In summary all the information on Newt's record used in the Restore our Future ad was accurate. For all the whining, complaining and asking for Mitt to make the ad's stop it is very apparant the reason why. The truth really hurts! And as Newt said today, I wouldn't vote for the guy in that ad!

NH Conservative Activist Jennifer Horn to endorse Mitt Romney

We the People's Jennifer Horn will be endorsing Mitt Romney tomorrow and participating in his statewide "Earn it" tour. Senator Kelly Ayotte who has also endorsed Romney will be participating on the tour with Mitt as well. The announcement received via E-mail is below.

Newt Gingrich’s theatrical, historical deception of his self proclaimed Progressive Republican Teddy Roosevelt leanings is coming to a final curtain call. The man behind the Curtain pulling the strings is being exposed. The Not someone else crowd who has jumped off many a sinking campaign ship already is getting that bad feeling yet once again. In an almost impossible to do fete, Newt has gone to the left of Romney on Individual mandates. Newt has self admitted been pro Individual mandate as back as far as 1993. In closing it’s rather clear that Newt walks the walk when he calls himself a Teddy Roosevelt Republican, a progressive Republican. Can the Teaparty afford to not take on Rick Perry on Illegal immigration? Romney lay's out differentiations

If you have watched the last two debates it may have been a surrprise to you that the "teaparty guy" Rick Perry has very soft to liberal viewpoints on Illegal Immigration. Yes Rick Perry signed the Texas Dream act in 2001 giving children of illegal immigrants instate tuition rates. He went on to defend this at the Teaparty debate to a chorus of Boo's. Perry has also opposed a Border wall, opposed e-verify and opposed the teaparty backed tough immigration law SB1070 that Jan Brewer is trying to enforce in Arizona. Perry has also been supportive of Laraza while Governor of Texas. Romney or Bachmann? My take

I am undecided, leaning to Mitt Romney but supporting both Romney and Bachmann keeping options open with both candidates. Bachmann probably reflects the candidate that aligns with my personal views more so and I have been to multiple Michele Bachmann events as well as a Romney event in New Hampshire. I will vote for one of the two in the Primary. I will talk more on both candidates and the why’s below.

Case for Romney

My case for Romney is sheer electability. He appeals to all spectrums of GOP and independent voters as evidenced by his recent front runner status in National polls as well as leading GOP polling in early states of NH, South Carolina, Iowa, Nevada and Florida. I think Romney’s skill set in the private sector working at VC Bain Capital as well as his turn around with the Olympics is exactly the skill set we need in WH to revive economy and reverse Obama’s failed policies. Romney also has an impressive record as Governor of Massachusetts turning a $3B deficit into a $2B surplus upon leaving in 2006. He balance budgets and has skill set to tackle the looming 14.5 Trillion in National debt and $1.5 Trillion annual budget deficits Obama is running today. Romney also lowered unemployment from near 6% to 4.5% in his term as Governor. My final takeaway is Romney is probably our best bet to defeat Obama and I will settle on an issue or two to beat Obama and by the way find me a pure, perfect candidate in this lot.

Flip-Flop concerns

I am not as concerned on the flip-flops as most. I am very tea party with fiscal conservative focus and priority. I am personally Pro life and Conservative yet retrain some libertarian leanings and it’s not a top focus/priority to me. It is also a very divisive topic not likely to be overturned in Courts anytime soon. On his abortion flip flop he moved to the right position just as Ronald Reagan, George Bush did. My biggest reservation is the individual mandate in Romneycare. But I am satisfied that Romney will repeal as stated Obamacare day one as promised. I also see Obamacare much more a Gov’t takeover, $2Trillion Bill than the Heritage written Romneycare Bill that retains private insurance options w less than 1% cost to budget bottom line. We will likely have House and Senate and there is remote to no chance he flip flops on Obamacare repeal he has promised. Ironically Scott Brown #41 who voted for Romney care was a tea party hero and raised $15M on a repeal Obamacare platform the same as Romney has. The stakes are just as high now to repeal in 2012 or likely its here forever. Think of Obama winning and holding veto power for 4 more years. Election is Obama and Obamacare or Romney and repeal Obamacare. My money is on the latter and the anti-Obama vote.

