مشاهدة القنوات الإخبارية والسياسية والصحف اليومية والمجلات السياسية والأراء والأفكار التي تناقش فيها تفيد بوصول المسلمين في العالم إلى مكان لا مفر منه. إنهم قد أصبحوا لعبة بأيادي الخرافات والسياسة والأعمال التي لم تخلق لها أمة مسلمة. إنهم يضيعون أوقاتهم الثمينة ، وصحتهم الطيبة وتجاربهم ذي أهمية في مواضيع ومناقشات لا تنفع المسلمين مطلقاً.

لماذا مسلمو هذا الزمن يهربون من مكان إلى مكان آخر ومن موضوع إلى موضوع آخر ومن جهة إلى جهة أخرى؟

لماذا إنهم يتجهون من هنا إلى هناك ومن نظام إلى نظام آخر؟ من يدفعهم إلى هذا المستنقع الذي لا يخرج منه شيئ مثمر لأي أحد؟

هل تلك المناقشات السياسية والخرافات التي تخرج من بطن النظام الفاشل القائم في العالم دعمت الأمة المسلمة إلى إستعادة مكانتها أو عزتها العظيمة والكريمة؟

هل الأوقات التي تم ضياعها في دفاع الشر ورموزه أدت إلى أي نتائج إيجابية؟

التجارب السابقة والمناقشات السياسية دالة على وجود إختلافات حادة بين طبقات مسلمة في أمور كثيرة لا يمكن حلها جزءاً منها أو الكامل.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يدعو المسلمين إلى الصراط المستقيم وإلى النظام الذي يمحو الباطل والخلافات بإبعادهم من مصالح الحزب والجماعة والمؤسسة لكن المسلمين ليسوا راضياً للعودة إلى ذلك النظام وذلك العمل الذي يستبشر هم بالخير وبضمان لهم حياةً سعيدةًَ ونظاماً شفافاً وشعوباً خائفة من الله تبارك وتعالى.

هل المسلمون يعودون إلى ذلك الصراط المستقيم؟ ها هو المسلمون الذين قبلوا النظام الديمقراطي والنظام العلماني والنظام المدني والنظام الليبرالي والأنظمة الأخرى لا حصر لها لأجل الحرية والعزة والكرامة والعيش بلا خوف وبدون عنف ببذل حهودهم منذ عقود لأجل تلك الحقوق الموجودة في قائمة تلك الأنظمة بدون تطبيقها وهذا ما نشاهده منذ عقود، حتى مضت عقود وأطيحت حكومات وظهرت قيادات جديدة.

فمتى يعود المسلمون إلى ديارهم ومنزلهم وهدفهم الحقيقي؟ متى يعود المسلمون إلى النظام الذي يضمن حقوق الأنظمة الأخرى لم تعطها حتى الآن، هل ما جاء الوقت للمسلمين أن يتراجعوا من مواقفهم القديمة؟ إلى متى يعاني المسلمون هذه الذلة والهوان إنهم يشاهدونها منذ عقود وقرون؟

لا خيار أمام المسلمين إلا العودة إلى النظام الحقيقي وإلا عليهم أن يواجهوا هزيمةّ بعد هزيمةٍ ، وذلةّ بعد ذلةٍ ، وظلماً بعد ظلمٍ، ومجزرةً بعد مجزرةٍ بدعوى أنها مؤامرة خارجية جاءت بأسبابٍ عديدةٍ.

دور المسلمين في زمن الفتن والدعايات الكاذبة

المؤمرات لا تزال تستمر، أعداء الإسلام والمسلمين دائما يبذلون قصارى جهودهم في تشويه صورة الإسلام والمسلمين بأي طريقة أو بأي وسيلة حيث أنهم يستخدمون كل الوسائل الموجودة في تحقيق أهدافهم السيئة.

إنهم قد اطلقوا حملات عديدة بشتى المسميات لتكثيف هجومهم الفاشل ودعاياتهم الكاذبة لتقديم الإسلام كأخطر ديانة في العالم بتلقي ملايين دولار من جوانب عديدة في قيام بحملاتهم وهجومهم الثقافي والعلمي والعسكري ضد الإسلام والمسلمين حتى لا يمكن بيان مؤامراتهم فردا فرداً أو حصرها ، حيث أن لديهم وسائل كثيرة في ترويج أفكارهم الكاذبة في العالم.

فما يفعل المسلمون في هذا الوضع الخطير خصوصاً إنهم لا يملكون الوسائل والأموال الهائلة وخطط ومراكز للدفاع عن الإسلام والمسلمين في العالم، وكذلك لا يمكن الرد لكل الحملات الشنيعة التي لا تزال تستمر من كل الجوانب ومن كل الأطراف خصوصاً في حالة منع الإسلام المسلمين من إتخاذ أي طريقة غير شرعية في الإسلام لترويج الأفكار الإسلامية.

فكيف يتم الرد لكل هذه الفتن ولكل هذه الحملات ولكل تلك الهجمات الفاشلة.

الطريق الصحيح والعمل والرد الصائب هو الصبر على تلك الأوضاع بتمسك حبل الله ورسوله لأن أعداءهم لا يملكون التعاليم الصحيحة، ولا يوجد لهم نظام ولا دين ولا أفكار ، إنهم يلجأوون إلى تلك الأعمال الضالة لأنهم لا يعرفون الصراط المستقيم، لكن وضع المسلمين يختلف عن ذلك. إن الله تبارك وتعالى أعز المسلمين بالإسلام والتعليمات الإسلامية التي مليئة بالأخلاق والقيم الإنسانية والأفكار العالية التي تمنع الظالم من الظلم وتسمح للمظلومين أن يعط حقهم، ووعدلهم بالنجاح والعلو في العالم. فتمسك المسلمين بدين الله ورسوله بالقوة والمشي على الصراط المستقيم والمواظبة على الصلواة الخمس ، وتنفيذ الأحكامات الإسلامية في الحياة اليومية ، وتطبيق الأخلاق الأسلامية التي جاءت في القرآن والسنة ونشر رسالة الله أمام العالم هو أفضل حملة ، وهجوم وطريق ووسيلة لمواجهة تلك التحديات والحملات الشنيعة. وهذه الطريقة هي أفضل طريق لتزويد الناس بالتعاليم الإسلامية وقيمها وحفاظ هذ الدين العظيم. هذا سلاح وحيد أمام المسلمين وهذا يضمن صعود المسلمين والإسلام مرة أخرى حيث شوهد أن سقوط المسلمين في العالم دفعه في الحروب والصراعات والعنف والأمراض القاتلة ، والفقر والبطالة وظهور العناصر الضالة الفاسدة التي تدمر العالم بفتح أبواب الدعايات الكاذبة على الإسلام والمسلمين.

تلك الحملات تطلب بنا الصبر والإستقامة والتسامح والتفكر في وضع الحقائق أمام الناس بالبراهين والأدلة.

نحن لا نعتقد أنهم يحترمون الدين الإسلامي لكن هناك أمل قوي أن أحدا منهم سيقوم وسيرفع رأية الإسلام وسيكون سبباً لنشره في مجتمعهم.

فعلى المسلمين أن لا يلجأووا إلى العنف ولا يفقدوا الصبر ويقوموا بواجباتهم وفرائضهم الدينية تجاه الإسلام والمسلمين لأن الهدف أمامهم هو ليس تلك العناصر القليلة التي تطلق حملاتها الكاذبة ، بل هدفهم أكبر من ذلك وهو تبليغ الدين الإسلامي في أنحاء العالم.

فتمسك المسلمين بدين الله ورسوله طريق صائب وخطوة صحيحة ، صدق الله العظيم في كتابه الحكيم "واعتصموا بحبل الله ولا تفرقوا" (القرآن) ، وقال الله تبارك وتعالى في مكان أخر "وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم مؤمنين" (القرآن).

هل فشلت العلوم والتكنالوجيا في تحقيق أهدافها؟

هذا السؤال لا يعجبه الكثيرون حيث أنهم يرون نهوضهم في العلوم والتكنالوجيا. إنهم يعتبرونها أداة ستبدل ضعفهم بالقوة وذلهم بالعزة وسيئآتهم بالحسنات. نظام تعليم أولادهم وبناتهم، طريقة عيشهم وأفكارهم يشير إلى بذل قصارى جهودهم في الحصول عليها ليؤسسوا مستقبلهم الجديد راكباً على عجلات العلوم والتكنالوجيا.

لكنهم لا يعرفون هذه الحقيقة أنها لم تلقي نتائج مثمرة رغم شهرتها وتدخلاتها في حياة الإنسان ورغم كون جزئها في حياتنا اليومية.

على الرغم من ذلك أن الإنسان لا يمكن لهم الإستغناء عنها خاصة في هذا الزمن، فشل العلوم والتكنالوجيا في تحقيق أهدافها قد بدا واضحاً.

فالجنين يقتل في بطن أمه، تقتل البنات بدون خجل وبدون خوف، الأبرياء تقتل بدون سبب ، دول ضعيفة تخسر كل شيئ حيث أن القوى الكبرى لها مصلحة فيها، نظام العائلة الذي قد إنهار في الغرب ينهار في دول تعتبر العلوم والتكنالوجيا رمزاً للتقدم والرقي، هناك قتل وعنف وإرهاب وجوع وظلم وعدوان وتعذيب وأعمال يقوم بها الإنسان تسبب في قتل مئات الآلاف من الأبرياء وتشريدهم وإجبارهم ليعيشوا في الفقر والذل. وهناك قرى ومدن قد عم الفقر هناك والناس يموتون جوعاً، معظمهم لا يجدون مياه الشرب العذبة ، أوضاعهم ومعيشتهم لا يمكن بيانها حيث أن الحكومات في العالم عاجزة عن معالجة صعوبات ومشاكل حياتهم الصعبة.

سواءً تعترف أم لا ، هذه حقيقة أن العلوم والتكنالوجيا قد فشلت في كل الميدان. إنها فشلت في المحلات التجارية حيثما الخدع قد أصبح ذريعة لكسب المال، إنها فشلت في المكاتب والدوائر الحكومية حيثما يحكم الفساد. إنها فشلت في السجون التي ملئت بالمجرمين بدون إلقاء نتيجة مثمرة في إصلاحهم أو إيقاف الجرائم والمجرمين الذين ينشأهم المجتمع الذي يدعي أن العلوم والتكنالوجيا تقدر أن تحل القضايا الإجتماعية والعائلية والحكومية. إنها لم تحقق نتائج ملموسة في تقليص الرشوة والفساد المالي الذي يحدث في المجتمع. إنها لم تثبت أنها كيف تنهي الدعارة التي منتشرة في أنحاء العالم ، إنها لم توضح أنها كيف تعالج الناس المصابين بالإيدز في حين يزيد عددهم يومياً.

تمكن الإنسان في تصنيع الصواريخ الفتاكة الحاملة للأسلحة النووية التي ناتجة عن التحقيق في العلوم والتكنالوجيا لكنه لا يستطيع أن كيف يوقف القتل والإغتصابات والإختطاف وظاهرة التحرش الجنسي، والتمييز الذي يقع بشكل يومي في المجتمع، فهناك سلسلة لا نهاية لها للفشل وعدم قدرتها في تقديم حل للقضايا التي لم يتم حلها حتى الآن رغم وجود دعاوي كثيرة للتخلص عنها.

