Here is video of a reporter being forced to leave after she asked Sean Penn about his comments wishing his critics "die screaming of rectal cancer."

DCexaminer: When the Yeas & Nays reporter asked, "How have you seen your critics change since you mentioned that they should die of rectal cancer?" Publicity coordinator C.J. Jordan interrupted to say the reporter was only allowed to talk about the Haitian benefit.
"You know, I think that you are investing in a culture that I am not interested in. And you should go your way," Penn said to the reporter, when she said her question was related to his involvement in Haiti.
Jordan ended the interview, and the reporter was publicly scolded outside of the media room.

Here is audio of Democrat Rep. Bart Stupak saying yesterday that powerful Democrat Rep. Henry Waxman just came right out and told him that "we want to pay for abortions" with the Government Health Care Bill being considered in the House of Representatives. Stupak has a led a group of Pro-Life Democrats who say they will NOT vote for the Senate Health Care Bill unless the language in it is changed to forbid Federal Funding of Abortions.

President Obama has said repeatedly that he wants to abide by current law that forbids Federal Funding of Abortion, but it does not appear that is the truth, at least on the part of the Democrat Leadership in the House.

Stupak insists he will not "roll over" on this issue. He and others, he says, will stand on principle no matter how much pressure is brought against them to vote for the bill unless the language is changed.

More evidence that the Democrats' Plan to ram ObamaCare through is in trouble. David Dayen at the liberal site Firedoglake, has been keeping a "Whip Count" on the votes in the House of Representatives for approving the Senate Health Care Bill. Right now, it does not look good for Obama and the Democrats.

According to Dayen's count (He's done a great job of laying it out), there are currently 189 "Yes" Votes, 202 "No" Votes.

"Add that up and you have 189 Yes and 202 No. Crucially, with the Stupak die cast, and the determination to go around him set, Nancy Pelosi and the leadership has a tremendous job ahead of them. They’re going to have to hold basically all the “Yes” votes from last time not associated with the Stupak bloc, and convert as many as 12 “No” votes. She says she has the votes, but I really don’t know if that can be done. . . ." MORE

Things could certainly still change. Pelosi has shown herself to be good at coming up with votes at the last minute. But even liberals are admitting it does not look good at this point for passage.

Here is video of Charles Krauthammer saying that it will be a "thermal nuclear option" if Vice-President Joe Biden overrules the Senate Parliamentarian and allows the Senate to use "Reconciliation" to amend the Health Care Bill if passed by the House without it first being signed into law by President Obama. Krauthammer added:

"That will be a catastrophe if it is seen that the bill is pushed through by overruling a ruling of the neutral parliamentarian and passing what would otherwise be illegal."

The Senate Parliamentarian reportedly ruled yesterday that for the Senate to use "Reconciliation" to amend the bill once it is passed by the House, it must FIRST be actually signed into law by President Obama. It could then return to the Senate for amendment.

This issue is crucial because many House Democrats are reluctant to vote for the Senate Bill because it contains language that would allow Federal Funds to be used for abortions. Obama must convince these Democrats to vote for the bill on the promise it will be changed later by the Senate. But if Obama signs it into law without changes, there is really no reason left for changes to be made and those conservative, Pro-Life Democrats in the House could be left hanging out to dry.

The wife and daughter of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid were injured in a serious car wreck Thursday afternoon when their vehicle was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer on a Washington-area interstate, a spokesman said.

Landra Reid and her adult daughter, Lana Reid Barringer, were hospitalized with what doctors described as non-life-threatening injuries, according to a statement from Jon Summers, a spokesman for the Nevada Democrat.

Landra Reid, 69, suffered the more serious injuries, including a broken back, neck and nose. Lana Reid Barringer, 48, suffered a neck injury and facial lacerations. Both were conscious, and neither had lost feeling in their extremities, the statement said.