Electability:

On electability I have seen Pawlenty in person and track polling to a fault daily and see zero traction in his campaign. His recent backdown on going after Romney at debate may be final nail in his coffin. I don’t see Newt, Ron Paul, Herman Cain or Rick Santorum as having any shot to win Primary. Romney is the clear electability choice in my mind. He is very well funded, has great organization skills and has an experienced campaign team in place. He not only appeals to the Independent swing vote he appeals to what I call the casual voter. That is the voter that maybe turns on 6:30 news and catches sound bites here and there. It’s also the voter who is not on twitter living politics 24/7 as many of us do. I refer to this voter block as the silent majority. I think sometimes on twitter and social networks we surround ourselves with people that all think like us and we can miss other viewpoints and distort differing big picture voter realities. Romney is articulate and polls very well with women and in the critical swing states which can cause Obama major problems next November.

My other electability sleeper option is believe it or not Michele Bachmann. I see a path for her beating back Santorum, Cain for the Conservative vote and getting Sarah Palin’s endorsement. I was leaning to voting for Palin last year but see her not running and too polarizing and unelectable today for a myriad of reasons. With Bachmann’s hire of Ed Rollins I see the finishing touches on a solid campaign run to date. She is a great fundraiser, has worked tirelessly in all the early states since February. She is an Attorney, strong with tea party support and can work with so called establishment types which will be an asset for her expanding her voter base past traditional Social Conservative roots. She could win Iowa and might emerge as the anti-Romney candidate. Bachmann also demonstrated her charm, sharp and precise communicative skills and feisty character in the recent Presidential debate. Huntsman is trying to be propped up by GOP and media and no one is buying any of that. Mitch Daniels already turned down that gig and most all of the establishment fundraisers are starting to move to Romney. Bachmann and Pawlenty will have to make a play there to stay with Romney throughout the primary as he is amassing a massive fundraising network not to mention raising $10.5M in one day recently. Rick Perry may be a late entrant in the race and worthy of watching closer.

Palin/Bachman ?

I don’t see Palin running but if she did I suspect she would beat out Bachmann though the longer Palin stays out the more voters see Michele Bachmann and that is a dicy proposition for Sarah. I think @TeamBachmann and Ed Rollins kind of are pointing a gun at Palin’s head right now. They might not be able to beat her but if they dig in and can build on her current 10%+ voting base she can kick the chair out on Palin’s chances and split votes allowing Romney to win the Primary. In many ways they need each other. I think Ed Rollins calling Palin a “non serious candidate” recently was as much an attempt to flush a Palin decision out and soon as anything else. If not Bachmann is going all out in to Sarah’s detriment if that decision has not already been made. So I do believe a strong Bachmann campaign may give Palin some pause and better yet, be her bail out and the candidate she can endorse. She is going to be under intense pressure to run from her fan base and may need a Bachmann that she can rally around, support as the Anti-Romney choice if she opts out on running.

Bottom line is I am still undecided and will move towards the candidate that best gives us a chance to beat Obama in 2012. I’m leaning Mitt Romney today but can see a legitimate path for Michele Bachmann as well.

Thought it would be fun to take an early look at a few choices for the 2012 GOP Ticket. A Sara Palin ticket with Alan West would have Conservative appeal and the Mama Grizzly Team. Could Marco Rubio rally Southern Conservative/Teaparty support for Romney's broad voter appeal? How about a Huckabee/Pence ticket? I threw in Pawlenty and Daniels to have some darkhorse potential.