الدول التي تفتخر في قدرتها وسلطتها في صناعة الآلات التكنالوجية وتفكر إستخدامها كآلة تمحو الفساد و تطلع الشرطة أو المسؤولين الحكوميين في حالة وقوع حادث أو قتل أو إغتصاب تعاني ضغوطاً كثيرة من الجوانب في تحسين الأوضاع المتدهورة التي تضع أمن المجتمع في الخطر.

ها هو الوضع أن العمال في العالم يطالبون المساواة والعدل ، الطبقات الضعيفة والأقليات تطالب العدالة والحقوق ، وكذلك هناك مظاهرات وإحتجاجات وإضرابات عن الطعام والعمل وهي ليست للتلفزيون أو للكمبيوتر أو للثلاجات ، بل إنها للحقوق، حقوق الحرية ، حقوق العيش والمساواة.

هل هذه ليست حقيقة أن الصواريخ والقنابل والطائرات بلا طيار والكمبيوتر غير قادرة عن إستجابة في تحسين ظروف معيشة المحتاجين والمساكين الذين يعيشون في أنحاء العالم؟

هل هذا لا يكفي في إثبات فشل العلوم والتكنالوجيا، هل هذه ليست عوامل تقع في أي مجتمع؟

كيف يمكن الإعتماد عليها وهي عاجزة عن حل قضايا الناس وكيف يمكن أن نصر بأن النجاح والفوز يكمن في العلم الذي يخلو من الروح الحقيقي وغير قادر في إستجابة تحديات الأزمنة ومتطلباتها.

Reasons led the fall of Ottoman Empire

Multiple factors generated a vital role in the fall of Ottoman Empire, one of the most power empires for several centuries.

Historians say that one of the reasons broke the back of this great Empire pushing it on way of decline was the block, led by Christian countries, that put this Empire under its constant attacks, invasions, sedition and conspiracies to crush the Empire that had enlightened the West and Europe through its Islamic teaching and moral values abolishing so many old and inhuman traditions and culture were common in Western and European society at that time.

After recognizing the factors of the decline of Empire, the efforts were made to address all the mistakes but it was proved too little too late. And finally, this great Empire collapsed completely after years of insurgency, invasions, attacks, lack of Islamic system, and growing the threat of emerging groups in various territories of Ottoman Empire.

Endless wars and violence in Muslim countries

Since two world wars ended, a series of wars, violence and conflicts have been taking place in Muslim countries or, where the Muslims live in majority. Establishment of Israel, Arab-Israeli-wars, Suez war (1956), wars in Somalia, Iran Iraq war, massacre of Bosnian Muslims, Iraq-Kuwait-war, Iraq wars, Gulf war, Afghanistan wars, 9/11 attacks, Terror campaign, Sudan war, Islamophobia, bans on building of minarets, bans on wearing veil, Gaza wars (2008-2009) Muslim prisoners in Guantanamo, and finally a long war on terror and illegal drone attacks throughout the world are all related and tied to one aim.

Who are behind these wars and violence?

There were certain blocks, at the time of Ottoman Empire, who did not let it to exit and live safe, secure and free from violence.

This time, when the era has advanced, the blocks are same, though faces have been changed; way of work has been moderated, slogans, thoughts, terms, ideologies, targets and the way of destruction have been revolutionized.

In past, Muslims had been making intensive efforts to keep their borders, citizens, resources, territories and regions safe and secure averting invasions and conspiracies.

In 21^st century, Muslim countries climate is same with little bit changes. In past, they failed in quashing such blocks even they collapsed; in present, the scenario is same without registering any remarkable move.

The supreme aim behind these plots

The target was very clear. The aim was evident. The purpose was the destruction and ruing of peace in Muslim countries without giving them a single opportunity to take their power back or pose any threat to others.

These aims were same when Ottoman Empire was under constant invasion by the block. The same aim dominates this time too. Muslim countries' resources, economic, political circles, their culture, religious identities are under extreme occupation of the same block.

There have been intensive efforts for decades for not allowing Muslims and Muslim countries to live in peaceful climate and they do think about development and growth.

Certain powers of the world do not want to let them free to live and grow in calm environment that is why after ending an issue: a new unrest, a new campaign and a new propaganda to be generated to encounter them. This conspiracy was exited when Ottoman Empire was in power and its borders had been expanding. The same attitude stands this time, because there is no logic to drag Muslims, Muslim countries into trouble humiliating Islam, Qura'an and their messenger, irrigating Muslims religious sentiments.

The supreme aim was to make Muslims defenseless, desolate and down-and-out from being a strongest nation in the world.

Muslims' intensive efforts to get rid from the influence of the same bloc did not show significant result till now.

Peace is necessary for development

Development, growth, education, innovation, reformations and offering peaceful environment to generation so that it is able to demonstrate its god-gifted skill are tied to peace, calm, harmony and stability in countries political situation.

If Muslim youths have been lagging behind in education and in other sectors, or Muslim countries unable to offer stable governments to their citizens, it's men peace does not exit there. Wars, violence, ethnic conflicts and political uncertainty are shattering their dreams and are not allowing them to concentrate on their future's target.

The same environment played an active role in shattering the foundations of Ottoman Empire. Wars, insurgency and threat from certain quarters dragged it to the way of collapse.

What the way out

Though conspiracies always been hatched, enemies always tried to shatter the foundations of Muslim countries, the efforts always been made to wipe us out from the map, the Muslims, holding precious Islamic heritage that taught the world a lessen of humanity and human rights, still dominates in the world, Islamic traditions still exit here that is why, I say, there is no way out for Muslims except following the way of Islam because all roads bound to fall and decline. Others may get success on moving in same track, but for Muslims, there is no way except Islam because this religion and its teaching are for all and for everyone. It removes injustice, corruption, ethnic and color slogans, establishes justice, peace and offers solution to all problems Muslims have been facing and trying to remove them through imported culture. But the million dolor question is who will accept it especially when worldly technology influenced them?

هل نهوض العالم الإسلامي مرتبط بالعلوم والتكنالوجيا؟

يربط عدد كثير من المسلمين سقوط العالم الإسلامي بتخلف المسلمين في العلوم والتكنالوجيا. إنه يرى أن نهوضه يكمن فيها حيث أن الشعوب التي تحكم العالم وتعد أكبر قوى لديها آلات نووية، والتكنالوجيا الحديثة التي تساعدها في البقاء في العالم كأقوى قوم وشعب وبلاد.

هذه الفكرة تستمر منذ عقود وبدون التفكر فيها. موضوع مؤتمراتنا ومحاضراتنا وصحفنا، ومجلاتنا يتركز على شئي واحد وهو سقوط العالم الإسلامي بسبب ترك المسلمين العلوم والتكنالوجيا.

حكومات وبلدان وطبقات مثقفة ووسائل الإعلام في دول مسلمة وعربية لا تترك أي لحظة إلا إنها تصر على هذه الفكرة التي تربط نهوض العالم الإسلامي والمسلمين بالعلوم والتكنالوجيا.

لكن التاريخ الذي يشاهد تطورات تحدث في العالم منذ آلاف السنين يرفض تلك الفكرة التي تتعارض مع الحقائق التي تقع على أرض الواقع.

هناك أمثال توضح أن الشعوب التي كانت أقوى في الأسلحة والإقتصاد وإستخدام القنوات التكنالوجية الفتاكة فشلت تماماً أمام الشعوب والبلدان التي كانت لا تتحمل أسلحة حديثة وتكنالوجياً متطورة.

هل نسي المسلمون بلاداً مسلمةً تحارب مع القوى الطاغية منذ عقود وبدون أسلحة نووية. هذا البلد ليس هو إلا أفغانستان لا سيما الشعب الأفغاني يقدم مثالاً رائعاً ومهماً أمام الطبقة التي تربط نهوض العالم الإسلامي بالعلوم والتكنالوجيا.

ها هو الشعب الأفغاني الذي كسر هيمنة الإمبراطورية البريطانية ، والإتحاد السوفيتي وإنه حالياً يحارب مع الولايات المتحدة منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات، وكل منها لا تستطيع أن تعلن أنها حققت نجاحاً هناك.

فيتنام يعرفها العالم بسبب حربها مع الولايات المتحدة وإلحاقها بالهزيمة التي لم ينساها الشعب الأمريكي رغم مرورسنوات على الحرب التي تكشف الفرق الحقيقي بين البلاد لديها اسلحة متطورة وقوات بآلاف وبلاد ليس لديها شيئ إلا العزيمة والقوة التي تدفعها لمقاتلة مع العدو القوي.

أمثلة كثيرة توجد في التاريخ تدل على هزيمة البلدان رغم أنها كانت أقوى وتفوق عسكريتها على القوى الأخرىوفوز البلدان والجماعات التي كانت ليس لديها أسلحة وألات حديثة لكنها حققت الفوز والنصر.

يقول الله تبارك وتعالى "كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة بإذن الله" (القرآن)

فربط سقوط العالم الإسلام بتخلف المسلمين في العلوم والتكنالوجيا غير صائب، وهذا يوضح من دولة مسلمة لديها ترسانة نووية ورغم أنها غير قادرة أن تحل القضايا التي تتعلق بالهجوم الجوي من طائرة بلا طيار وهي الدولة ليست إلا هي دولة مسلمة.

الحقيقة التي يرفضها المسلمون وليسوا راضياً لقبولها أنهم تركوا الدين الإسلامي والطريقة الصحيحة التي ذكرت في القرآن والسنة محاولةً في إتباع الأديان والثقافة التي فقدت قوتها وذهبت ريحتها.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى أعز المسلمين بالإسلام وبالتعليمات التي جاءت من الله تبارك وتعالى والقوانين التي أنزلت لهم ليعتصموا بها بالقوة في أي حال من الأحوال وفي أي أوضاع. لكنهم إتبعوا طرق الضالين.

فلا فوز ولا نجاح إلا في إتباع دين الله وسنة رسوله سواءً إنهم أقوياءّ أو ضعفاءّ و سواءً لديهم العلوم والتكنالوجيا أو أسلحةّ نوويةّ.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في كتابه العظيم

"ولا تهنوا ولا تحزنوا وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم مؤمنين" (القرآن)

هل العالم مستعد لإعتراف الإسلام؟

مناطق مسلمة في العالم تمر بالحروب والصراعات والعنف والتدخل الأجنبي، بينما الحملات العلمية والثقافية والدينية الكاذبة ضد الإسلام والمسلمين مستمرة.

لا يستطيع أحد أن يفهم الهدف وراء تلك الحروب والصراعات والإعتقالات التي تؤيدها الدول القوية سراً وعلناً في مناطق مسلمة.

فهناك حملات عسكرية في بعض البلدان المسلمة، وحملات كاذبة عن طريق وسائل الإعلام التي يشارك فيها كتاب وشخصيات يقذفون السم على الإسلام والتواريخ الإسلامية والأحكامات الإسلامية ويسخرون دين الله ورسوله. كذلك هناك حملات ضد الشعائر الإسلامية بمنع النساء المسلمات من إرتداء النقاب وعدم سماح المسلمين الملتحين العمل في الشركات والمحلات التجارية.

