The FJ team is proud to announce the recent ground breaking for the new Colorado General Hospital in the Arista Development of Broomfield, CO.

The new 3-Story 50 bed acute care hospital sits on 5.2 acres within the Arista mixed use development. This 86,000 SF hospital will have a full service ER, cafeteria, imaging, pharmacy, and 3 state of the art operating rooms. Venture Medical Holdings contracted FJ to build the hospital in a partnership with Ascension Group Architects out of Dallas.

Innovation Center Breaks Ground!

FJ is excited to work with Holder Properties on the recent ground breaking of the new Innovation Center at the University of South Carolina. The new 110,000 SF Class A Office Building houses a partnership between the University and several companies, primarily IBM and Fluor, which will collaborate on research that aims to increase the use of computer analytics to solve costly industrial and manufacturing challenges." OFS Brands' Renovation is a Success!

FJ is proud to show of the new OFS Brands showroom designed by Warner Summers. The 10,000 SF furniture showroom renovation includes new windows, a glass garage door and refurbished skylights, as well as floating ceiling elements, inspired by the OFS logo. Three dimensional faceted walls round out the warm and inviting space.

FJ breaks ground on The Georgian Lakeside in Roswell, GA, an 80,000 SF assisted living and memory care facility inspired by colonial architecture. The 95 unit facility includes a courtyard with water features, planting area and trellis centered in the memory care units. Within the building is a full service kitchen, multiple dining areas, laundry, bistro and café.

Promise Healthcare, Inc., a leading national long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital company has completed construction on its newest facility, Promise Hospital of Ft. Myers. Freese Johnson is proud to show off some of the latest photos of the new 56,000 SF, 60-bed single-story hospital. The new facility will treat critically ill patients with multi-organ conditions requiring a longer hospital recovery period, aggressive therapy services and/or complex wound care.

Congratulations to the physicians and the entire team at PMG on the ground breaking of their new MOB campus in Clarksville, Tennessee. The two phase 100,000 SF MOB campus will be built just across from the 270 bed Gateway Medical Center. Premier Medical Group is the largest physician owned and directed, multi-specialty group in the Clarksville-Montgomery County area of Tennessee. With 5 convenient locations and more than 30 physicians in 6 specialties, PMG provides comprehensive healthcare to the families and businesses throughout the community. FJ is providing design/build services for the new campus, with plans to deliver the first phase MOB in the 4th quarter of 2015.

SapientNitro is an innovative advertising agency fusing brand identity and digital presence for their client base. They hoped to create an environment in their new office that lends itself to communication, collaboration, and interaction. Freese Johnson is excited to be part of the team that helped make that happen. The 19,500 SF open layout office features writable surfaces throughout the space, medium and large conference rooms, break out rooms, and a reception area.

Second Story, a division of SapientNitro, is up next for an innovative and interactive work space. Freese Johnson recently began work on the 1,600 SF lab addition.