As Ricky Ricardo used to say to Lucy, You got some splaining to do. Well Mitt Romney you got some Splainin to do on Romneycare! I see Mitt out doing the Book publicity tour for the Paperback release of his #1 NY Times best sellers “No Apology – Believe in

America

”. The recent Obamacare federal unconstitutional ruling is sure to bring intense scrutiny and a new round of questions for Romney on his Massachusetts Romneycare if he elects to run for the Republican nomination as all signs point to.

Romney is quick to state on the record he would repeal Obamacare. That is going to be a critical voting point during the 2012 election cycle. Fresh off the 2010 Shellacking of Obama’s agenda new Speaker of the House John Boehner has stopped all Democratic hopes of two more years of Liberal legislation. But for the GOP to hope to rollback and repeal Obamacare they need to take the Senate and win the White House in 2012.

Romney when asked why he would repeal Obamacare is quick to say it’s a federalist unconstitutional law that should not be forced upon the 50 States. That quickly begs the question but Romeycare is somewhat similar to Obamacare why NOT apply it to all the states? At that point Romney again reverts to state by state choice, and that Romneycare as being imperfect and with flaws that can be done better and does not fit to all states. That is not going to be reassuring to the Conservative voter base with so much on the line with rolling back Obamacare.

What really confused me was Romney’s stance to basically not apologize for Romneycare with the stakes being that it very likely could impede him from winning the GOP nomination. Early on Romney across the polling worlds is the front runner or at least at the top. Looking at Romney’s Education, early career as a strategic consultant working at Boston Consulting & Bain Capital, work on Olympics and Governor I found it perplexing that he continues to not distance himself further from Romneycare. Few would argue that Mitt is not a very smart individual with an impressive business background so I found it so perplexing his stance.

I am about to attempt to do what Mitt Romney has done a piss poor job of doing, explaining what he was thinking and trying to do with Masscare aka Romneycare. First let me say the Universal Healthcare/Socialist label and Individual mandate right or wrong have to be addressed explained upfront by Romney. Having read excerpts of Mitt’s book, researched topic, and experience running Businesses in Massachusetts I’m probably as qualified as anyone to try and understand what Mitt was trying to do.

The First major point is that Romneycare is a PRIVATE solution to healthcare and not a Government takeover. All that I have read on Obamacare is that it is a “Public Option” in sheep’s clothing that will kill all Private sector Health Insurance as we knew it in time. In Massachusetts 5 years post Romneycare Private Insurance is alive and doing well here. We shop insurance coverage annually with options of Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim and Blue Cross Blue Shield etc. and people still have their plans/coverage’s no change. That is in sharp contrast to the Government takeover of Healthcare that Obama and the Progressives are ramming down our throats. That is a starting point difference.

The next point is but Universal Healthcare means its “free for all” and who is going to pay for it? That is a valid and correct point, Socialist in fact. So I dig into what was Romney thinking? Well for starters his plan had a cost to be paid by all in it; it was intended and originally was not an “entitlement” freebie that the Democrats covet. Romney also put a team together with the likes of Bain, Heritage, MIT to make this Plan fiscally cost neutral. At this point they actually implemented some of the GOP plan, rewriting Regulations to allow cheaper Insurance premiums (competition). They also targeted getting hands on Federal money to cover all the costs related to ER services already being paid on the uninsureds. It was at this point that Romney felt he could provide a near cost neutral plan that offered affordable coverage for all.

This is where Romney has some Splainin to do! First to his credit Romneycare was not written with “Free Insurance” for the poor. All were to pay some cost on a sliding scale. It was indeed Romney’s predecessor that legislated “Free Insurance” to the lowest income people and applied liberal “hardships” to allow avoidance of purchasing insurance by some. Romney has done a poor job of explaining this, and placing that blame on Deval Patrick and the 90% Democratic legislation in Boston.

