<p>Je vous propose un dessert facile acidulé et sucré à la fois. Voici une recette pour 3 ramequins, n&rsquo;hésitez pas à doubler les proportions si besoin! Le clafoutis est vraiment ultra rapide à réaliser, n&rsquo;hésitez pas à remplacer les framboises par tout autre fruit, où pour les plus téméraires, par des pépites de chocolat!!</p>

<p>Une grosse poignée de framboises</p>
<p>40g de poudre d&rsquo;amande</p>
<p>50g de farine</p>
<p>35g de sucre</p>
<p>1 gousse de vanille</p>
<p>2 oeufs</p>
<p>15cl de lait (j&rsquo;ai choisi du lait entier &#8211; oui c&rsquo;est mal!!)</p>
<p>Un peu de beurre pour les ramequins</p>
<p>Amandes effilés pour la déco</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Préparation:</span></p>
<p>Verser tous les ingrédients secs dans un bol, rajouter les oeufs et bien remuer afin d&rsquo;éviter les grumeaux. Rajouter le lait et fouetter afin d&rsquo;obtenir une pâte lisse.</p>
<p>Beurrer les ramequins et verser la préparation. Incorporer les framboises délicatement, et rajouter les amandes effilées.</p>
<p>Enfourner pour 20min à 180°C. A déguster tiède (à mon avis!!)</p>

<p>2 patates douces, 1 carotte, 1 oignon / <span style="color:#808080;">2 sweet potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion</span></p>
<p>Couper les légumes en morceaux. Faire revenir quelques minutes avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Recouvrir les légumes d&rsquo;eau et faire bouillir pendant 20 minutes. Mixer au blender. Assaisonner. Ajouter des morceaux d&rsquo;avocat avant de servir, la goût de la soupe chaude et de l&rsquo;avocat frais déchire!!</p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">Cut the vegetables into pieces, fry for a few minutes with a little bit of olive oil. Bring to boil for 20 minutes. Blend and add some seasoning. Add some avocado pieces just before serving, the taste of hot sweet potato soup and fresh avocado is awesome!!</span></p>

<p>Couper une galette de tortilla en 8 triangles. Etaler au pinceau de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et saupudrer de gros sel. Mettre au four à 200°C pendant 5 à 8 minutes selon le croustillant souhaité.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">1 oeuf</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">60g de sucre</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">50g de beure</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">60g de farine</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">30g de cacao en poudre (non sucré)</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Un peu de levure</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Sucre glace</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Une barquette de framboises</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Préparation:</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Mélanger les ingrédients secs, puis rajouter l&rsquo;oeuf battu et le beurre. Enfourner pour 15 minutes à 180°C. Vérifier la cuisson avec une pointe de couteau.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Laisser refroidir. Saupoudrer le gâteau de sucre glace puis déposer les framboises dessus.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">On peut remplacer les framboises par des fraises, on peut saupoudrer de noix de coco, ou rajouter u peu de cassonade, bref on fait sa vie!</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">La recette d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui change totalement des habitudes, et surtout elle est pour tous les âges:</p>
<h3 style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#800080;"><strong>Rutabaga au four au parmesan.</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ingrédients: </span></p>
<p>Un rutabaga de 700 g environ</p>
<p>100g de farine</p>
<p>40g de parmesan en poudre</p>
<p>Huile d&rsquo;olive</p>
<p>Sel, poivre et piment en poudre (ou autre)</p>
<p>Préparation:</p>
<p>Dans un premier temps, couper le rutabaga en morceaux. Préparer le plateau à mettre au four avec papier sulfurisé</p>
<p>Dans un bol, verser la farine, le parmesan, et l&rsquo;assaisonnement.</p>
<p>Plonger les morceaux de rutabaga dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 3-4 minutes.</p>
<p>Voilà l&rsquo;étape à ne pas louper: égouter les morceaux de rutabaga, et pendant que la vapeur est en train de s&rsquo;échapper des légumes, plonger les délicatement dans le bol et recouvrir avec le mélange farine-parmesan. La vapeur va faire adhérer la mixture sur les légumes.</p>
<p>Mettre les légumes sur le plateau et verser un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (et quelques morceaux de beurre &#8211; facultatif) et enfourner pour 40 minutes à 180°C. Retourner les légumes en mi-cuisson pour plus de croustillant.</p>

<p>Si tu as l&rsquo;âme girly, ou si tu as un enfant sous la main (oui c&rsquo;est pas pareil bien sûr mais ça fonctionne bien pour les 2 genres!!), je te propose la rainbow pasta!</p>
<p>Pour ça, il faut:</p>
<p>-des pâtes (et là bien sur c&rsquo;est selon l&rsquo;envie: penne, spaghetti, linguine;&#8230;)</p>
<p>&#8211; des colorant alimentaires (j&rsquo;ai trouvé les miens aux US &#8211; mais on en trouve très facilement dans le rayon &lsquo;baking&rsquo;)</p>

Les faire refroidir en les passant sous l&rsquo;eau froide</p>
<p>Etape 2: diviser les pâtes dans les sacs congélation</p>
<p>Etape 3: rajouter quelques gouttes de différents colorants dans les sachets</p>
<p>Etape 4: fermer les sachets et secouer &#8211; laisser quelques minutes afin que les colorants s&rsquo;imprègnent</p>
<p>Etape 5: Les verser dans un plat, et assaisonner.</p>
<p>Un peu de couleurs dans l&rsquo;assiette, ça change tout de suite le mood!!!</p>

<p>Une véritable recette express! Ces petites mignardises se réalisent en un temps record, et elles font vraiment leur petit effet!</p>

<p style="text-align:center;"><em>150g de farine</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>100g de beurre mou</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>100g de sucre</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>2 oeufs</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>2 cuillères à soupe de lait</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>1 cuillère à café de levure </em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>3 cuillères à soupe de golden syrup</em></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Préparation:</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Préchauffer le four à 220°C</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Mixer le sucre avec les oeufs. Rajouter la farine, la levure. Incorporer enfin le lait et le beurre. Ajouter le Golden syrup (ou tout autre ingrédient). On peut aussi diviser la pâte et faire plusieurs madeleines aux différents goûts.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Utiliser une cuillère à café pour remplir chaque empreinte du moule. Pour avoir de jolies madeleines &lsquo;rembourrées&rsquo;, remplir <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>presque</strong></span> jusqu&rsquo;à rabord.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Enfourner dans le four à 220°C pendant 4 minutes, puis baisser le four à 180°c et laisser encore 3 minutes. Sortir du four et démouler. Pour être sûre de me ne pas me louper pour la cuisson, j&rsquo;ai utilisé un minuteur, les madeleines dorent rapidement.</p>
