Technical Difficulties

I am sorry to say that the last two messages have not recorded right. I have tried to clean them up to make them usable but it's just not working.

There was a technical issue between the soundboard and the laptop and we ended up with a very bad recording.

I am working to get that fixed as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy the messages again at your convenience.

So Excited to Announce! ASL on Thursday Evenings

I have always had an interest in American Sign Language. While in high school the local library had a two part course over one summer and my Mom, brother and I took the course. Over the years I have served in churches that have offered this and love it! I have retained a little after all this time and my wife and I use it with our children. We started with the basics from the time they were born and it has been a great tool.

Anyway...God has led Mrs. Laura to our ministry and she knows ASL and is willing to interpret our Thursday evening services. She is such a God sent! And it just goes to show that He will "give us the desires of our heart". I am so excited about this new opportunity for our church and being able to reach out in another area. I am also excited for the doors that this is opening for Worship Arts.

So pass the word along! Thursday Evening at 7pm.

In this passage we see the following:
1. The providence of God is believed.
2. The presence of God is perceived.
3. The power of God is received.
4. The purpose of God is achieved.

1. They acknowledge that God is the creator of the universe (vs24)
2. They acknowledge that God is in control of all things (vs28)
3. They received the presence of God and they knew it (vs31)

People don't pray because they don't know that they have a need. But God is our provider! He knows in advance what we need and when we will need it.
