This shot was taken at the same time as Time Out and I’ve cropped a little tighter from the original shot to add emphasis on the hands. I’ve also treated this a little different and given it a blue look, I feel the coldness of the coloring contrasts better with the warmth of holding hands and knowing you are not alone, even when things seem bad.

Not For Sale

We were in the storage area of a sign shop that was closing down and we found a few signs lying around. When I saw this one I remembered some of the horror stories told to me by previous models about photographers coming on to them and trying to push them beyond their stated boundaries. Maybe this is what they are thinking when they hire models.

Shame on them.

Stage was one of two models I worked with this day and despite having identical stats they had a completely different look. Knowing where the sun is going to be at a particular time of day can make or break a shot. I did my homework on this one.

After practicing her modeling for Gods Girls in Texas, Ellie took a trip to work with me in Louisiana. We ended working in the shed at the property I was living in at the time. This is one of my favorite shots from that shoot.

I met this young lady in a bar in Shreveport whilst I was photographing local actors go through their paces. She had expressed an interest in modeling for me and with a 'no time like the present' attitude we headed to the back entrance of the building and started to take some pictures. This one was my favorite from the evening.

This image was also chosen for a new book published by Red Bubble called "The City"

Death of Ophelia

The above shot was taken in Tyler, Texas with Stasia playing the role of Ophelia. We had been shooting for a number of hours and this was one of the very last pictures we took. Despite the extreme heat of the day Stasia was cold and tired at this point. She had spent a lot of time under the cold waterfall a little further upstream.
