Get a digital pen system - save over $1,000 - February Only!

In our attempt to help the Australian economy along and to improve the tax receipts for Mr Rudd so he can pay for his $42 Billion stimulus package, we are offering a one-off “Recession Buster Sale” to get as many businesses as we can to improve their productivity and cash flow by embracing the benefits of a real time digital pen & paper system.

Before you spend any money you probably want to know how a Datateq digital pen & paper solution benefits your business in these tough times? Good question.

There are many and varied reasons as to why a company chooses to implement a digital pen solution, and each company has its own challenges to overcome that drives their decision to choose a digital pen & paper system. However, here are the top 5 reasons that our existing clients chose to use a Datateq digital pen solution:

Improved Cash Flow - getting sales orders, work orders or job sheets back as soon as the work is complete allowing them to be invoiced immediately - no need to wait for days or weeks for the paperwork to get back to you.

Productivity Increases - as your field staff spend less time worrying about managing paperwork or needing to drive back to the office to deliver it, they can focus on more important things such as doing one more sales call or one more job for the day.

Reduced Costs - not needing to to drive to the office to deliver paperwork means less fuel expenses and less wear & tear on the vehicle, not to mention the loss in the unbillable driving time and even the lost admin time in the office due the disturbance of the admin staff when `the boys’ are in the office - keep them where they belong - on the job.

Improved Work Processes - as the paperwork gets delivered throughout the day there is a smoothing of the peaks and troughs normally associated with getting paperwork at the end of the day or week. This more even distribution of work load means increased productivity from admin staff and fewer mistakes as the pressure to get everything entered all at once is diminished.

Risk Minimisation - identify and resolve issues as they happen because you can access the data as it happens. Plus you will never need be concerned about lost or missing paperwork.

Productivity gains are critical in periods of economic downturn such as the one we are now in as you need to get more done with less people. Embracing a real time form delivery system such as the Datateq Digital Pen & Paper Solution will deliver immediately recognisable gains in productivity for your business.

Buying Anoto based Digital Pen & Paper solutions, this is one of the most common questions that I get asked when dealing with someone over the phone or internet.

Yes! Thats the answer.

All of the digital pens that we sell are are real pens - they write with ink on paper so you can see what you write, as well as capturing all that you write in a digital format.

The paper used for the digital paper system is also real paper, it is not a tablet, touch pad or film of any sort. We design your forms to be printed on paper in just about any size, shape or colour you want so that they can be printed in pads from an offset printer.

The final product becomes pads of forms that are printed and used by your staff - they write on them with their digital pen and send the form electronically to deliver a PDF or editable form that looks identical to the one that was written on. Because you wrote on a paper form with a pen, you still have an original paper based form that you can either keep or give to the customer as an immediate recognition of your attending site.

This gives you the best of both worlds - the immediacy and security of an electronic copy with the feel good factor of an old fashioned paper form.

Pen & Paper + Digital Copy = Datateq Real Time Forms