Now he still has more Splainin on the Individual mandate or tax/cost passed on to those not Purchasing Healthcare. Romney was against this and wanted it to be tax incentives to purchase insurance and not a mandated tax cost/penalty. Early versions of this bill were vetoed and revised but Romney ended up signing this provision so it’s on him. That is on him squarely as I see it. This is all laid out well on pages 185 to 195 in his book. He closes again railing Obamacare as a federal takeover, federal spending mandate the states can’t afford. He again goes on to say the “free insurance” provision added by Patrick after he left was not intended or warranted. Even with that he points out that 98% are now covered at a modest 1 ½% state increase in spending, within plan projections (Source Mass Taxpayer Foundation).

In summary Romney has a hand in the blame game opening up Pandora’s Box here in Massachusetts to a Progressive takeover of Healthcare. Bandying Universal coverage for all he welcomes and deserves some of the Romneycare Socialized healthcare labels tagged to him. I see some good in the rewritten regulations and allowed competition at lower premium choices. I love that I still have my Private health care coverage with no Government takeover and intrusion. But the Individual mandate needs to be thrown out akin to what happened in Florida and the entitlement “free insurance” that the liberals have tacked on have made Romneycare less than an ideal model for other states to implement.

Now if Romney could articulate what needs to be clearly changed/removed from RomneyCare to make it a solid plan that could be molded with future GOP plan’s he would be well advised to do so. But he really has done a poor job explaining that. Strip out the entitlement “free insurance” aspects, no individual mandated purchase requirements and push tort reforms, competition and eased regulations allowing true cost savings on and on. I don’t think there is a fiscal conservative out there that does not want affordable insurance available for all at a near nominal to no cost to taxpayers. Until Romney can articulate what I have attempted to summarize he will not win the 2012 Republican nomination, and you can book that!

Mitt Romney, you owe me an apology for having to write this Op-ed! And it is due time for YOU to start Splainin, your electability rides on it.

Massachusetts and National Election Predictions

Starting with The House I am predicting a historic night for the Republicans. I am calling for a gain of 75 seats and that could go higher. Notable Democratic losers will be led by Barney Frank in the #MA04th District. John Dennis on a moderate Libertarian platform is going to surprise the Country on Tuesday and a flat out win is possible. To benchmark my 75 seat prediction I compare to the Following: Dick Morris 73, Fred Barnes 60, Real Clear Politics 67, Cook 50+, and Rasmussen 55.

On the Senate side I am predicting a 50 Seat Republican end of day control. I see the Dems holding CT with Blumenthal (what a weak candidate) and Delaware with Coons (What a socialist candidate). I see Joe Miller in AK holding on. John Boozeman and Ron Johnson having impressive wins in Arkansas and Wisconson sending lefty Lincoln and Feingold home. Ken Buck, Mark Kirk, Sharon Angle, Pat Toomey will win close races in CO, IL, NV and PA. In a race to control Senate Control Boxer and Fiorina will be in a toss up to the wee hours here on the East Coast.

Locally here in Ma I am predicting a 4-5 seat Republican win total on the up for grabs 10 seats. Jeff Perry in #MA10 and Sean Bielat in #Ma04 over Barney Frank the big wins for the GOP. I see Tom Wesley #MA02, Bill Hudak #MA06, Marty Lamb #MA03, and Jon Golnick #MA05 all in very competitive races with 2 to 3 of them winning with Golnick's chances the highest. In the Governors race look for a 2-3 point Charlie Baker win, the pollsters are wet and not in touch with the feel in the street, see Scott Brown election.
I also See Jim Mckenna the Republican write in candidate bouncing Martha Coakley for her second historic loss in the same calendar year.

The fact is Martha Coakley ran a poor Senate race, Scott Brown out worked her, it was a fluke. Name all the liberal excuses you want but the fact is she really lost on the tangible issues. The left even in MA feels compelled to talk down to it's constituents. See John Kerry's comments on voters being too stupid to understand. No the voters get it and the first shot fired was the Massachusetts Miracle with Scott Brown on January 19,2010. The voting working people are flat out fed up with politics as usual in Massachusetts and DC.

