Our jolly band has had another adventure in which we raid the tomb of some moldy old Sith lord.  This one was actually quite hard and thus took a long time (and large repair builds). 

Beware of that last guy.  He is a killer!

Friday Night Flashpoints Episode 2

• Tricky – Your friendly neighborhood gunslinger with a nice butt.  Although male in real life (and on the audio), Tricky is a constant source of completely sexist banter.
• Gizmos – Deadly Jedi Sentinel, otherwise known as ‘two lightsabers and a microphone’.

Here is our audiocast of the second Republic Flashpoint – Hammer Station, or as we called it, ‘Sky Anus’.  Our recording is complete with quest audio and game sound effects as well as our ‘Mystery Science Theatre 3000’ commentary. 

This evil station has been pooping out asteroids and firing them at unsuspecting planets for eons.  However, our intrepid party infiltrates this station and puts an end to the sky turd menace!

This is actually the first episode that we recorded, so bear with us as we ‘get the kinks out.’

Friday Night Flashpoints Episode 1

‘That’s not a moon, its a battle station’

This is a simple audiocast of our run through the first Flashpoint (Republic Side) called Esselles.  It is complete with the quest audio and full battle sounds as well as our inane commentary.  Enjoy!

This is actually the third Flashpoint we recorded.  When we started this podcast we were overpowered for this one so we went right on to Hammer Station.  Later we decided to go back and do this one simply for the sake of completeness.  So there are only three of us on the recording and we are way overpowered.  The good news is that this one is nice and short.

Friday Night Flashpoints Episode 3

Like most Americans, you are probably forced to work and/or have some sort of life.  Unfortunately, this means you cannot play SWTOR 24/7.  We understand how annoying that is…  Really.  Therefore the team here at FNF has come up with the cure for your boredom – audiocasts of real flashpoint adventures that you can listen to while you are in your car, at the gym, performing heart surgery, etc.

That’s right, we are the laziest podcasters ever!  We play the game and podcast at the same time!  Tricky (our sound technician) will try to give you the feeling of ‘being there’ including some background narration, light role playing, comeraderie, and drinking along the actual game sounds/music.  Dont blame us if you start blocking imaginary blaster bolts with your umbrella-saber while walking to work and listing to our audiocasts.

If you want news and information, listen to ‘The Instance – TOR Edition“. Those guys are good.   However, if you just feel like visiting a galaxy far, far away, have a seat in the cantina and give us a listen. (/forcepursuade “this is the podcast you are looking for”)
