Shruti Hassan, daughter of actors Kamal Hassan and Sarika, will make her debut opposite Imraan Khan in “Luck”, a multi starrer film to be directed by Soham Shah.

Harman Baweja has been the talk of the town for his resemblance to Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan but he is not happy with the comparison.

“My looks are not something that I have manufactured. It is what I have born with. There might be some similarity with Hrithik, but I completely disagree that we look the same or I am following his dancing or acting style,” Harman said during a product promotion function in the capital.

Harman even got irritated when some audience members kept on inquiring about his resemblance with Hrithik. “Chill. Don’t repeat, I have already answered it,” he said.

“The tradition of seeking similarity among the actors is not a new trend. When Shahrukh Khan began in the industry, he was compared to Dileep Kumar and similarly Diya Mirza looks like Aishwarya and Priyanka Chopra is being matched with Madhuri Dixit,” the actor said.

Harman, who is being launched by his filmmaker father Harry Baweja in the mega-budget science fiction film ‘Love Story 2050,’ has in the movie performed several dance sequences that resembles that of Hrithik Roshan.

When my stylist for the film, Mickey Contractor, told me that I would be sporting red hair in the film, I thought he had lost it. I couldn’t imagine walking up to my dad and telling him that I had to dye my hair red. But when my dad saw me with the new hairdo, he just freaked out. He didn’t speak to me for three days! I love my dark long hair but later I took it as an exciting challenge. I thought this can be a different experience as no other actress has done it before. So I coloured my hair twice in 45 days! I never used to go out and whenever I did, I used to wear a bandana.

Rajasthan Royals have been crowned the winners of inaugural IPL as they beat Chennai Super Kings by three wickets to clinch a win off the final ball in a tense finale at Dr D Y Patil ground, Mumbai.

Pakistan’s Sohail Tanvir hit the winning run from the final ball of the innings to seal the victory.

Yusuf Pathan was awarded Man of the Match. Shane Watson was chosen as the Man of the Series.

They were definitely the most deserving team to lift the trophy.

In the fascinating inaugural IPL final, on one side it will be the test of character of Shane Warne’s tactics and MS Dhoni’s calmness while on the other there will be an intriguing tussle between Shane Watson’s willow and Makhaya Nitini’s ball.

The final promises to be the highpoint of a grueling and glamorous tournament, which many analysts believe, has changed the face of cricket forever.
