#1002: Grab Bag

Today's grab bag features four small word puzzles across two genres that I rediscovered while doing some solving of my own backlog of puzzles. Shapeshifter is a Patrick Berry invention that I found over at RedHead64's blog as Moving Staircases. Line Em Up was also found at RedHead64's blog, although I'm unsure if it's their invention or if it was another type found elsewhere. In any event, hat tip to RedHead64 for the inspiration.

Happy Pride 2025! Today Jamie Hargrove and I are pleased to present another showcase of puzzles from LGBTQIA+ authors from the puzzle community.
#994: Sudoku Grab Bag

Howdy. I've been working on some weird sudoku variants since visiting Boston earlier this month for the first ever SudokuCon. Here are a few of them. I'm especially fond of the SubwayDoku puzzle because of my love of public transit, but the sudoku community has received it pretty harshly because it doesn't work in SudokuPad so you have to use Penpa+ or solve on paper. That's been a demoralizing bummer.
