Today was a great day, I bumped into three. The first was Kevin, he has lost over 20 Lbs and is feeling great. He used the appetite suppression therapy we offer to help make the lifestyle change necessary to lose weight without constantly feeling hungry. Two thumbs up Kevin! Next I bumped into Jose. He stopped smoking at our clinic close to two years ago. His skin and eyes are much clearer and he kept his weight in check. Jose’s boss Mitch sponsored him when he first came here, he told me Jose is healthier, more productive and happier ever since he stopped! Last but not least I’m on a check out line and the sales associate is a former client Shiela. Sheila stopped smoking and also received therapy to relieve pain and help reduce the severity and frequency of her migraine and cluster headaches (she says she’s realized a significant difference). Wow Thumbs up to everyone!!! It feels great to have such a positive impact on peoples lives.

Well by this time we all know the reasons why. So the next question is how? OK, lets take a quick look at some of the ways people try to stop smoking and how effective they are. COLD TURKEY - 7% success rate, really tough, not very effective. NICOTINE REPLACEMENT - (gum, patch, lozenge, inhaler) 20 - 30% success rate, but ummm, your still addicted to nicotine (your just getting it from a different supplier) and its not very effective. ANTI-DEPPRESANTS- (zyban, welbutrin, chantix, etc.) around 40% success rate, nite mares, hallucinations, mood swings, hello, these are strong drugs, and yet still not very effective. Hypnosis - 20% success rate, not very good either.

How about Cold Laser Therapy.