يبدو أن الهدف وراء تلك شتى الحملات هو منع الشعوب الأخرى من التوجه إلى الدين الإسلامي الحنيف و من الذهاب إلى مراكز إسلامية محلية لكي لا تتعلم شيئاً من الدين الحنيف الذي يضمن حياةً سعيدةً لكل من يتوجه إليه بالصدق ورضا الله.

نلخص هذا كل شيئ على النحو التالي:-

أولاً - تعزيز وجود الإسلام في أمريكا والدول الأوروبية رغم وجود العقبات السياسية والقانونية دال على تزايد أعداد المسلمين هناك.

ثانياً - الإسلام ليس فقط إسم لبعض الطقوس ، بل هو دين كامل يشمل جميع الأعمال في الحياة.

ثالثاً - هذا الدين يستطيع أن يغير إنساناً أو شخصاً أو جماعةً أو شعباً في أي لحظة.

رابعاً- وجود الحكمة في التعاليم الإسلامية أهم سبب وراء ظهوره كأقوى الدين في العالم. هنا مثال واحد فقط وهو الصلوات الخمس في الإسلام.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى فرض الصلوات الخمس على المسلمين من الرجال والنساء. هذه الصلوات الخمس تطلب منهم بعض الأشياء لتقام بها.

أولاً - على المسلمين أن يكونوا طاهراً: هذا العمل يمنع المسلمين من الأمراض البدنية والنفسية ويخرجهم من المواقع الضالة الممنوعة للمسلمين.

ثانياً -على المسلمين أن يتوضئووا قبل التوجه إلى أداء الصلواة. هذا العمل يطهر اليدين والوجه والرأس والرجلين ،غسل تلك الأعضاء ضمان للصحة أيضاً.

ثالثاً- قبل التوجه إلى أداء الصلواة ، على المسلمين أن يحفظوا بعض الآيات القرآنية والدعاء ليتلوها في الصلوات . هذا الشيئ يبعد الجهل من المسلمين ويعلمهم ليعيشوا كقوم مثقف.

رابعاً- أداء الصلوات الخمس في المسجد أمر ضروري للمسلمين. هذا العمل يبعد الكسول ويشجع المسلمين أن يضعوا أنفسهم دائماً في الحركة.

وكذلك هناك حكمة كثيرة في جميع الأحكامات والأعمال والتعليمات الإسلامية التي جاءت في القرآن والسنة.

فالحكمة وراءها هي أهم أساس في بقاء الإسلام في العالم ، حيث أنها مبنية على أرض الواقع.

فالحركات والحملات والقوات والبلدان التي فتحت أبواب الصراعات والعنف أمام المسلمين وتدفعهم في الحروب والعنف لتمنعهم وغير المسلمين من التوجه إلى الصراط المستقيم الذي قد ذكر في القرآن والسنة لا تستطيع أن تقف أمام الإسلام بالحكمة وبدون السلاح وبالكلمات التي مبنية على الحقائق حيث إنها لا تدري كيف تحارب مع الدين الذي يعم في العالم بدون عنف وبدون إستخدام قنبلة واحدة.

فلا يمكن لأعداء الإسلام أن يقاوم مع الإسلام بالأسلحة والدراجات النارية والطائرات القتالية حيث أن الإسلام لا يحتاج تلك الأسلحة ، فإنهم فتحوا جبهات جديدة وتبنوا بعض الحملات لتضع بعض المسلمين في الهدف فإنهم أخذوا الإصطلاحات ليطلعوا العالم أن كيف بعض المسلمين خطر للعالم تبريراً لعملياتهم الدموية والحملات العسكرية التي تهدف إلى إضعاف قوة المسلمين في العالم.

هذا الدين يعم في العالم كله ولو هناك عقبات وحروب وصراعات لأنه يضمن حياة سعيدة وحياة بعيدة عن العنف والظلم والتمييز واللون.

على أعداء الإسلام أن يعترفوا قوة روحانية مخفية في التعاليم الإسلامية بدلاً أن يقاتلوا ويرسلوا قوات خاصة حيث أن القتال والحروب ليس في صالح أحد إقتصادياً وأمنياً وبشرياً.

إعتراف حكمة الإسلام وقوته الإلهية هو أفضل شيئ للأمن والسلامة في العالم وفي مدن وقرى. هل العالم مستعد لإعتراف تلك الحقيقة؟

هل العالم مستعد ليضع أوزار الحروب ويتعامل مع الإسلام والمسلمين معاملة حسنة كما إنه يتعامل مع الأديان الأخرى ومؤيديها في أنحاء العالم.

Syllabus of schools and universities must be changed

Nowadays, education grabs an extra attention across the glob. Governments, across the world, have been making efforts to ensure education to every citizen. In India, Central government has introduced a law called RTE act 2009 to offer education to every citizen, irrespective of his religion, caste and color.

Such as, there are so many countries adopted laws to deliver education to everyone paying out millions on reformations in syllabus as well as in educational institutions.

There have been efforts to deliver education to students through computers and through other electronic equipments. Majority of people believe in good education which makes society and public civilized.

There are so many educational and technical institutions, which are delivering good and effective education, exit in the society. Tens of thousands of students of these famous and elite institutions got good job, settled in their own life or serving the community, or have become ministers, ambassadors, MPs, CEOs, directors etc. Despite of these facts why does society face crimes like rapes, kidnapping, sexual harassments, deception, and cheating in all levels? Why does society live in fear? Why does everyone feel insecure even in his own home? Why do growing educational institutions leave no effects on the ground? If common man or families or women or girls live in fear from criminals, or educated persons turn rapists, killers, blackmailers, kidnap their own friends and ask ransom to free them, or if educated classes land in prostitution, or corruption takes place in private and in government sectors even in the hands of educated people, then, its mean here is something that is not good and not in favor of any one in education. It makes evident that current educational system, which is unable to solve social problems of society and homes, has holes and spaces.

Insisting on revision of syllabus taught in schools and in universities is nonsense for many, however, apparently current educational system that makes Youths engineers, technicians, scientists, directors, has failed completely to keep society free from crimes.

This time, education is to be believed a source that will erase bad eggs from society keeping it clean from crimes, but it did not happen. This time, more crimes are being carried out by the students who have come out from famous and prominent institutions. The tragedy is, governments do not think to reconsider on that issue because they understand that the syllabus is being taught in schools and universities are unchangeable. If the syllabus are good and appropriate and need not to be changed then why educated classes and university graduates are getting involved in so huge numbers in many crimes? If the education is being thrown out in educational institutions is good then why these educated classes are helpless in the face of criminal activities in countries. Why does society still live in the barriers of religion, race and color? Why does discrimination still exist in society? Why countries oppressed classes complain discrimination and injustice in development projects or in other projects are being installed by governments?

Why do women and girls whether they are in higher position or not, are subject to sexual harassments by their bosses? Why does massacre happen? Why is there gulf between poor and rich? Education ruins these barriers, education makes people civilized. Education downplays discriminations to poor classes, as it is claimed, then, why, and despite of growing educational institutions, countries, society, public and governments stranded in trouble and unable to solve so many issues arise on daily basis.

Whether it is accepted or not, the fact dominates on the ground, and the truth is that the educational system in all countries has been collapsed and failed to throw out good results society wants to see them.

The failure of educational institutions is evident to all. These educational institutions are unable to produce the generation serves the country and glob for peace and for a peaceful life.

It is high time for countries to re-consider the syllabus is being taught in universities and schools so that a better syllabus that be good for society be installed and be produced.

أوضاع المسلمين في العالم

المسلمون في العالم سواءً هم يعيشون في بلدان مسلمة أوغير مسلمة، أوضاعهم السياسية والإقتصادية والتعليمية متدهورة جداً ورغم وجود منظمات ومؤسسات لجلب التوعية فيهم هناك لا يوجد تغيير واسع في أوضاعهم.

هذا يقع لأنهم يروون التقدم والإزدهار في الطريقة التي لم تذكر في القرآن الكريم بل هذا الكتاب العظيم الذي أنزل للهداية يمنع المسلمين والجميع عن إختيار الطرق الضالة التي لن يخرج منها شيئ يفيد الناس.

عدد حضور المسلمين من الشباب والكبار في المساجد لأداء الصلوات الخمس دال على حالتهم الدينية الراهنة.

حقوق العباد وحقوق الجيران وحقوق المرضى وحقوق الضعفاء واتباع سنن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم متجنباً من الحرام والظلم والكذب والخدع وإشعال الفتنة قد أصبحت شيئاً مفقوداً, إنهم تركوا سنن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم واتبعوا طرق الغرب الضالة لأجل مستقبل مشرق.

الشعب الذي ترك دينه وسنة نبيه، والتعليمات التي أنزلت من السماء، هل يمكن له أن يعيش كقوم قوي وكقوم شجاع؟ هل يمكن له أن يحقق أهدفه؟ هل يمكن له أن يشرق مستقبله؟

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في كتابه العظيم ، والعصر * إن الإنسان لفي خسر * الا الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات * وتواصوا بالحق وتواصوا بالصبر . صدق الله العظيم

هي حقيقة أن المسلمين يعيشون اليوم كشعب ضعيف ، كشعب لا يعلم هدفه، كشعب بلا قوة دينية وروحانية، كشعب مقهور ، أعداءهم يهاجمون عليهم من كل فج عميق ، وهناك مؤامرة دينية ، وسياسية، وعرقية لمحو الدين الإسلامي وأصحابه ، وها هو المسلمون ، صاحب الدين الإسلامي وأمين دين محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم يروون الرقي والإزدهار في الطرق الضالة والتعليمات الفاشلة والقوانين التي عاجزة عن حل أمور الناس.

لافوز ، ولا نجاح ولا الرقي ولا التقدم إلا في الطريقة النبوية والتعليمات الإسلامية ، هذا أحسن لهم أن يفهموا سر النجاة والفوز في أسرع وقت ممكن، إذاً إن لم يغيروا أوضاعهم فالله تبارك وتعالى سيبدلهم بقوم أخر إنه ليس فقط يذكر الله بل ينفذ الدين الإسلامي في العالم كما شاهدناها في الماضي.

UP Muslims need work on the ground

Appointment of Mr. Javed Usmani, an IAS officer of 1978 batch, as a chief secretary of Utter Pradesh in the government led by Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, a youngest Chief Minister of UP, will not work in uplifting Muslim's economic and educational backwardness in UP.

There is not a particular field which requires a little attention, but there is every sector which requires extra cautions, comprehensive work, long and effective strategy and bold political will, without interfering in Muslim's religious issues and in their minority educational institutions giving a peaceful environment to Muslims to go ahead toward progressive track.

It is good for the country as well as for the Muslim community that a Muslim senior IAS officer appointed to such respected and higher post; however, such appointment alone cannot change the fate of Muslims in UP, who are languishing in jails for terror charges, the Muslims who take to street from one to another to sell out something to earn few rupees to feed their children, the Muslims who have been waiting financial assistance to reduce little burden of their bitter daily life, the Muslim areas, localities and streets that need an urgent attention of state government, as well as, local administration to make life more comfortable.