Reid was told of the accident while participating in a conference call with reporters from rural Nevada, Summers said. He immediately went to the hospital, but later returned to the Capitol to continue negotiations on the healthcare bill. . . MORE

Here is video of White House Press Secretary responding to questions about what Chief Justice John Roberts said this week about President Obama's attack on the Supreme Court at his State of the Union Address.

Gibbs was his usual convoluted and smug self, saying he could not understand why the Justices would feel "uncomfortable" with being criticized by the President with no opportunity to respond, and with Democrats surrounding them standing and hollering after the attack. Gibbs could do no better than to say that he thought Justice Alito did respond - referring to Alito shaking his head and mouthing the words "not true." In Gibbs' world - and that of Obama - that seems reasonable to them.

These kinds of attacks and arrogant insults are going to come back to haunt them one day. And that day may be coming in November of this year, when voters go to the polls.

Here is video of Gov. Mitt Romney responding to a question as to why he changed from being pro-choice to pro-life. Romney responded by saying, "Well, you know, I never really called myself pro-choice, but I did say when I was running for governor that I would keep the law as it was." He also recounted that he became pro-Life when he was faced with signing a bill into law which would have allowed the creation of embryos for the purpose of experimentation. After talking with experts and considering the issue, Romney said he came to conviction that the Pro-Life position is the correct one.

Below is a video clip of Romney in 2002 as he was running for Governor where he stated emphatically that he supported a "woman's right to choose," and he said he would not "change our pro-choice laws in Massachusetts" in any way. He did not call himself "pro-choice," but he did clearly support the pro-choice position at that time.

On the issue of Romney's change from supporting abortion to becoming Pro-Life, here is video of Dr. Richard Land of the Southern Baptist Convention's Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission. Land was asked to comment on Romney, and he said most in the Pro-Life Movement find Romney "a perfectly acceptable candidate" because he is now Pro-Life having "seen the light." The fact he changed his position, Land said, is not unusual, since many in the Pro-Life Movement were once supporters of abortion.

I understand what Land is saying. People can change their mind on issues like abortion. But it has always been troubling to me that Romney was so strongly supportive of abortion in the not too distant past, and that he only changed his position as he approached his run for President which began in 2007. It makes you wonder just how strongly Romney would stand for Life if he was elected President.

The crack-up on the Left is in full swing. Here is video of Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas threatening liberal Democrat Rep. The video clip also is instructive in that Kos admits what we all know. Passage of this Health Care Plan is nothing but a "first step," and a "foot in the door." For what? For a total Government takeover of Health Care. Obama and the Democrats want to make Americans believe they are not trying to bring Socialized Medicine to America. But the Left is pushing this so hard because they know if they can just get something passed, it will be a "foot in the door" to eventually get what they really want.

Here is indisputable video that debunks the left-wing meme that President George W. Bush "Lied us into War" with Iraq. The video shows Democrat after Democrat from 1998 onward who stated that Saddam Hussein was a threat, and that he had weapons of mass destruction. Several of the Democrats even stated that they "supported" Bush in what he was doing.

The bottom line is that President Bush - AND the vast majority of Democrats - believed the overwhelming consensus of intelligence worldwide that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Much of that intelligence turned out to be wrong, but that does not constitute a lie. Bush no more lied than did Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Evan Bayh, Jay Rockefeller, and many other Democrats who believed the threat was grave.

Of course, even without the weapons of mass destruction, the United States was justified in removing Saddam Hussein. He had violated many U.N. Resolutions, shot at our planes in the no-fly zone, and was clearly a friend to terrorists. He was a threat, and had we not acted in 2003, we would have eventually faced the same decision later.

The Left seized upon the WMD issue once it appeared there were none as a vehicle to destroy Bush and regain power. They know that Democrats believed the intelligence just as Bush did. But the truth could be allowed to get in the way of a path to power.

Just watch this video. It makes it abundantly clear that if President Bush lied (which he did not), so did everyone else.
