MY THOUGHTS

I love watching a loving romance with an intriguing plot. I watched Perfect Sense the other day and I was so moved by it! I enjoyed watching Michael and Susan fall hopelessly in love with each other. When a pandemic occurs that robs people of their senses, they are faced with problems neither of them could ever have imagined. Perfect Sense is an amazing film that really tugs at your heart and allows you to open up emotionally. This is a great movie that anyone who has ever been in love will appreciate.

MY THOUGHTS:

At the end of 2005, I was in a car accident and have suffered from explicit back and neck pain ever since. I have also been told that I have arthritis, which adds to the severity of my pain. MY THOUGHTS:

Last night, my husband and I watched The Whistleblower after eating dinner. I was very interested to see this movie because it is based on a true story. The Whistleblower is a great film. I have to admit that there were times that it is hard to watch. I wouldn't say that it is extremely graphic or anything like that but some of the stuff that goes on turned my stomach. With this being said, I think (and hope) that the movie will open everyone's eyes to the seriousness and reality of human trafficking. I do recommend watching this film and also being prepared for what you will see.

MY THOUGHTS:

Over the weekend, my husband I watched Punished on DVD. I find myself drawn to movies that revolve around crimes and revenge, so after seeing a preview for this film, I added it to my list of movies to see. I was fascinated with the plot and the acting was great. Punished has a unique feel to it and I'm glad to have it in my collection.

Review: Infinity LED Ultra Series LED Light Bulb

Using energy efficient products in my home is really important to me. I want to do my part to help make the world a better place. When I was told that I could review the Infinity LED Ultra Series LED Light Bulb, I was happy to be given the chance. There are two color choices - cool white and warm white. I chose the warm white tone because I prefer a dimmer light. The cool white is a bright, soft glow. You can choose between 40 and 60 watts. The Infinity LED light bulb doesn't require a lot of energy but it gives off the same amount of light as other bulbs. There are 88 evenly distributed LED lights that are not sensitive to shaking. The approximate life of this particular bulb is roughly four years, which could result in a significant savings.

As soon as I received this light bulb in the mail, I knew exactly where it was going to go. I took the bulb into my bedroom and switched it with the one that was in the lamp on my beside table. Review: Blok Squad Police Force Pursuit

There is nothing I love better than showing up to visit my nephew and bringing him a little something special. I know, I spoil him, but that's what aunt's are for, right? I can still remember how excited he was when he found out that I was giving him the Blok Squad Police Force Pursuit. His immediate response was "open it!" Once I got the box opened and we saw how tiny the pieces were, I knew we had an interesting afternoon ahead of us.

Damien wasn't interested in putting the pieces together, so the task was left to Damien's dad, Justin, and my husband. The box stated that this toy is for kids aged five and up. I thought that the guys would have it put together in no time. It actually took them a couple of hours. I don't see how a child that young would be able to put all of this together on their own.

There are a couple reasons that it took so long. Number one is that the directions are color coded but there was no explanation as to what each color meant. Number two was that the pieces were bunched together in different plastic bags. The guys opened one of the bags first thinking that each bag was for a different vehicle. That was not the case, you need pieces from bag one, two and three to put together a vehicle. This meant that you had to keep searching through every single piece.

When they finally had it all put together, everyone was ready to celebrate. The Blok Squad Police Force Pursuit is incredibly detailed. I couldn't get over how cute the cones were!

He’s also very encouraging, quick to note the gifts his friends have, even if they don’t, and to suggest to them ways they might think outside the box to use them. Handy is also very generous, willing to loan anyone any of his tools…After all, he probably has a spare inside himself somewhere!

Rowdy the garbage truck has no clue that he’s smelly, loud, a little clumsy and completely excitable – and probably wouldn’t care if he did know! He’s a big, energetic, physical teddy bear who loves to collect off things, is eager to please, and even more eager to join in the fun, leaving a trail of garbage behind. Comments about his stench or the commotion he causes roll right off his back. Rowdy is proud of the things that make him uniquely him, and he’s not going to change for anyone…then he wouldn’t be himself. That sense of individuality makes him one of Chuck’s favorite people.

If you hear the latest hot tune coming from over that hill, you better get ready, because that means Soku is on his way! And every time Soku comes to visit, this slick custom car has something new to pop out of his sunroof and show off – a new stereo, a new chrome hitch, a new gear rack, or a new paint job.
