&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chicken Korma&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg kycklingfiléer + smör eller olja att steka dem i&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 stora gula lökar&lt;br /&gt;
6 klyftor vitlök&lt;br /&gt;
2 dl mald mandel (jag använder mandelflarn som jag mixar med stavmixern)&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl riven färsk ingefära&lt;br /&gt;
1 kycklingbuljongtärning&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl matolja&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsk mald kanel&lt;br /&gt;
2 msk mald koriander&lt;br /&gt;
2 tsk gurkmeja&lt;br /&gt;
2 tsk mald spiskummin&lt;br /&gt;
2 tsk mald kardemumma&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsk cayennepeppar&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl sultanrussin&lt;br /&gt;
3 dl matlagningsyoghurt&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl grädde&lt;br /&gt;
2 dl kokosmjölk (ev mer att späda med)&lt;br /&gt;
3 msk citronsaft&lt;br /&gt;
3 msk socker&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsk salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skär kycklingen i bitar, ca 3 x 3 cm. Bryn dem runt om i stekpanna. Häll oljan i en kastrull/gryta och häll i alla torra kryddor och låt dem fräsa en stund. Hacka löken i matberedaren. Riv ingefäran och pressa vitlöken. Tillsätt detta i grytan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mal mandeln smått och häll ner den. Tillsätt grädde, yoghurt och kokosmjölk. Smula ner buljongtärningen, tillsätt citronsaft och socker. Lägg i kycklingbitarna och russin. Låt koka minst 1 timma (på medelvärme)Smaka av med mer salt och socker, och späd med mer kokosmjölk, grädde eller vatten om det blir för tjockt..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Raita:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
3 dl matlagnings yoghurt&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 gurka skuren i tärningar&lt;br /&gt;
1 tomat skuren i tärningar&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 krm spiskummin&lt;br /&gt;
salt&lt;br /&gt;
1 pressad vitlöksklyfta&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blanda allt och smaka av med salt och ev mer kryddor. Ställ kallt i kylen en stund.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servera kycklingen med Raita, ris och gärna naanbröd. Tryck ut degen i pajformen och ställ den kallt i 30 min. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Förgrädda pajskalet i 10 min i 225 grader.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Blanda grädde, socker, sirap, kakao och de krossade karamellerna i en vid gryta. Koka upp under omrörning. Låt sedan koka kraftigt utan lock, rör om då och då, tills termometern visar 117-120 grader eller tills smeten klarar kulprovet (droppa en droppe smet i ett glas kallt vatten. Om smeten går att forma till en fast men mjuk kula så är smeten färdig, annars låter du den koka några minuter till). Det tar omkring 15 minuter i en vid gryta. Rör ner smöret och häll smeten i formen. Ställ kolan kallt att stelna. Smält chokladen i vattenbad, låt svalna. Skär kolan i bitar. Doppa varje bit i chokladen, lägg på bakplåtspapper. Strö lite havssalt på toppen innan chokladen har stelnat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Tillsätt mjöl och späd med grädde och creme fraiche i omgångar. Låt såsen koka ihop ca 5 minuter.&amp;nbsp; Smaksätt med konjak, mosad banan, pressad vitlök, citronsaft, mandarinspad, mango chutney, salt och peppar. Häll såsen över fläskfilén. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Hacka lök, vitlök och tomaterna. Stek färsen med löken och tillsätt sedan krossade tomater, soltorkade tomater och basilika. Låt sjuda 10 min. Smaka av med salt, peppar och socker. Ställ åt sidan och låt svalna något.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Skär av ett lock på brödet och gröp ur det till sdet återstår en kant på ca 2 cm runtom. Hacka oliverna och skär mozzarellan i bitar. Blanda ner riven ost, mozzarella och oliver i köttfärsblandningen och fyll brödet med detta. Lägg på locket och slå in brödet i aluminiumfolie. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gammaldags honungskaka med ingefära&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;125 g smör&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 dl farinsocker eller råsocker&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 dl honung av valfri sort&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;3 medelstora ägg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;4 dl vetemjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 tsk bakpulver&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 msk färskriven ingefära&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.&lt;br /&gt;
Kör smör och farin (eller råsocker) i matberedare tills det blir ordentligt blandat. Tillsätt sedan honungen och blanda lite till. Tillsätt äggen ett i sänder och kör ett par varv för varje.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Blanda mjöl och bakpulver i en skål och häll blandningen i matberedaren. Riv ner den färska ingefäran och blanda alltsammans till en smidig smet, som ska bli ganska fast. Häll i formen och sätt in i ugnen på nedersta falsen, och grädda i ca 45 minuter tills kakan är torr. Stjälp upp och låt kallna.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Sätt ugnen på 150 grader. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Blanda äggvita, strösocker och salt i en rostfri bunke. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Sätt bunken i ett vattenbad (över kokande vatten). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Vispa för hand tills sockerkristallerna smält och marängen är cirka 60–65 grader.Ta bort bunken från vattenbadet och vispa marängen länge på hög hastighet med elvisp tills den svalnat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Rosta mandelspånet i en torr kastrull eller stekpanna.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Smält chokladen i ett vattenbad och vänd ner den försiktigt så att marängen blir randig. Vänd även ner nästan allt av mandelspånet. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Klicka ut marängen till en slarvig tjock tårtbotten på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Toppa med resten av mandelspånet.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Grädda i mitten av ugnen i cirka 1 timme, marängen ska vara lite seg i mitten. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Låt svalna helt. Vispa grädden fluffig och skeda den över marängen.&amp;nbsp;Strö över färska bär.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 g mjölk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 stycken ägg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1200g vetemjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;50 g jäst&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;200 g strösocker/vit sirap&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;200 g normal saltat smör&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;13 g salt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 tsk Grovmalen kardemumma &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Värm mjölken till ca 30 grader c.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Blanda i jästen och rör om tills jästen låst sig i mjölken.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Häll ner ca hälften av mjölet och knåda i maskin ca 5 min.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Låt jäst, mjölk och hälften av mjölet jäsa i ca 20 min, nu har du gjort en fördeg.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Tillsätt resterande mjöl, ägg och allt smör, socker/vit sirap och kardemumma.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Knåda i maskin ca 12-15 minuter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Tillsätt saltet och knåda ytterligare ca 3-4 minuter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Låt degen stå i en bunke eller gärna i en plastlåda med lock ca 45-60 minuter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Kavla ut degen och bre på önskad mängd kanelfyllning. Forma dina bullar på önskat sätt (snäcka eller knut) och lägg dem på plåt med bakpapper eller silikonduk.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Sätt in en långpanna med varmt vatten i din avstängda ugn och ställ in plåten med bullarna. Nu har du byggt ditt eget jässkåp.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Jäs bullarna till dubbel storlek och ta sedan ut vattnet och bullarna ur ugnen.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;När ugnen kommit upp i temperatur så grädda bullarna tills de får en bra färg, ca 7-10 minuter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;250 g Rumstempererat smör&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;250 g strösocker&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;25 g vetemjöl&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;4 msk (eller mer) malen kanel&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Blanda allt och låt gärna stå över natten.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