Two decisions, first is the financial assistance of Rs 30000 to every Muslim girl, who clears her intermediate examination, irrespective of her parent's income source and all castes among Muslim community and the second of construction of boundary wall around the Muslim graveyards, taken by Akhilesh Yadav government will benefit Muslim community if they get implementations fairly.

Besides it, the future of Muslim youths arrested from UP, and have been in various Indian jails, opening the doors of government jobs to Muslim youths and creating more jobs in various government sectors need an urgent attention.

More importantly, security and safety of Muslim community, shops, homes and their financial hubs is a core issue. Many fascists forces response very quickly on any minor issue attaching destructions to Muslim community. Keeping State free from violence should be priority of current UP government.

Muslim's electoral strategy in Uttar Pradesh Assembly election 2012 led SP to gain full majority enough to form government without getting support from any other political parties.

SP got a chance this time to win the hearts of Muslims of UP by the work on the ground and not just appointment of some Muslims on higher posts.

Past experiences suggest that appointment of Muslims on higher post left little bit effects on the ground. APJ Abdul Kalam was the president of India. There are various institutions set up for the welfare of Muslim community. There are enough numbers of Muslim MPs in Parliament. In spite of these facts, Muslim's conditions on the ground are changeless. From bottom to top, Muslims have been demanding, agitating and demonstrating against the deliberate negligence by states and central governments, but in vain.

This time, Muslim's hopes are on high from SP government. Since Mr. Akhilesh Yadav has taken over the charge of Chief Minister of UP, Muslims are looking at him for a bold and strategic steps.

Families of the innocent Muslim youths have been arrested on terror charges are waiting so patiently the steps by current government.

Muslims stand by a hope for the policy that will upgrade their life style in UP.

Let us see which way the wind blows in UP which enjoys a new government under a new and youngest leader with a lot of Muslims in cabinet and in assembly.

الإسلام باق رغم جهود أعدائه

تبذل الحكومات المسلمة والعربية وحلفاءها من المسلمين الجهود الواسعة لتقليص أهمية الدين الإسلامي في الحياة اليومية في مجتمع مسلم لتبنى خطوات تساعدها والمسلمين في الوصول إلى الرقى والتقدم في العالم.

هذا أيضا قد ثبت أن معظم الحكومات المسلمة وعدد كثير من المسلمين يرون أن المشي على الطريقة الإسلامية لن ينفعهم ولن يخدمهم إذا إنهم يرغبون ظهورهم في العالم كشعب قوي وكشعب متطور.

يمكن أن هذا الفكر صحيح لديهم لكن هذه حقيقة واضحة أن أسرار تقدم المسلمين توجد في الإسلام لأنه يعطي الضمان الكامل لكل مخلوق خلقه الله تبارك وتعالى بين الأرض والسماوات. سواء هي مسألة حقوق الإنسان ، أو حقوق المرأة ، أو القتال على الطبقة الضالة ، أو قمع رموز الأسباب تدفع المجتمع في العنف والحروب والصراعات الداخلية والدينية والعنصرية ، بل الدين الإسلامي يقدم مشروعاً حقيقياً مبنياً على أرض الواقع ويستطيع أن يضع المجتمع على المسار الصحيح.

وهذا هو السبب أن الإسلام يعزز وجوده في بلدان حيثما كان غير مرغباً به وكان غير معروفاً لكنه اليوم إنه يمثل ديناً حقيقيا هناك والناس يدخلون فيه أفواجاَ ليتعلموا ويطبقوا الشعائر الإسلامية في حياتهم اليومية وفي بلدانهم لتعيش بلاداَ آمنة مطمئنة من الفساد والدمار والقتل والعنف.

التجارب الماضية دالة على فشل جميع المؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية في العالم في توفير قطعة أرض صغيرة ليعيش فيها الناس والنساء بدون خوف وبدون جرائم ضد المرأة بل إنها فشلت تماماً في تطبيق النظام وحقوق الإنسان كما تريد، أو كما يشير ميثاق الأمم المتحدة بخصوص حقوق الإنسان وإحترامه وحقوق الوالدين،وحقوق المواطنين، وحقوق الضعفاء والمساكين وحقوق الأقليات والأديان وحقوق المرأة وغيرذلك.

فسكتت حركات ، وماتت شخصيات صنعت التاريخ وزالت حكومات ومؤيديها ومحاميها وذهبت أديان لكن الدين الإسلامي موجود وتعليماته تنور العالم ، حتى المحققون والمفكرون إعترفوا الروح الحقيقي الكائن في التعليمات الإسلامية لكنهم لا يجدون القوة الروحانية لإعترافها بل عدد منهم انقلبوا إلى ماضيهم قائلاً إنا وجدنا آباءنا كذلك يفعلون.

في النهاية ، الإسلام فقط يقدم الحل ويستطيع أن يكسر الحواجز التي تبناها المجتمع ولا يستطيع أن يهدمها لأنه شاهدها أن آباءهم كانوا يقومون بها.

إهانة القرآن ، والعالم الإسلامي

في هذا الوقت، يزيد عدد المسلمين في البلدان المسلمة وغير المسلمة في العالم. كذلك شاهدنا ثورة ضد النظام الجائر، ومظاهرة ضد البطالة ، وإجتماعات مكثفة ضد الأزمة الإقتصادية ، ومهرجانات بمناسبة نجاح الجهود والثورات. الصحف اليومية مليئة بالإنتقادات اللاذعة والهجوم الشامل ضد الفساد وعلى زيادة الجرائم الجنسية ضد النساء والبنات ، رأينا النشطاء والصحافيين والليبراليين منتقدين على كل من يتكلم ضد السينما أو ضد الفنان.

أثناء تلك التطورات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية ، حدثت واقعة إحراق المصحف الشريف في أفغانستان حيثما خرج الشعب الأفغاني تنديداً عملية إحراق المصحف الشريف بأيدي القوات الامريكية الموجودة في أفغانستان. رأينا مظاهرات حاشدة وعنيفة في أفغانستان وفي بعض الدول المسلمة حيثما بعض المسلمين الذين كانوا شاركوا فيها سقطوا قتيلاً وجريحاً، حتى هذه المظاهرات إستمرت لعدة أيام، وانتهت بعد إعتذار من الرئيس الأمريكي.

هذه الواقعة كشفت الحقائق وكيد الخائنين في الأمراء والحكام المسلمين الذين يفضلون السياسة على الدين. شوهد أن معظم البلدان المسلمة شاركت في الحرب ضد الإرهاب مع الحلفاء الآخرين واتخذت جميع الإجراءات لمنع العناصر من إستخدام إراضيها للأعمال الإرهابية. وهذا كان حدث لأن السياسة كانت طلبت منها لقيام ذلك. وإنها ساكتة الآن على حادثة إهانة القرآن لأن السياسة تطلب منها على عدم التدخل في هذا الموضوع لأن الأصدقاء السياسيين في العالم لم يطلبوا منها لإتخاذ موقف حاسم تجاه الأعمال الإجرامية التي تقع دورياً في العالم بأيدي أعداء الإسلام لكشف حقدهم وغضبهم عن الإسلام.

فالبلدان المسلمة قد كانت إختارت السكوت عليها ولم تقل كلمة ضد تلك الأعمال الإجرامية التي قد تم قيامها بأيدي القوات الأمريكية.

المسلمون في العالم كانوا ينتظرون من الصحافيين المسلمين والشخصيات السياسية المسلمة والرؤساء المسلمين والشخصيات التي يقوم بأعمالهم في السينما التصريحات التي تندد عمل إحراق المصحف الشريف لكنهم لم يقولوا كلمة ، كما لم يحدث شيئاً.

هذا الشيئ غير مطلوب من حكام البلدان المسلمة والشخصيات المسلمة ، ومثل ذلك الموقف يكشف أهدافهم السياسية التي لن تخدمهم في حالة إستمرار تلك السياسة ضد المصحف الشريف.

It was not just merely violence

Gujarat 2002 genocide marks 10th anniversary this year. During these periods, there were so many changes and transformation in thoughts and ideologies shifted from one to another. If there have been voices asking Muslims to forget it, on the other side, there have been a silent conspiracy by majority community to downplay the horrific blood and guts administrated by known and renowned players.

Terming of Gujarat 2002 genocide merely violence by a vast section of media, journalists and academics is a bid to give little weight to the horrific carnage that left more than 2000 dead, more than five lakhs displaced people and that left thousands of women humiliated collectively to punish them and their community mentally for long time. Downplaying of horrific carnage demonstrates their discourtesy and hypocrisy they have in their minds and hearts.

It was neither violence nor just riots that had taken place. It was beyond doubt a genocide in which cadres of all wings of Hindutva forces had joined hand to carry out what they wanted against a particular community under the supervision of state administrations. Women and girls raped, torched, their stomach pierced and burnt alive in broad daylight to hide the evidences of their cruelty. All boundaries of humanity crossed there, even humanity puts down its head in shame.

In this genocide, entire state machineries from top to bottom, directly or indirectly, intentionally or unintentionally, deliberately or unwittingly were involved. Even limited time table with all details of Muslims had been given to the Hindutva forces to vent their anger out. After the genocide ended, state machineries came into motion and attempted to prevent victims from registering FIR, or efforts were made in which perpetrators got bail very easily.

Beyond of fact, the accountability of this genocide and then denial of justice to the affected people goes to State government headed by Modi, likewise, responsibility of minimizing this holocaust and its grievances to arrange a moral station to the organizers of that genocide goes to the so-called secular mask-clad faces, representatives, journalists and businessmen.

The renowned faces of India, politicians and religious dress clad personalities of different communities, lecture people of having life free from violence asking them to give alms to needy people for mental peace, cry over peaceful police action against so-called corruption rally at Ramlila ground terming it a blot on democracy, still maintained silence over this genocide even they didn't say a single small word in favour of the affected people or against state government and masterminds of that horrific carnage that demonstrates that India still a place where people are being killed and slaughtered because of religion especially in the age of Internet.

The most tragic angle of the genocide or the holocaust is that a large number of majority community of Indian society which is busy in getting a peaceful, luxury and happy life, didn't come out collectively and openly against the forces played blood bath and prevented victims to establish their shattered and burnt home again, even there have been a collectively silent effort to call it just merely violence so that state government and masterminds get a moral ground to proud on their inhuman act in anti-minority campaign.

In fact, not only Modi but also a vast number of majority community of India are equal responsible in providing moral shelter to the killers and murderers.

It is a fact, there were hundreds and thousands of people who took part in that massacre but there are millions whose hands are colored with the blood of Indian citizens because they did not come out against such elements openly. They watched horrors, staged on the streets and roads of affected areas, live sitting in their drying rooms but they didn't take to streets and roads against existing of such elements in society or in government even they justify the acts through so-called secular minds terming it just merely violence.

During a decade of harassment, pain and agony, neither the society of Gujarat changed toward Muslims nor the stand of vast number of majority shifted from silent support to open condemnation.

Those who term it just violence indeed they are with murderers. They have something in their minds and hearts but don't want to show their real and ugly face.

Why do certain Muslim intellectuals feel shame in raising their voices in favor of Muslims?

Indian-born accursed author’s issue is again making headlines. Certain Muslims and non-Muslims went to extent targeted Ulema, Deoband and Muslims for their peaceful and decent agitation against the accursed writer who is busy in spreading cultural terrorism by his banned novel “The Sstanic Verses”.

