What Payment You Prefer In International Business - Paypal, Western Union Or Telegraphic Transfer

Why International Seller Or Supplier Don't Accept Paypal As A Common Payment Option? Maybe this problem arise when you want to place an order with a China seller because majority of them don't accept Paypal payment.

China seller prefer to do a business transaction with either Telegraphic Transfer(T/T) or Western Union and not Paypal payment. There all are reason behind this. As a seller also i don't really like to use Paypal as my payment gateway.

Let's summarise the issues with this common Payment problem:

- For suppliers: how can the Supplier find a widely usable payment system that encourages trust from the Buyer and also does not impose high costs? Lower cost to Seller that can maximize the profits.

Seller prefer Telegraphic Transfer or Western Union because they want to minimize their lose when received the payment. With TT and Western Union payment seller doesn't have to pay any cost to get the payment or just pay lowest fees only. Because all the cost beared by Buyer.

But if the seller use Paypal as a payment option he will get more buyer confident and gain a trust from buyer.

If use Paypal, seller must incur all Paypal transaction fees.

- For foreign buyers: how can the Buyer make payments easily and quickly to supplier or Chinese firms, without incurring high costs to themselves, and with some degree of fraud protection?

International buyer seek to use Paypal because they don't have to pay any fees and they have high degree of fraud protection give by Paypal.

Below I will summarize some pros and con use all these payment system.

Telegraphic Transfer/Western Union

Pro:
-Universal system
-Guarantees payment for Seller
-Preferred method choose by seller

Con:
-Both sides may incur charges
-Many buyers lack experience
-Leaves the buyer entirely at risk
-High charge to Buyer if use Western Union (not preferred).

Paypal

Pro:
-Widely available; accessible for newcomers to international trade
-Fast payment
-Easy to use for the Buyer; accepts credit cards
-Excellent Buyer protection
-Arguably increases trust due to recognition factor / association with Ebay

Con:
-Exposes the Seller to significant risks
-High fees for the Seller
-Paypal is a very common target of online payment fraud

There is no universal answer, but in my opinion, Paypal is the best option for orders under USD 2000, mainly because of being instant payment and offering the Buyer total insurance against non-delivery. The same caveats about establishing trust and starting with small test orders apply to Paypal as they do with any payment system. Any Buyer should research the Seller before sending money, and the Seller also needs to inspect received orders carefully.

Set up an advertising website, just charge a dollar per pixel - really cool because it's cheap – imagine this US$1 X 1000000 pixels - US$ 1 Million. Yes you will get US1 Million with this kind of ideas.

10 Check List Tips Before Do A Succesfull Dropshipping

Do this check list before you start a dropship service.

Tip 1: Check out the dropshipper’s reputation with the Better Business Bureau in their area or other institution. How long have they been in business? Has anyone ever filed a consumer complaint against the company?

Check it at http://www.BBB.org.

Tip 2: Ask the dropshipper how quickly they will be able to fulfill and ship the order. Do they provided the tracking number after all item shipped. Tracking number is crucial part because the tracking number will be send back to your customer after you received it. If a customer doesn’t receive a product, they will look to you for answers.

Tip 3: If you are dropshipping, this means that the item you are selling is not in your possession. It’s very important to let your customers know this. Sellers should indicate that the item will ship directly from your supplier.

Tip 4: Consider the delivery time frame. You must updated your customer the delivery time frame when the item shipped from your supplier to the customer.

Tip 5: If a problem should arise during the course of shipment, or if a shipment is delayed, promptly address the issue with your buyer. It’s important to have good communication and to let your customers know that you are always there to answer their questions.

Tip 6: Be alert of a dropshipper who requires that you pay a fee to access their product line. A legitimate dropshipper should not charge to set up such an account.

Tip 7: Legitimate dropshipper should not set a minimum order. It’s normal to get discounts on larger quantities, but the dropshipper should be able to accommodate any order size from 1 to 100.

Tip 8: Consider doing business with more than one dropshipping company. This a good ideas to compare the dropshipper company currently you using.

Tip 9: Test an sample order first, a few test products for yourself.

Tip 10: The whole idea behind dropshipping is wholesale. You are buying a product at such a low price that you should be able to sell it for a profit. Order the small quantities of order first before you start making large order. Beware of scams out there.

Reliable dropshipper means a dropship company that do all the jobs on your behalf. As a customer that sells the products on their behalf, the good dropship company will make all arrangement for you.

This means all the stock pilling and products sourcing will be eliminated. You don't have to keep up the stocks, but concentrated on the selling and market the stuff. That easy right.

For those of you that don't know a dropshipper is a retailer that allows you to sell their products and when you make a sale they will ship the item for you and not use their name on the shipping. Drop ship, dropship, dropshipper, drop shipper wholesaler - call whatever you want. But how to find the reliable dropshipper, how to determined it, know it good or not for you. You know there are hundred thousand of dropshipper out there on the net and we as a customer don’t know WHO behind the scene. Keep on search for Drop ship company that suite you can you really can depend on it's service.

Well, for starters, it ain’t easy! There are so many wholesale dropshippers on the net, and all of them say they aren’t middle men. They will not say there are middle men.

Most of the wholesale dropshipper that can be found on the net are charge small fees before you can start with. Hmm….i’m wondering why they charge all the membership fees to the customer, IF the customer want to start making money with them. The answer is simple, they actually a middleman that make money with the membership fees that you give to them.

A good dropshipper will not charge a membership fees just to browse all the categories or products in some website. Yes there are some drop ship website that charge a membership to a customer and after that you can browse all the products after the payment being made. Come on, charge a fees just to take a look what products they provide. A fees for a simple user name and password for log in purpose.

Don't believe what i'm saying here, you can browse some of the website here.. But i not saying all dropshipper supplier that charge a membership fees a scams. Maybe there are reason behind all this fees, it's all up to customer-try to email them and ask some question regarding this matter.

1. Ebay Marketplace - Make a search, ask a question and try make a first order to test the quality. If you satisfied you can ask the seller to be your dropshipper partner. Most of all you must know the seller can supply you constantly.
2. DHgate - These China marketplace also a good place to find a wholesaler dropshipper. Do a niche products research your self. Great of lowest product online, best is all the seller there accept Paypal payment.
3. Asia Product - Also a China company that can be a good dropshipper i think. Thousand of consumer electronics products. Also accept Paypal payment.

Try to get on these site i give you, make some research there and maybe it’s can help you start selling on the net. Will update with other information from now on.
