This is a new joomla commercial business web site template with K2 (has several extensions installed) that will showcase products. It is not retail (no ecommerce needed yet), however there are features required.

1. I have a mega dropdown style menu system and its confusing for me to set up the links having never worked with joomla before. So I need someone to set up the navigation and give me a quick overview as to why you chose to use the menu item types that you used so I will understand the system better. The product menu will be tiered from category -> sub-categories -> and then finally item page with images and descriptions for each. I have no problem if you start it and I finish it assuming you show me how.

2. I have a flash module installed for my flash banner but the banner is not appearing. Seems to be having trouble finding its xml file containing the image information. Need this fixed.

3. An "Add to favorites" for each item (not looking for "add the whole page", I need by product only. Similar to Add to Cart, except its favorites that the registered user will be able to add and see his list when he is logged in.
Admin needs to be able to run reports such as most bookmarked, by whom, etc..
