as good?

There should be relative information for target visitors
There should be solution for target visitors
Solution for different questions
The website should be information enriched

These contents should target the Search engine.

In these kinds of contents, there might be more keywords and these are created for increasing the ranking of search engines. This kind of content can not achieve the goal of the site. Now google has become strict about these kinds of contents and google can find out properly with the help of human reviewer. So those who have done this got punished and those who are still doing this be careful from now on.

Make contents for the visitors, which will help to achieve your goal and improve the SE ranking.

You can edit the old bad contents of your site
Do not create fake pages, which are those pages not related with your website and will redirect the visitor into another site.
Always write your article clearly, easy, descriptive and step by step way, so that your target audience will not feel any difficulty in understanding this.