Eight months later we have a write in AG Republican candidate already pushing Martha Coakley real hard. She appears making the same mistake of dismissing an unknown once again. How pompous and shortsighted! Jim McKenna is going to hammer Martha Coakley on all the issues just as Scott Brown did. Heck, even a lot of the unions and local and state law enforcement agencies were and may not be on her side again and what does that say?

It is looking like Attorney General Martha Coakley will have a Republican challenger in the November election. This is due to a remarkable accomplishment of garnering over 10,000 write in votes in yesterday’s GOP primary by Jim McKenna.

According to Secretary of State William Galvin, McKenna already has received greater than 5,000 write-in votes from yesterday’s primary. Galvin tells WBZ there is a good chance that McKenna could become a contender in the race for attorney general because officials still need to count ballots from more than 290 Massachusetts cities and towns.

To lose the Massachusetts AG race to a relatively unknown Republican write in Candidate would top even her January election loss in the special Senate election.

Driving around Central Massachusetts this week I am starting to see a wave of Republican Tom Wesley signs popping up. This has a very Scott Brown feel to it. Same locations, same voters and same fed up atmosphere out and about. Tom Wesley is a Veteran with a platform similar to Scott Brown, one could say Conservative right of Brown but still very appealing to the large Independent voter base.

Scott Brown won over 60% of the Senate vote in most all of these towns and it's really not a reach that a reclusive and currently unpopular Richard Neal could find himself the next Massachusetts politician "Coakley'd". And Richard Neal might be well served to understand and know Bill Buckner did not play for the Yankees.

Constant bearing. Decreasing range. This is the warning sign of an impending collision. We are on a collision course with destiny this fall.

Can you feel it? I certainly can. This is what I hear from you every single day: we must repair the economy and put people back to work; we must secure our border; we must stop the slide towards a social welfare state; we must undo the damage caused by Obamacare.

In short, we must change the course of America.

In my training as an aviator, I was taught that there were three useless things: runway behind you; altitude above you; and, a second ago. Time is precious.

I have every expectation that we will prevail in the upcoming primary 26 days from now. But with the general election only 75 days away, we need to continue the momentum that will carry us through September 14 right up until November 2. There can be no rest, no let up in effort. We must increase our efforts to get the message out beyond the primary voters and reach the independent voters.

This is where you come in. We need another district office in the central region so that our phone volunteers can reach out to that independent voter. They are half of the voter base and I need three of four to win in November. I can do that with 15 donors at $1000 each. We need more yard signs and posters. They are springing up everywhere but so are Richard Neal signs. I can double down on signage to gain name recognition with 10 donors at $500 each. Targeted voter contact is becoming urgent. Direct mail pieces are essential and must be planned in advance. I can get that started with 100 donors at $100 each.

I know that these are challenging numbers. These are challenging times. If you can’t pledge these amounts, will you pledge to help raise these amounts? If you can solicit 20 pledges at $50, you can present the campaign with a $1000 check and a down payment towards more signage, more advertizing, or more direct mailings.

People tell me that the stakes in this election have never been higher. This is the most important election of our generation. If you agree with that assessment, as I do, then we must all shoulder the burden.

I visited my alma mater, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, with my teenage son this past week. I spent some time in the Mariners Chapel reflecting upon the sacrifices of so many brave sailors so that freedom would still ring throughout America. I made a short video of the visit. On the marble tablet that commemorates their sacrifice are these words: Tell America- We died for her- And that we rest- Content.

Friends, if you feel that our American way of life is in grave danger, can there be any acceptable response than to pull the oar together?

What a whirlwind tour we have been on since I lest dropped you a note in your inbox!

It all started with an appearance on the Jay Severin Show on WTTK. Though the station is Boston-based, it was great to speak to a large audience and clue them in on the movement that is building out west. After leaving the show, it was back to The Hangar (campaign office) in Douglas where 20 volunteers were banging out phone calls.