Even though Muslim intellectuals feel shame in speaking out for true reasons, some non-Muslim writers came out supporting Muslim's views, asking not to make him a hero who has been hurting Muslim's religious sentiments for years.

In fact, there were a vast number of Muslim intellectuals who were not happy with the campaign started by Muslims against the writer.

They are feeling ashamed over this campaign even they did not delay in advising Muslims how long will they with same mentality; how long will remain in same phenomenon?

In most cases, when Muslims or Islamic identities or its historical personalities and institutions came under attack , such so-called reformists voices to be raised to let vast Majority of Muslims down.

India enjoys the status of a Pluralistic Democratic Republic, granting constitutional rights to its citizens to raise their voices and anger under democratic way if they realize that certain issues that are hurting their sentiments taking place in society. When democratic rights granted to citizens of India, Muslims are one of them, then why a very large number of Muslim intellectuals feel desperate and furious prompting them to lecture Muslims what they do and what not to do.

In every country and society, certain boundaries have been set up for every citizen, whether he enjoys the status of Chief Executive or an ordinary man. That border, which shouldn't be crossed at any rate, is red line for everyone, but that writer not only crossed that boundary but also used inappropriate and indecent language and thoughts against our Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him). No one has courage to show his disrespect to any country's historic and revolutionary leaders, President etc, when ordinary human beings are being protected by the law and be granted immunity then why Muslims shouldn't register their voice if their Prophet and Messenger of Allah to be used in certain abusive manner again and again, and the writer instead to be apologetic, try to let Muslims down at every platform by selling and publishing that book.

Freedom of expression or criticism is a different thing. There is no objection in that opinion, but using harsh and abusive language crossing the boundaries of decent behavior and insisting on that language against Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him) is a different thing.

When a common person is not allowed to make harsh comments on courts due to their verdicts openly or directly, then how Muslims can allow the so-called abominable writer who doesn't know the difference between a Prophet and an ordinary man, to use hateful words against our Prophet Mohammad.

Speaking in a debate, politically incorrect, aired by NDTV Imagine, Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyar had said that whether Salman Rushdie will come to India or not, it is irrelevant thing, the relevant thing is that what he had said about a Prophet. And he knows that his writings have angered Muslims in India as well as across the glob.

When the voices are arising from certain quarter of society, then why a group of Muslim thinkers and reformists always feel shame or want unleashing sense of desperate in Muslim community. Such thinking is not the sign of healthy reforms and right ideology. Muslims must remain aware of what is happening around them. Such awareness will empower them and will circulate a sense of belonging and sense of secure in the face of the world where a war like climate has been scratched by various elements.

Such sort of Muslim thinkers must consider their attitude and negative ideology, and try to drag Muslim community through right path with right and straight views, avoiding to let the community or country down, adopting all rights and reservations granted by the constitution in a democratic state.

وهذان القرآن والسنة ، فرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رسم مستقبل المسلمين وطريقهم الصحيح إلى التقدم والإزدهارمرتبطين بالقرآن والسنة.

بعد إنتهاء الخلافة العثمانية ، مجموعة من المسلمين تركت القرآن والسنة وقبلت الإشتراكية ، والرآسمالية ، والعلمانية للتقدم والإزدهار ولأجل ذلك إنها أسست الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية والقانونية والإقتصادية ونفذوا تلك الأفكار والثقافة ما هو ممكن في تنفيذها.

ولأجل ذلك إنها فرضت الحظر على الشعائر الإسلامية وبذلت جهود لمنع المسلمين من المساجد وقراءة القرآن والسنة.

بعد عقود إنتهت حكومات بإيديولوجياتها وسادتها وقادتها، وجاءت حكومات أخرى. إنها قبلت نفس النظام السابق وبذلت جهود كثيرة لقيام نظام جديد ببعض الإصلاحات، وفي الوقت نفسه، تلك الأنظمة كانت غير قادرة في إيجاد حل للقضايا الإجتماعية ، إنها فشلت في خفض البطالة ،إنها فشلت في خفض معدلات الجرائم ، إنها لقيت بالهزيمة في توفير حماية النساء والبنات من المغتصبين واللصوص وقطاع الطرق ومثل ذلك ساد الفساد وانتشر الفوضى وعمت الجرائم وازداد معدل البطالة.

ظهرت حكومات جديدة وإنها وعدت نظاماً وقامت بإصلاحات سياسية وإقتصادية وتعليمية لكنها لم تدرج ولم تسجل ملحوظاً ملموساً رغم قيام الإصلاحات في مجالات شتى.

جاءت الإنتخابات والناس أدلوا أصواتهم لإختيار حزبهم، ظهرت قيادة جديدة مرة أخرى بالوزارء الجدد و بالوعود الجدد وبالإصلاحات الجديدة لكنها كانت ليست قادرة في تحقيق مصالح الشعب والبلاد وهذا العمل يستمر حتى جاءت الثورة.

هذا كل يحدث لأن المسلمين تركوا القرآن والسنة وتوجهوا إلى النظام الذي كان يدفع الناس إلى مستنقع الظلم والفساد.

فالقرآن والسنة موجودة حتى الآن لكن يبدو أن المسلمين بالحكومات لم يقرروا حتى الآن التوجه إلى القرآن والسنة.

فمتي يعود المسلمون إليهما ، ومتى يفهم المسلمون الكامل أن الفلاح والفوز في طريقة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. ومتى يفهم أن الفشل قد كتب في حظهم بسبب ترك القرآن والسنة.

يجب على المسلمين أن يعودوا إلى أصلهم وإلى دينهم وإلى ثقاتهم الحقيقية وإلا فلا هناك أمل لهم للنجاح والفوز ولا أمل لينفجر شيئي يوصلهم إلى الآعلى.

شرارة الثورة عبرة ودرس لمن لم يفهموا معنى الدنيا والحكومات ودرس لمن يتجاهلون عن الحقائق والحادثات ففيها عبرة لأولى الأبصار.

RTE act 2009, Muslim’s agitation and game of politics

Once again, Congress party has promised Muslims for exempting Madarsas and other all minority educational institutions from the ambit of RTE act 2009.

This time, it is repeated by Congress leader Mr. Digvijaya Singh. Such assurances have been made many times by Congress party and its leaders.

When Mr. Rahul Gandhi had visited Draul Uloom Nadvatul Ulema last year and met with Moulana Rabey Hasani Nadvi to discuss Muslims issues, Mr. Rahul Gandhi had said that he would discuss that issue with party high command to keep Madarsas and minority educational institutions out from the ambit of RTE act.

Before it, various Muslim leaders and Ulema have expressed their concern over that act, even Moulana Wali Rahmani, a renowned Islamic scholar, has met many times to HRD minister Mr. Kapil Sibal. He also promised and gave assurances to look into this issue and the amendments will be made to exempt Madarsas and other minority educational institutions from that act. However, all those promises and assurances still just a promise.

Indeed, certain clauses in this act have very severe consequences if that act be placed by each state. Even it gives full power to government and police to change the destiny of Madarsas, particularly independent Madarsas and minority educational institutions, Muslims and non-Muslims.

Since this act came into public domain, Ulema, Muslim thinkers and writers have been objecting on some clauses of this act which is not only against the spirit of good education but also against entire minority educational institutions.

There is a growing concern among Muslim community that this law, which not only will eliminate Muslim's identities but also will pave a legal way to Hindutva sympathizers to crush Islamic identities and its history from India if it be placed without any amendment, could be applied against their religious and modern educational institutions.

Looking to country's political situation, and thus the growing number of communal and biased people in government institutions and BJP ruled states effort to paint government and government-aided schools with saffron color, there is more probability of the use of this law against Madarsas and other educational institutions established and administrated by Muslims only because various states and central governments, in past, have made various efforts, sometimes through Madarsa board, and sometimes through financial aid, to take private Madarsas and Muslim minority educational institutions under their control but it has failed to do so due to strong protest from Ulema and various Muslim's bodies.

This act gives a legal way to ensure state or central governments intention of crushing the independent status of Madarsas and other minority educational institutions.

Muslim personal law board has already started its campaign against RTE act. The current campaign which is “Save Constitutional Rights movement” under the banner of (AIMPLB) is being organized by Moulana Wali Rahmni, secretary, All India Muslim Personal Law Board, who is holding agitations, seminars, discussions and press conferences over RTE act 2009, Direct tax Code bill 2010, Waqf bill 2010 and Denying Right of Inheritance in UP to bring awareness in Muslim community about those laws and their severe negative results on Muslims educational religious and historical climates in India

When congress will take serious step fulfilling its promises, the time will make clear the air over the cloud of the act that will make Madarsas and other Muslim educational institutions fruitless and wipe them out categorically.

Who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the even way (Qura’an, Maida -77)

Anti-Muslims and Anti-Islam lobbyists, Muslims and non-Muslims, are active once again. This time, they are targeting Muslims and Islam over cursed writer's visit to India. They are feeling very odd and shame over not attending of damned and cursed Indian-born British writer Salman Rushdi at Jaipur Literature Festival in Rajasthan. Some of them even went to extent they read some verses of The Satanic Verses in the Festival to express their anger based on hypocrisy.

Some of them called Muslim clergies and Islamic religious institutions as they live in Stone Age. Certain so-called lovers of Literature and Art see it as an extreme violation of freedom of expression.

In fact, these so-called artists and writers instead of contributing true Art; promote cultural terrorism and manipulate with the religious sentiments of every religion and its believers.

Being writer of some novels and due to getting some medals for promoting of shamelessness, they consider themselves as grandfather of so-called Art and Literature, eventually, such sort of so-called thinkers are so accountable in building up Literature and Art terrorism under the garb of such Literature Festivals.

They feel very desperate for not getting much support from certain parts of society to bring the damned writer to India to desecrate the land of this country, enjoys freedom of religions and freedom of expression, from his slatternly and filthy minds and thoughts.

Such writers, like him, who have no respect for women, religions, great personalities, made the history, religions and whose pen and minds always spew venom and disrespect to society and its human being, indeed, they are blot on the earth and deserve a death in public place making them an eternal example for others.

These so-called advocators of Art and Literature, who are spitting their venom against Muslims and Islam, were silent when paintings of M. F. Hussain, Picasso of India and legendary artist, were being destroyed and crushed by Hinduvta activists inside India.

Where they were when M. F. Hussain was being hounded in India? Where they were; when this legendary artist was looking them for help but no one was coming out to help him. Where they were when India's Picasso's paintings worth crores were being crushed before Media and those so-called protectors of Art and Literature? Where they were when M. F. Hussain forced to live in exile? What they did to bring him back to India? Have they courage to pass remarks against Hindutva activists? Why they were silent at that time? Why they did not show courage against such monsters who had betrayed a great artist, who was Picasso of India, an Indian citizen, lived in this country and put the name of this country on top by his paintings and art. Why such great person select self-imposed exile for himself; have they answers?

Today, those who branded Darul Uloom Dewband and Muslims as extremists and militants, eventually, they are communal, they are against Muslims and Islam even they are anti-India by disturbing the communal harmony of Indian society with brining such cursed person who spew venom against our Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), brought the mankind out from Stone Age and from darkness to light.

