UK Driving Licence Template needed in .PSD format �

Require a designer with exceptional photoshop skills.

The project is of a UK novelty driving licence replica.

The template needs to be done in photoshop and I need a .psd file. The printer prints at 300 dpi so this should be taken into consideration when designing the template.

Each area/section of the template should have its own layer making it easy to change the persons picture on the card.

The template needs to look just like a UK driving licence and font aswell.

I need both the front and the back of the card created.

I can provide images of the orginal lisence if not available on google images.

We need 3 very well designed one page landing pages with basic text boxes for customer to enter basic contact info for us to call them back.

The sites must be structured so we can change the graphic layout and text fairly easily as our offer changes each month.

Also, the site must be SEO friendly in its design and layout. The site will need to have nice graphics and pictures plus the text of the offer. We are marketing to cable customers who are paying too much and may want to switch to Satellite TV for their home. We will provide the offer content and legal text at the bottom. the offer will be similiar to the offer at the site below.

We of course need to capture the customer data and have it saved or stored or emailed in excel or Sql database or whatever is recommended to manage this sort of marketing efficiently with an ongoing followup call and or email marketing campaign.

an example of one of the more simple landing pages used in the past is dishpromotionsonline.com , we want these 3 to be more attention grabbing however, but this gives an idea of what was used previously.

I upgrade joomla 1.5.11 to joomla 1.5.15 and it made a bug.

On the back end, it writes "No input file specified." I can not even enter in the administrator section.
On the frontpage, it writes:

Hello,

I need someone that can the ability to grab YouTube videos by URL to my social networking site.
I already have this feature on another site of mine so I can provide an exact example of how this should work.

User will be asked to enter in a YouTube URL. Once they enter it in, it will grab the Title, Description, Tags, & Thumbnail from YouTube. They can edit the title, description, and thumbnail as they like. Adding or deleting the text.

Next they just click on upload and the video is saved to the site under their username. Video will be shown on the site once approved by the admin.