On Saturday, it was back to meeting with small business owners and their customers. We kicked it off at Little Coffee Bean in Douglas, before heading to the WCRN studios to give them a campaign update on the Tea Party show. Of course, after a radio interview, nothing tastes better than a Kielbasa at the Polish-American Festival in Springfield.

Our ethnic tour continued on Sunday as we passed through the Romanian Festival in Southbridge and Portuguese Picnic in Milford. As you know I have traveled the world for business, making countless visits to Portugal. The Portuguese I picked up on those trips came in handy in Milford!

While jobs and the economy constantly come up on the campaign trail, taxes and the burden that comes with them also concern many, including business owners. Unfortunately, Richard Neal has never been known as a tax cutter. Just this week he was on ABC News, and during his appearance, the interviewer asked him about the expiring tax cuts approved by the Bush Administration.

While Congressman Neal tried to politically speak his way around the question, the interviewer pressed him to admit that taxes would be higher once those expire. Here is a new web video highlighting Richard Neal’s willingness to allow taxes to go up:

Running for U.S. Congress is hard enough without running against 22 year incumbent. Just Wednesday, it was reported that Richard Neal is handing out more than $400,000 to members of the Ways & Means Committee that he is lusting at chairing in the new Congress.

Though his path to that chairmanship is anything but clear with more senior members in line before him, there are two other road blocks: our campaign and nationwide discontent. To be the chairman of Ways & Means, not only does Richard Neal have to win re-election, Democrats have to retain control of Congress.

Scott Brown looking for support, opposes Cap and Trade

I received this letter via Scott Brown today.

I have been in office for five months and already the special interests are attacking my record. My independent voting record speaks for the voters of Massachusetts, and not for anyone else. From day one, I have said that I would oppose more regulation, higher taxes and an ever-expanding federal budget.

Washington has no shortage of bad ideas. Even well-intentioned programs usually come wrapped up with higher taxes and fees that I refuse to support. The special interests are pushing for a national energy tax, otherwise known as cap and trade. They also want to increase red tape and regulation. For some reason, the Washington elites believe that if one opposes a national energy tax and more regulation, they must also support the Gulf oil spill. This is ludicrous.

The fact is, cap and trade will hurt the poor and working class the most and America can't afford another tax.

While I continue to fight for lower taxes, less regulation and reduced spending in Washington, some groups are beginning to fight me here in Massachusetts by running negative TV ads. This is nothing new. The political machine has been running ugly attack ads against me since the campaign.

You would think that if my political opponents were really concerned about the Gulf oil spill, that they would invest the hundreds of thousands of dollars they are spending to attack me on efforts to protect the environment in the affected area. Instead, they cynically attack me for defending the working families of Massachusetts.

I'd like to fight back so I'm writing you this email to ask for your help. Will you donate $100 right now to my campaign to fight back? If that amount is not possible, would you consider donating another amount to help fend off these negative attacks?

At the end of the day, my priority continues to be looking out for the broader interests of the people of Massachusetts as a whole. It's time to Repeal Neal in Ma #2 District in November

I want to first thank all of you who emailed, facebooked, tweeted and donated birthday wishes on Monday. I appreciate all your kind words and all that you have done so far for my campaign.

I have just returned from a business trip to Europe, but thanks to the great online community we have created on Facebook and Twitter, I kept campaigning thousands of miles away.

One example of this is a two-part video that I have posted to my blog. I recorded this video for a meeting that I wasn’t able to attend on Monday evening. This video is a great introduction for those who may not have had a chance to hear me speak about my life, my campaign and my plans as your congressman. I encourage you to post the link to your facebook and twitter, and to consider emailing it to your friends and family.

Last Friday, the Boston Globe reported about Richard Neal’s $5,000-a-head summer weekend with him for donors and lobbyists, but they went a step further on Wednesday editorializing against it. The Globe said that Neal “shouldn’t sell access to himself” and “must avoid the fund-raising excesses that are open to top D.C. powerbrokers,” calling his Cape Cod event “one such excess.”