The person who does not realize and understand the distinction between Prophet of Allah and a common man and doesn't show his respect to Prophet Mohammad, such person has no right to be called a “great writer”. He doesn't deserve of such honor. It is an insult of Art and Literature. It is an insult of writers, intellectuals and thinkers who saved the spirit of Art and Literature. Such person should be banned forever from visiting India. Such persons are themselves strayed, now they are misguiding the whole universal from their wrong thoughts.

لماذا فشلت الحضارة الغربية؟

قبل عقود الحضارة الغربية كانت تقود العالم – العالم الإسلامي وغير الإسلامي- والناس بغض النظر عن دينهم ومعتقداتهم كانوا يتوجهون إليها معتبرينها رمزاً للنجاح والتقدم والإزدهار لكنها ألقت السلاح في وقت قصير وظهرت إنها كانت غير قادرة في إستجابة مطالب الشعب الغربي.

بعد مضى عقود عليها ، إنها تبحث مكاناً ملاذاً ، ومعتقدوها في حالة حرجة. كيف حدث هذا؟ ولماذا هذه الحضارة الغربية وصلت إلى نهايتها؟ ولماذا إنها فشلت في إيجاد حل للقضايا الإجتماعية والسياسية والدينية والإقتصادية والثقافية التي تزداد يوماً بيوم في المجتمع الغربي؟ لماذا فشلت في إنهاء الفقر والبطالة؟ ولماذا إستسلمت أمام قوة الحضارة الإسلامية؟ هناك قائمة لا نهاية لها لهزائمها وخسارتها في بيتها حيثما الدين الإسلامي ينتشر بسرعة والناس يتوجهون إليه لينقذوا أنفسهم من هيمنتها وقساوتها متوجهين إلى حضارة تنقذهم من عواقبها الوخيمة ومن مناهجها اللادينية.

في الحقيقة ، إنها قد كانت أسست بنيانها على المادية والرأسمالية التي ساهمت وقامت بخدماتها للطبقة الحاكمة والظالمة والأثرياء تاركاً الجماهير في حالتها السيئة التي أدت إلى إنهيار نظام عائلي ونظام إجتماعي حتى المجتمع كله قد وصل إلى الفوضى حيثما الشهوات والمال والثروة والرقص ترك الناس عبيداً لها وهم لا يجدون مخرجاً من هذا الفوضى.

عدد كثير منهم قد يئسوا من الطريقة التي تتنتج عن الحضارة الغربية وهذا اليأس أحياناً يؤدي إلى الإنتحار أو إلى الدين الصحيح الذي يحل قضاياهم الإجتماعية والعائلية والسياسية.

في النهاية هذه الحضارة قد فقدت مصداقيتها بدون تسجيل خطوة جديدة وأخيرة للجيل الجديد الذي لا يريد أن يعيش مثلما عاش آباءه وأجداده.

عليها أن تعترف هزيمتها أمام الجيل الجديد الذي يحرص على بقاءه على القيم الإنسانية والحرية الكاملة بالحياة النبيلة التي تمنعه من الفساد والشر وأنشطة غير أخلاقية تقود الإنسان والمجتمع إلى الفساد الأخلاقي والأمراض الخبيثة التي تغلق أمل حياة سعيدة.

خلق اجواء دينية وإسلامية ضروري قبل تطبيق النظام الإسلامي

لوحظ مراراً وتكراراً أن الأحزاب الإسلامية التي تفوز في الإنتخابات التشريعية وكذلك الحركات الإسلامية التي تقاوم مع أعداء الإسلام في بلدانها تتكلم دائماً عن تنفيذ حكم إسلامي وكذلك العقوبات المعروفة في الإسلام. أحياناً يبدو أن الإسم الآخر للإسلام هو عقوبات.

لا أستطيع فهم إرادة الحركات الإسلامية وراء تصريحاتها في تنفيذ العقوبات والأحكامات الإسلامية الأخرى.

عندما نطالع زمن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فنجد أن معظم التعليمات الإسلامية جاءت لإصلاح المجتمع وقلوب المسلمين وغير المسلمين.

ففي زمن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ، إن الله تبارك وتعالى أنزل القرآن والأحكامات الإسلامية رويداً رويداً ففي البداية هو إقامة الصلاة وإعطاء الزكاة والصوم والحج وبر الوالدين وصلة الأرحام والتجنب من المحرمات وغير ذلك. المقصود في هذا الترتيب هو إقامة المناخ الديني في المجتمع أولاً ، وبعد إقامة النظام الديني والروحاني الكامل يجيئ حكم العقوبات والقصاص وغير ذلك.

فئات مسلمة وبعض الحركات الإٍسلامية تخوف الناس من الإٍسلام والنظام الإسلامي بتصريحاتها غير مناسبة. هذا الهدف غير إسلامي وغير شرعي ، لأن الله تبارك وتعالى أنزل القرآن على الأمة الإسلامية رويداً رويداً والهدف وراء ذلك هو خلق الأجواء الإسلامية في المجتمع ليفهم الناس ما يقولون وما يقومون بحياتهم.

تجيئ مرتبة العقوبات في الإسلام في النهاية ، الحركات الإسلامية تترك هذه الدرجات وما فيها المصلحة وإنها تصر على تنفيذ العقوبات بأي طريقة ، هذه الطريقة تبعد الناس والفئات الأخرى من الدين و النظام الإسلامي.

بالنسبة للعقوبات التي جاءت في الإسلام فإنها ليست مقصود بالذات بل المقصود هو إصلاح المجتمع وإصلاح قلوب الناس لكي لا يتوجهوا إلى المعاصي او إلى الأعمال الأخرى التي تنتج العقوبات والقصاص حيث إن هذا الإصلاح لن يخرج من بطن العقوبات فقط بل إنه يخرج من المجتمع الذي بني طريقة إسلامية، ويخاف من الله تبارك وتعالى.

خلق أجواء إسلامية أمر ضروري قبل أن نتوجه إلى أي نظام حيث أن الإجواء الدينية في المجتمع مهم جداً ، وبدون ذلك لن يمكن لأي حكومة أو نظام أو مؤسسة تحقيق أهدافها.

دخول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في المدينة المنورة وبناءه المسجد النبوي أولاً يشير إلى ضرورة قيام مؤسسات وإدارة لإصلاح النفس ولإصلاح قلوب الناس ولإصلاح المجتمع أولاً

فهناك أمر ضروري للحركات الإسلامية والأحزاب الإسلامية أن تنقذ أنفسها من النزول في الإختلافات وموضوع مثيرللجدل بل عليها أن تتابع خطوات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في تنفيذ نظام إسلامي وتطبيق أحكام شرعية.

إن لم يفعلوا هذا فهناك لا يوجد أمل في نجاحها وفي الوصول إلى أهداف حقيقية.

Failure of the system or failure of leaders

In 2011, the world has witnessed the waves of agitations, revolutionary movements and demonstrations in certain parts of the world.

The waves of revolutionary movements had been enlarging and spreading their wings in Tunis, Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Syria, demonstrations and voices of reformations, on the other side, have been seen in Jordan, the US, EU countries and in India.

The reasons led the people to either agitation or revolutions lie in the systems failed in solving the issues like corruption, injustice, unemployment and inequality in jobs and in other social segments. Entire society, in Muslim or non-Muslim countries enjoys same climate. There is no distinction between Muslim or non-Muslim regimes as all have been built on some grounds cause to poverty, violence, anarchy, disturbances and mental and physical tension to everyone.

Why people got angered against their own governments and regimes to extent forced them either to leave the power, as it has been seen in Tunis and Egypt or face brutal behavior by people as seen in Libya.

Why government and regimes of the world got failure in installing a fair and transparent government despite of having power for more than 30 and 42 years?

Why such sort of disturbances seen in the US and in European countries too where the people under the banner of Occupy Wall Street assembled condemning government's policies?

Europe, the US and western countries, a hallmark and the symbol of contemporary civilization, economic empowerment and modernization of society's institutions in the world, based on freedom, reforms, human rights and shining civilizations, stand on the bad time of its history due to growing corruption, economic crises and inequality in providing countries resources to every individual irrespective of his creed, religion and identity.

The revolutions, removed three Muslim regimes, and demonstrations, continuing in certain non-Muslim countries are an announcement of the collapse of the system, ideologies and civilizations unable to solve the social diseases and economic problems, triggering unrest and price rise despite their dominance on the planet for more than hundred years.

The fall of regimes in Meddle East and in African continent and growing violent disturbances across the glob speaks loudly the severe consequences of negative effects of the system adopted by the world's powerful countries to rule on people, moreover, it is not heading toward the way of solution or success but its movements indicate the crises waiting the appropriate time.

Economic crises put European countries on the verge of collapse if it is not solved in time. US investor George Soros warned that the European crisis may lead to an economic meltdown worse than 2008.

He said “ Europe doesn't have a treasury, treasury, it has only the European Central Bank ( ECB) to deal with the ongoing crisis. The architects knew the ( economic) structure was incomplete and it is politically impossible to create such an institution in time of a crisis,.

This economic meltdown forced the US to reduce its military budget focusing on less use of forces on the ground, to keep its dominance on entire world.

This economic crisis has already been swallowed Berlusconi's government in Italy and caused unrest in Greece.

Poverty, ethnic violence, conflicts, and war like climate have left African continent in Dark. There is no hope soon for the challenges African people have been facing for decades.

Famine, in Somalia, that has swallowed thousands of lives, displacing millions of people without food, roofs and drinking water, states the failure of the existing system and the world's political institutions that always woo of reformations.

The fact is that the system adopted by world's super power countries to maintain their dominance on the planet is on way of fall without offering any solution since decades.

People gave much time to their leaders, such as their governments and regimes used much time adopting various ways of reformations, but, in fact there were no keys of solution before them since the beginning except to create tensions and shedding of bloodbath of innocents in the name of reformations and humanitarian help.

That system is being chased by the failure across the glob. World Economic crises are an alarm of bad time. Revolutions and demonstrations stress how the climate worse is. World leader’s slow response over unfolding financial, humanitarian and poverty crisis is a massive embarrassment for the people who expect their leader’s ability in overcoming the problem soon.

In the light of these ups and down, is there any hope of success the world leaders have been claiming since last decades except gifting war, famine, insecurity ethnic and religious conflicts across the glob?

فيها عبرة لأولى الأبصار

قد إنتشر الفساد في البر بما كسبت أيدي الناس، تناقش وتبحث حكومات العالم سلاحاً يمحو الفساد من أراضيها لكنها لا تستطيع أن تعالجه بأي طريقة ، سواءً هي الكاميرات الخفية أو الخطوات الجديدة أو التكنالوجية الحديثة أو القوانين والعقوبات الصارمة التي قد فشلت في إلقاء نتائج ملموسة في مكافحة الفساد وإنه ينتشر بسرعة لن يمكن للإنسان أن يتصوره.