“It’s one thing to accept contributions from those hoping for favors; it’s another to hunker down with them for a weekend, with a fat entry fee … there are plenty of ways for Neal to raise funds without explicitly offering closed-door access to himself, and the fact that other members use similar methods doesn’t make it right.”

I have lived in Washington, D.C. before. I know the temptations that lie around every corner, from money to power to physical pleasures. “Potomac Fever” is nothing new, but with the 24-hour news cycle, politicians are being exposed more and more for their moral shortcomings.

I pledge to be different. I am not seeking to be a career politician. I want to go to Congress to be a part of the clean-up crew that will be the 112th Congress, and do some great things for the people of the Massachusetts Second District.

Stuck in a Smile

I live now one day at a time , I find my self perpetually stuck in a Smile. Living in Massachusetts can wear any sane minded Independent, Conservative voter mad. Well with Scott Brown we stood up and said HELL NO. And historically Scott Brown took on the Democratic machine and thrashed it. I am personally right of Scott Brown but he sure is better than Progressive liberal Margaret Coakley. And Scott Brown is on the right side of the big picture issues.

They said it was a fluke, well we rallied around Richard Ross to hold Scott Browns State seat in another special election. The Blue felt they were entitled to to take that seat back. HELL NO again, Ross won 62% of the votes and trounced his liberal adversary.

Now as we move on to November the same arrogant democratic machine will dismiss us the Independent, Conservative, Republican Teaparty working class voters. That what they don't get they can't combat!

So for every small local kick in the teeth we take lets hold hands and fight harder and take back our Commonwealth one seat at a time. Someday soon even the liberals are going to see National, State and Local spending is bankrupting this great country, town by town.

I'm stuck in a smile for more than one reason, but know that when it's bad for the Democrats in Massachusetts its bad for them everywhere!

Looking Inward

Scott Brown came back to town

Three months after his historic win of the Peoples seat in MA 1-19-2010. US Senator Scott Brown returned to support Richard Ross running to fill his old MA state seat. In his truck driving around Wrentham/North Attleboro. An event moved indoors on a dreary New England spring Sunday.

Also speaking attending was Charlie Baker running for Governor. Karyn Polito who is running for Treasurer. Jeniffer Nassour the MA Republican party chair. Many running in November were there, Brad Marsten, Marty Lamb included.

To a standing room only crowd Richard Ross made a passionate speech on why 1-19-2010 needs to continue on 5-11-2010. The race to fill Scott Brown's seat has taken on national importance to the DC Dem political machine. The energy was big and only got bigger as Charlie Baker than Scott Brown took the podium to speak. I felt like 1-19-2010 deja vu. This is truly a people's movement. MSM can mock it but they are spot wrong on.

Scott Brown came back to town, and a real storm is brewing in November for the incumbent democrats nationwide.

Soul mates - myth or real?

Your mirrored image – These are a rare example. However, it is possible that they do exist in each of our lives at one point or another. We might have one or two in a lifetime from this category, if we are lucky! What makes them special? Soul Mates of this sort come into our life in a fast, weird and unexpected way. The situations and events in our lives begin to change of their own accord, in order to accommodate the arrival and the reunion of both Souls. In such a case such as this, it is can almost be said that it is 'written in the stars!' Both Souls have to be ready for each other, as I did explain before it is not enough to sustain the relationship at its full potential, only by existing as Soul Mates. This level is the strongest and most powerful type of Soul Mates. They do have many similar interests and share an almost equal interest in their life direction. They will think alike, and in many cases will be able to continue speaking a sentence where the other one has left off. They are a mirror of each other, although they do not have to be exactly the same. However, each one compliments the other with their individual strengths and weaknesses and they will understand each other by being on same 'wavelength'.