الفساد المالي يدمر البلدان رويداً رويداً ، نزلت شعوب العالم على الشوارع وتظاهرت ضد الحكومات حتى إنها نجحت في إطاحة بعض الحكومات الفاسدة لكن الفساد باق وإنه يترك أثره على إقتصاديات البلدان في العالم.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في كتابه العظيم "ظهر الفساد في البر والبحر بما كسبت أيدي الناس" فالفساد في القرآن الكريم له معاني كثيرة ومفاهيم لا يستطيع الإنسان أن يفهمه كاملاً لكن عندما ندرس أحوال العالم ، فنجد أن الفساد يدمر العالم ويقتل الإنسان بل هناك مجازر قد وقعت وتقع ، فالإحتلال والعنف وإراقة دماء الأبرياء وإنتهاك حقوق الإنسان كلها تخرج من بطن الفساد لكن الإنسان يفهم أن الفساد المالي فقط يدمر العالم حيث أن الإنسان لا يستطيع أن يفهم خارج عن قدرة فهمه.

فالإنسان وحكومات العالم ونشطاء المجتمع المدني يبذلون أقصى جهد لمكافحة الفساد المالي.

كذلك شاهدنا قبل أيام مظاهرات حاشدة وإحتجاجات واسعة في عديد المناطق الهندية تحت راية المجتمع المدني لتطبيق وتنفيذ قانون لمكافحة الفساد.

ناقش البرلمان الهندي مشروع قانون لمكافحة الفساد لكنه لم يتمكن من الموافقة على مشروع قانون لمكافحة الفساد بسبب إختلافات حادة بين الأحزاب المختلفة والأحزاب المعارضة.

هذه المرة، قرر الشعب الهندي لتبنى القانون الذي ليس فقط يكافح الفساد بل يعاقب كل من يكون وراء الفساد المالي في المكاتب الحكومية وغير الحكومية.

بدون شك ، يريد الشعبد الهندي مجتمعاً خالياً من الفساد المالي ليقيم بلاداً قوية وعلينا أن نقدر تلك الجهود التي يبذلها الشعب الهندي متمنياً بإقامة مجتمع قوي وبلاد تكون نموذجاً عالمياً في مكافحة الفساد.

لكن السؤال الحيقي الذي يطرح هو هل مشروع قانون أو القانون الذي يتبناه الإنسان يستطيع أن يقاوم الفساد سواء هو فساد مالي أو غير مالي.

هي الحقيقة أن الإنسان والحكومات التي يقودها الإنسان لا يستطيع أن يمحو الفساد حيث هذا يظهر بألأسباب التي يقوم بها الإنسان في حياته بأسباب سياسية أو إنه يصبح طماعاً ، فإلإنسان هو مسئوول لهذا الفساد المالي والفساد الذي قد ساد في المجتمع.

فشل جهود الإنسان في مكافحة الفساد في كل العالم إعلان لعجز الإنسان في مواجهة التحديات التي تظهر بماكسبت أيدي الناس ، أو نحاول أن نكسبها بطرق غير شرعية، ففيها عبرة لأولى الأبصار.

أسباب الفشل

عندما نطالع العالم وندرس كافة الجهود والمقاومة سواءً هي عسكرية أم غير عسكرية، حكومية أو غير حكومية والقوانين والخطوات والتعميمات والمحاولات التي تبذلها الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية والمحلية ، فنجد أنها بعيدة عن تحقيق أهدافها، وإنها حتى الآن تجاهد للوصول إلى نتيجة ملموسة وهي ليست خاصة لأي مدينة أو لأي بلاد أو لمنطقة أو بلاد مسلمة أو غير مسلمة بل كل منها في وضع واحد بدون أي إمتيازات أو فرق.

فما هو السبب وراء ذلك الفشل ووراء عدم تحقيق نتائج ملموسة رغم أن الملايين التي قد تم صرفها ، والسنوات التي مضت عليها، والشفافية التي تم إتخاذها والقوانين والتكنالوجية الحديثة وغير ذلك من الخطوات التي تم تطبيقها أو يتم تطبيقها في تحقيق الأهداف في جميع مجالات الحياة.

السبب الأول لهذا الفشل هو عدم معرفة نهاية الأهداف، يعني ماهو المقصود منها ، هل هناك نهاية للأهداف أم لا؟

السبب الثاني هو الفساد وعدم الخوف من الله تبارك وتعالى في قيام الواجبات والمسؤوليات.

السبب الثالث هو رفض الشريعة الإسلامية أو النظام الإسلامي وقبول النظام الأنساني برغبة الطبقة الحاكمة والأثرياء وعدم التوجه إلى غالبية الطبقة التي تعيش في الفقر والذل بدون ماء وملجا.

في الحقيقة السبب الثالث هو أساس لجميع الفشل تسجله جميع البلدان في العالم حيث أن نظام الله تبارك وتعالى مبني على الحقائق التي تحدث في أرض الواقع بدون إعطاء إمتيازات خاصة لأي طبقة ، ففي النظام الإلهي ، جميع الطبقات في المجتمع سواء وهناك لا فرق بين الفقراء والأثرياء والطبقة الحاكمة وغير الحاكمة ، وهذا هو الأساس يوحد المجتمع ويبعد الفساد والدمار.

وكذلك قانون العقوبات سواء للجميع ، وهناك حكم إلهي في توزيع جميع الأشياء والمواد الغذائية والثروات في جميع المواطنين بالعدالة بغض النظر عن طبقاتهم ودينهم وألوانهم.

هذا النظام الإلهي يعارض بشدة الطبقات التي تقوم بالظلم على الفقراء وتستخدمهم كالأنعام ولا تعطيهم حقوقهم الكاملة، وكذلك إنه يحذر الطبقات التي تضع ثروات البلاد لأنفسها ولا تعطي الفقراء منها إلا القليل.

بسبب هذا النظام العادل تبنى الناس خاصة الطبقة الحاكمة قانوناً يحميهم ويعطيهم السلطة الكاملة في ثروات البلاد ولا يعطي الفقراء والطبقات الضعيفة في المجتمع حقوقهم إلا ماتوافق الطبقة الحاكمة لها.

وهذا القانون غير العدالة وغير المساوة يوجد في جميع البلدان في العالم. فجميع الدول تبذل كامل الجهد لتنفيذ هذا القانون الذي يدعو الظلم والعنف.

فجميع الطبقات في المجتمع تسرق وتنهب أموال الحكومة وتتخذ طرقا مختلفة لتحصل عليه عن طريق شرعي وغير شرعي, وهذا لا ينحصر فقط في شخص واحد بل كل منا نقوم بنفس الشيئ لنحصل على المال الكثير

ففي وجود تلك العناصر الضالة وطمع الأموال والظلم في جميع مراحل الحياة، هل يمكن تحقيق الهدف لومضى عليهم اربعون سنة أو مائة سنة

فرغم وجود هذه الحقائق الصارخة ، المضي على ذلك يزيد أمل الفشل.

فهل هناك أمل للنجاح ، النظام الذي يؤسس على أساس الظلم لا يخرج منه إلا الفشل والظلم والطغيان والعنف والحرب والمعاناة وهذا ما يحصل الآن في العالم كله.

حقوق النساء المسلمات محفوظة لكن من يقاوم لحقوق النساء اللواتي يعشن في المجتمع الغربي

بعد فوز الجماعات السياسية المقربة من الأفكار الإسلامية ، الغرب وأصدقائها في البلدان العربية يعبرون عن مخاوفهم في حقوق المرأة في البلدان العربية التي شهدت فوز جماعات إسلامية في الإنتخابات التشريعية والبرلمانية ، حتى بعض من القادة في الغرب إتهموا أحزاباً سياسيةً في تهميش النساء في المجتمع العربي.

الإسلام دين يحافظ حقوق جميع النساء خاصة النساء المسلمات، فحقوقهن محفوظة في مجتمع مسلم، حقوق الأم و حقوق الزوجة وحقوق البنت و حقوق الخادمات وحقوق الأخت كلها محفوظة في الإسلام ، ولا يمكن لأي مسلم أن يجهضها ، حتى يمكن للنساء المسلمات أن تصل إلى درجات عالية مقارنة رجل مسلم في الصلواة والصوم والعبادات والأعمال الخيرية ويمكن مشاركتهن في الأعمال التجارية وجميع الأعمال متمسكاً مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية مع إنفاذها في حياتهن اليومية.

فحقوق النساء في مجتمع مسلم معروفة لدى الجميع ، حيث أن حقوق النساء المسلمات واجبة على جميع المسلمين ولا يمكن لأي جماعة مسلمة، أو منظمات مسلمة، أو رجل مسلم أن يتجاهل عنها.

لكن حقوق النساء في البلدان الغربية ليست محفوظة ، حتى النساء يشعرن أنهن غير محفوظة في الشوارع والجامعات وفي مواقف السيارات حتى في بيوتهن حيثما يمرن بتجارب قاسية ومؤلمة غير قادرة في حلها عن طريق أي نظام.

فالمجتمع حيثما تباع بنات ونساء، ويغتصبن، ويجبرن على بيع جسمهن، وحيثما توجد مناطق دعارة لتجارة النساء والبنات والأطفال في ظل حماية قانونية ، هل هذا المجتمع يستأهل أن يسأل من أحد أن يحترم حقوق النساء.

المجتمع الذي يدعي أنه يحترم حقوق النساء ويعطيهن حرية كاملة ، هو المجتمع يسجل أكبر جرائم ضد النساء والبنات. المجتمع الذي قد فشل في حفاظ حقوق النساء وفي إحترامهن ، هل هذا المجتمع يستحق أن يعلن أنه يحترم النساء.

فالقادة والزعماء والعناصر والصحف ووسائل الإعلام الذين يرفعون أصواتهم بحق حقوق النساء ، ويدعون المجتمع المسلم إلى إحترامها ، عليهم أن يصلحوا مجتمعهم أولاً، ويعطوهن حقاً كاملاً حيث أن هناك فتنة بإسم حقوق المرآة ، وتلك العناصر تبحث آليات لزعزعة إستقرار البلدان العربية وإنها تبحث السبل للتدخل في شئونها بذريعة مختلفة وهذا كله فقط فتنة حيث إنها لا تهتم بحقوق النساء ولا الرجال بل إنها تحب فقط إشعال الفتنة لعدم إعطاء فرصة للبلدان العربية والمسلمة أن تتمتع الأمن والإستقرار في وضع آمن فإنها أحياناً تريد التدخل في البلدان العربية بإسم حقوق المرآة وإحياناً بإسم الحرية ، وأحياناً باسم شعارات طائفية.

الهدف الحقيقي هو إجهاض عملية السلام في البلدان العربية والمسلمة بدفعها إلى الحروب والعنف والتمرد وقتل الآبرياء إستغلالاً من هذا الوضع لدفع البلدان المسلمة في الحروب والعنف فقط وإخراجها من الأمن والإستقرار والسلامة

Muslim intellectuals must concentrate on valid issues

Ever since I have joined English journalism, I have been experiencing a negative and traditional views and perceptions are being flooded by Muslim intellectuals and writers who got crippled by certain invalid and insignificant subjects even their articles and views remain free from knowledgeable, healthy and effective issues, seemingly they have been stranded in the net thrown out by the enemies of Islam and Muslims, or they drawn the line themselves refusing to walk out from that boundaries.

Most Muslim scholars write in English language start their articles from the word of Madarsa and put end on the word of Ulema; except it, neither they want explore their minds and thoughts, nor present good and valid information enthusiastic to Muslim generation inside and outside India.

Challenges, difficulties and conspiracies are a part of life of every Muslim, whether they are from liberal classes or religious. Nobody is going to be soft with any Muslim because of his / her moderate or religious views. Even Muslim writers do discuss on the issues anti-Muslim and anti-Islamic lobbyists want that those issues to be discussed by them.

As a strong Muslim nation, the needs are forcing those Muslim writers to enlarge their ambit of thought and views; write something on burning issues within the boundaries set by Islam.

There are various sections where Muslim’s presence is zero. There are a few Muslim writers who write on burning topics, while there are endless lists of Muslim writers who use their all energies in unsolvable and invalid subjects; even they don’t have intentions in coming out from the world they have sketched out it for themselves.

I have never ever seen any article written by Muslim writers about India’s foreign policy, FDI, RTE act, Direct tax code bill, implications and benefits on Muslims, India’s internal policy, India’s role in Afghanistan etc.

It is very essential, Muslim students graduated from Muslim and none-Muslim universities must discuss on those issues, they must put their stand on the policies, whether they are for or against the country, are being adopted by central & state governments.

No doubt, Muslim’s issues and problems are huge and are endless, however, we, being Muslims, created by Allah Ta’ala to lead the entire world and nations irrespective of their religion and color. It is our religious obligations to make people of India feel that policies or decisions or laws how much could be a profitable for them and for the country. It is not necessarily that policy taken by government of India is to be good for the country. We have to reveal what are impairments in policies or laws government adopt it, time to time, placing our stand, and let people of India know that what were the advantages and disadvantages of those policies.

Such sort of steps will encourage others to lessen Muslim’s voice, their views and their stand.

Every year thousands of Muslim students walk out from various universities holding degrees in various professions. Where do they go? Why do we not feel their presence on various valid issues?

There are various entertainment channels; films serials and programs are propagating negative attitude of Muslims in society; who will raise this issue? Who will stand before them to defend Muslim’s image? Muslims do not let other communities down on any platform; then why such channels and elements put Muslim community on question; who will give the answer of these things? They have been carrying out these things because nobody in Muslim community has courage to give an answer in descent manner; thoughts and pen of Muslim writers and Muslims political analysts round only invalid issues; such as how Madarsas to be converted into universities; how Burqa to be converted into another dress code; how Muslim’s development has been stopped because of ban on Ijtehad etceteras; when they have been called to discus on issues of Muslims and country; their articles; ideas and views start from Ulema and got ended on Madarsas.

I read various articles in English language written by Muslim writers about Ijtihad; is there any need of Ijtihad in launching English daily newspaper; is any need of Ijtihad in establishing TV news channels; is there any need of Ijtihad in building hospitals, schools and universities; even some Muslim intellectuals try to make us feel that all doors of development have been closed on Muslims because the door of Ijtihad is closed. It seems there is nothing in India as well as in the world except these some invalid issues.

This time, India has been passing through its difficult and hard days; violence; injustice; corruption; division of society on religious, creed and color’s line, growing right wing’s activities; price rise ask us to explore our minds and be ready to face those challenges.

The issue of arresting innocent Muslim youths and picking up any Muslim youth claiming he is involved in terror attack is a very serious issue alarming us to wake up from our sleep, taking adequate steps that threw their fruits for the future of Muslim youths.

There are a lot of opportunities; resources and ways Muslims intellectuals and new Muslim generation can use it to raise their voices; Muslim writers and Muslim political analysts can share their opinions with communities over various topics, but first they have to walk out from that boundaries of thoughts sketched out by them.

Nobody will come to protect Muslims. Muslim writers and Muslim intellectuals must change their views, way of thinking and be honest in their work. What type of life Muslims want they have to decide; the way of blaming Ulema and each other must be brought to an end. We must concentrate on valid issues; hard work and effective knowledge.

Muslims by and large must know that they are not a common nation. Muslims are responsible for all damages taking place anywhere in the world, because Allah held them accountable for leading of entire nation from the era of dark and ignorance. So, it is our duty to concentrate on real life issues and face the facts if we want to live as an alive nation.

لماذا تخاف فئة مسلمة من النظام الإسلامي

صعود الإسلاميين في الإنخابات التي أجريت في بعض البلدان العربية كشف الستار عن وجوه المسلمين الذين يعارضون بشدة وصول الإسلاميين في البرلمان والسلطة مستخدمين حكايات كاذبة وأفكار غير صحيحة وتقارير خيالية، كما يبدوا إنهم ليسوا مسلماً أو إنهم ليسوا جزءاً عن الدين الحنيف.

لوحظ أيضاً أن فئة خاصة في وسائل الإعلام العربية المسلمة مشغولة بجدية في تهميش صورة تلك الجماعات والشخصيات التي تنتمي إلى الأحزاب السياسية التي ترغب تطبيق بعض نظام إسلامي في بلادها.

السبب الرئيسي لمعارضة الإسلاميين من طرف بعض الفئات الخاصة هو إنتماءهم إلى الإسلام أو إصرارهم في تطبيق نظام إسلامي.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى نزل القرآن والشريعة الإسلامية للمسلمين بغض النظر عن جنسياتهم وفئاتهم وجماعاتهم متمنياً بإنفاذها في بيوتهم وفي بلدانهم , لكن هناك طبقات كثيرة في مجتمع مسلم تعارض بشدة نظاماً إسلامياً.

الشريعة الإسلامية هي للجميع , والإسلام يشجب الطبقات التي تمنع المسلمين في تنفيذ نظام إسلامي. فالطبقة الليبرالية ، والعلمانية ، والطبقات الأخرى كلها قد فقدت معناها في الشريعة الإسلامية لأن الله تبارك وتعالى خلق هذه الفئات والطبقات للتعارف والتعامل معهم حسب النظام الإسلامي وليس لخلق فتنة بأهداف سياسية في المجتمع.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في كتابه العظيم. ""وجعلناكم شعوباً وقبائل لتعارفوا إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم"".. هذه الآية الكريمة تعلن أن الشرائح والفئات والقبائل والطبقات الأخرى في مجتمع مسلم كلها خلقت وإنشئت للتعارف فقط وليست لأسباب سياسية أو إقتصادية حيث أن تقسيم البلاد المسلمة على أسس سياسية ليس فقط خسارة كبيرة بل إنه يدفع المسلمين إلى الذل والهوان ، فمعظم المشاكل التي تواجهها بلدان عربية ومسلمة هي سياسة مبينة على الأغراض السياسية حيث المسلمون وضعوا الإسلام والشريعة الإسلامية جانباً بإختيار السياسة والكذب والخداع كطريق للعيش والبقاء في المجتمع.

لن يمكن للمسلمين سواء هم علمانيون أو ليبراليون أو من طبقة أخرى أن يعيشوا بدون نظام إسلامي. الشريعة الإسلامية للجميع ولجميع شرائح المجتمع، هناك لا يوجد فرق بين الإسلاميين والليبراليين. نظام الله تبارك وتعالى للجميع سواء هم ليبراليون أو إسلاميون كلهم سواء أمام الله تبارك وتعالى.

فالمسلمون الذين يعارضون الإسلاميين وينشرون قصصا كاذبة ضدهم، عليهم أن يتجنبوا عن هذا حيث أن هذا لن يمكن لهم أن يعيشوا بعيداً عن النظام الذي أنزله الله تبارك وتعالى للمسلمين وللعالم كله.

وكذلك هذا على جميع المسلمين أن يحققوا أهدافهم السياسية في ضوء النظام الإسلامي وليس في ضوء النظام الذي يبعدهم عن الدين الحنيف.

فمعارضة فئات صغيرة في المجتمع المسلم قيام نظام إسلامي تكشف أنها تعمل لصالح أعداء الإسلام والمسلمين وهذا لا يخدم مصالح المسلمين والبلدان العربية والمسلمة وهذا العمل يشكل خطرا كبيرا لأمن البلدان العربية والمسلمة..

على الغرب إحترام قرار الشعب العربي

بعد الثورات في بعض البلدان العربية، هناك كثير من الأحداث والواقعات التي حدثت أول مرة في تاريخ السياسة. فالثورة الشعبية التي أطاحت بعض النظام الجائر حدثت أول مرة حتى شهدها العالم كتغيير واسع بعد إسقاط نظام الإمبراطورية العثمانية.

وكذلك هذا أول مرة في تاريخ العرب والولايات المتحدة أنها تواجه أنفسها في أزمة سياسية محصورة في أفكارها وسياستها غير قادرة الخروج منها. فظهور الإسلاميين عن طريق نظام ديمقراطي اسسه الغرب وفوزهم في الإنتخابات البرلمانية والتشريعية التي قد تم إنعقادها في مصر وتونس والمغرب بتوقعات كثيرة في ظهورهم في ليبيا وفي بعض البلدان العربية الأخرى فاجأ الغرب وحلفائه في العالم.

هذا الوضع السياسي الجديد عقد الأمور وأغلق أبواب الخروج أمام الغرب وإنه لا يجد طريقاً لتعبير أرائه في هذا المناخ الجديد الذي يظهر أمامنا. فإذا أعربت الولايات المتحدة رغبتها في التعامل مع الإسلاميين ، فالغرب من ناحية ثانية ، لم يستعد نفسه بعد في كيفية التعامل معهم، ساكتاً على الوضع الذي يتغير في الساحة العربية بشكل يومي.

وكذلك الطبقة الليبرالية والسينمائية والعلمانية التي كانت تحظي شيئاً كثيراً في النظام السابق في بلدان عربية تواجه أزمة سياسية بعد ظهور النتائج في تونس ومصر والمغرب وهناك مخاوف شديدة في أوساطهم حتى هناك توقعات بإندلاع فتن طائفي لمنع الإسلاميين من الوصول إلى السلطة والبرلمان.

وهذا كل يحدث أول مرة في تاريخ الغرب وأوروبا حيث أنهم دائماً بذلوا قصارى الجهد في منع الإسلاميين من الوصول إلى السلطة بإستخدام جميع الوسائل الكاذبة والممكنة لإبعادهم عن السلطة حتى إنهم رفضوا إنتخابات أجريت في أجواء نقية

فالغرب الذي كان دائماً ضد المسلمين والإسلام في أنحاء العالم يتفقد الطرق للخروج من تلك الأزمة ليحول هذا الصعود للإسلاميين في العنف والدمار الذي يقوده الغرب في البلدان المسلمة منذ عقود .

فقد حان الوقت للغرب الإعتراف بما يجري في البلدان العربية وقبول النتائج الإنتخابية التي قد ظهرت في مصر وتونس والمغرب بل عليه أن يمد يد التعاون إلى البلدان المسلمة حيثما فازت حركات إسلامية وحصلت المقاعد بالأغلبية هناك لأن زمن التهديد والقتل والعنف قد ولى، الأزمة الإقتصادية العالمية لا تسمح له أن يتعامل مع الحكومات القادمة في العرب معاملة إزدواجية ، وفيه مصلحة له ومصلحة للجميع أيضا حيث أن الوضع يتغير كاملاً وفي هذا الوضع لا يوجد شيئ لهم أن يقوموا شيئاً مضاداً للبلدان المسلمة.