Is the Teaparty going to be the 3rd party?

The left wants to divide the Republican votes and see that happen. The GOP is starting to shift to the Conservative right these days. The moderate Independent democrats are also fleeing from the Progressive Liberal left. I see the stage setting for a historic moment this November election.

First the Scott Brown win along with the Virginia, New Jersey Governor wins showed an emerging trend. Independent voters fleeing from Obama agenda's and voting Republican. Digest that for a moment and realize Scott Brown took 75% of Independents and 25% of democratic vote in liberal Massachusetts! This really is an eye opener and a precursor to the Teaparty movement impact forward.

Who is a Teaparty participant? Leftist shock jocks like Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow want you to believe its "domestic terrorists" and right wing nut jobs. Well the numbers and facts are failing them and badly. Fox news ratings are killing the competition and the leftist state run cable channels ratings are in the tank. I have been to many a townhall, Teaparty event or fundraiser. I observe concerned patriotic citizens. Young, old, Republican, Democrat, Independent, black, white on and on. An "angry" mob of Americans, cough bullshit.

Statistically the Teaparty is made up of 41% Democrat and Independents. That's a fact MSM and the left are in denial over. Let's dissect the numbers deeper, Progressive liberals are only 20%, Republicans say 30%. The other 50% represent fiscally conservative teaparty patriotic Americans mainly Independents. Resent poll showed 80% of Americans are unhappy with Obama's Big Government. That validates my Numbers rather closely.

What does that mean for the teaparty? First its a movement not a party. Second is the Sarah Palin do we run a Teaparty 3rd party and go after Progs and GOP idealogue? The 3rd party discussion is a big rally cry but really missing the big picture point. The Teaparty is the FIRST party. Controlling 50%, we can dictate to GOP or Progs where THEY need to be. The obvious choice is the GOP as the liberal left is not going anywhere near teaparty principles.

The Republican Teaparty united party is a super majority. If this group can rally around fiscal conservative issues the liberal left has zero shot in 2010 and 2012. Can these two groups rally around common ground Big picture issues? Stay tuned and get the popcorn out and I'm not betting against the Teaparty this November.

Scott Brown's Campaign platform on Immigration

I recognize that our strength as a nation is built on the immigrant experience in America. I welcome legal immigration to this country. However, we are also a nation of laws and government should not adopt policies that encourage illegal immigration. Providing driver’s licenses and in-state tuition to illegal immigrant families will act as a magnet in drawing more people here in violation of the law and it will impose new costs on taxpayers. I oppose amnesty, and I believe we ought to strengthen our border enforcement and institute an employment verification system with penalties for companies that hire illegal immigrants.

Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown will meet with a rep of a group pushing for legal residency for unauthorized immigrant students, according to his spokeswoman. The group knows that Scott Brown is opposed to illegal immigration and amnesty. This may yet be the next test of whether Scott Brown is indeed #41 or #60. My bet is on the former as he clearly ran opposed to that on this issue. I think it is a positive he will meet and listen to both sides of this issue.

Some facts on the economic drain illegal immigration has on US Taxpayers. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2494356/posts the Federation for American Immigration Reform has estimated that the total cost of K-12 education for illegal immigrant minors and the U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants is $28.6 billion a year. There are nearly 16 million Americans out of work, and about 8 million jobs are held by illegal immigrants. By simply enforcing immigration laws already on the books, we could create millions of job opportunities for American citizens and legal immigrants who played by the rules and entered the U.S. the right way. The Social Security Administration (SSA) ran the numbers, The legalization of one million illegal immigrant couples who work for very low wages would be a $101 billion blow to taxpayers. And amnesty for all illegal immigrants would multiply this figure many times!

The State of California is bankrupt and this issue is a major factor. This looming topic that the Obama, Reid, Pelosi team desperately want to ram through for political gain highlights a crossroad moment in American history. Are we a constitutional country governed by laws or a Statist welfare entitlement driven regime?
